Reviewed May 10, 2026Had een kamer op de begane grond. Het ziet er op het eerste gezicht smoezelig uit. Maar als je verder kijkt is het we schoon. Er is ooit lekkage geweest en dat is heel simpel opgelost met plakband en stukjes behang, zonde. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De locatie is perfect. Rustig genoeg gelegen maar om de hoek van alle restaurantjes etc. Voor mij belangrijk dat het vlak bij de campus was aangezien mijn dochter daar studeert. Het pand zelf is erg gehorig. Qua prijs, kwaliteit verhouding vind ik het wat duur. Heb in betere hotels gezeten voor hetzelfde bedrag. Persoonlijk vond ik het bed en kussen erg hard. Ik kreeg een verstopte wc tijdens mijn verblijf. Het water liep tot de rand. Dit werd supersnel opgelost. (Kreeg de indruk dat dit vaker gebeurd)
Met beter onderhoud kun je een luxere, schonere uitstraling creëren. In de badkamer veel dicht geplamuurde gaten. Sporen van lekkage. De spiegel in de badkamer mag vervangen worden, is erg oud waardoor er een waas overheen zit die je niet schoon krijgt.

Full honesty about the property. This is a motel meant for college kids to f*** at for hourly rates. Next to the bed - it reads “for adult entertainment, use code ****”. TBH, if this is what you’re looking for then you should book it. But I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re coming to sightsee. I wish the property would have had a better description on their page. Also for the price, this was a ridiculous amount of money. You could stay at the Fairfield by Marriott for a very similar rate… I walked in and left the same day and booked a hotel.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Die Lage war optimal, nahe einer U-Bahn-Station (5 Gehminuten) und Busverbindungen (2 Gehminuten). Außerdem liegt es in einem lebendigen Viertel im Umfeld von zwei Universitäten. Essen, Trinken, Shoppen als nah bei. Das Zimmer war groß genug, um keinen Lagerkoller zu bekommen. Es hatte Klimaanlage, Luftreiniger und Ventilator. Es gab kein Frühstück, aber eine Mikrowelle im Flur. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist vielleicht die Dusche ohne Duschkabine, aber das Bad war groß genug dafür. Das Zimmer war picobello sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Rezeption war stets besetzt. Ein kleines Problem mit einem undichten Duschkopf wurde umgehend gelöst: neuer Duschkopf. Mehrfache Verglasung sorgte für "Noise Cancelling". Habe super geschlafen.
Das Fenster in meinem Zimmer hatte eine Außenverkleidung, die kaum Licht reinlies. Das war das einzige Manko.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025I had to make a last minute booking, so I didn't arrive until almost 11:00 PM. The host showed me to my room and made sure I had everything I needed to settle in for the night.
The light switch was located by the bed and controlled all the lights in the room. The switches could have been a little more conveniently located.
