Reviewed Sep 7, 2026L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario e il divano ed il letto matrimoniale sono comodi. Io ho soggiornato soltanto una notte ma c'è un comodo e spazioso armadio e il bagno veramente ben sistemato. C'è un'area parcheggio libera proprio in fondo la stradina ed un Lidl sulla strada che porta al parcheggio.
Purtroppo tenere aperte le finestre non era semplice se non si voleva l'aria condizionata la notte; per arrivare bisogna camminare un pochino e stare attenti a non sbagliare traversa perchè è un dedalo di strade senza uscita. Inoltre il primo bar dove fare colazione dista almeno cinque minuti (nel mio caso perchè alloggiavo solo una notte e non avevo fatto la spesa).

L'appartamento è un po' buio ma presenta degli spazi molto ampi ed è dotato di tutto il necessario. Piacevole trovare una bottiglia di vino e qualche snack per la colazione al nostro arrivo. Lo staff è cordiale e presente, ci ha permesso di usare la lavatrice. In zona si trova un parcheggio gratuito. Soggiorno piacevole e consigliato.

Limpio y con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable.El baño bastante grande . Situado en un lugar muy tranquilo,fuera de ruidos . Aparcamiento gratis a pocos metros. El anfitrión muy atento a lo que necesitamos y atendió nuestra petición de inmediato.Agradecida por su atención.
Me gustó todo .Si tengo que decir algo deben arreglar la tapa del WC ya que estaba suelta. Situado a 10 min del centro aunque hay que súperar alguna cuestecilla .

Sem toalha de rosto, sem toalha de chão ou tapete no wc. Luzes brancas mesmo nas mesinhas cabeceira. Lençol baixo rasgado (limpo mas notava-se muito uso)

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026El apartamento en general estaba bien decorado y se notaba que los detalles estaban bien cuidados. Contaba con todos los enseres necesarios para una estancia agradable y detalles extra como algo de desayuno (bollería, café o té) y una botella de vino para compartir. En términos generales estaba limpio y era cómodo. Asimismo, el aire acondicionado refrescaba la estancia al completo y el sofá era muy agradable.
Nada más entrar se percibía un olor a humedad que no era ignorable (teníamos que abrir las ventanas cada vez que entrábamos). Además, el apartamento no estaba muy insonorizado, por lo que se escuchaba ruido procedente de la casa superior y de la calle durante las horas de descanso. Asimismo, la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar desde el salón, puesto que te quedabas con el picaporte en la mano. Pasaba lo mismo con el asiento de inodoro, que se salía de su sitio muy fácilmente al sentarte.

Gospodarz zostawił dla nas prezent

All’interno dei cassetti, sotto il letto e nei cassetti della cucina regnavano ragnatele e polvere. Non ci sarei stata più di un giorno e non abbiamo utilizzato nulla in cucina.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele nützliche Informationen zur Stadt erhalten, unter anderem Empfehlungen für Parkmöglichkeiten und Tipps, wo man hochwertiges Olivenöl kaufen kann. Als nette Aufmerksamkeit stand außerdem eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk für uns bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

C’era una puzza di fogna proveniente dal bagno che era difficile da sopportare, meno male che siamo stati solo una notte. Posizione lontana dal centro, bisogna prendere la macchina per andare nel centro storico o bisogna camminare un bel po. La strada per raggiungere l’appartamento è brutta da percorrere in macchina. La pulizia era sufficiente ma migliorabile (le stoviglie erano sporche) La parete della camera da letto si staccava l’intonaco.

Embora seja relativamente próximo ao centro histórico (uns 15 minutos de caminhada), a região possui becos estreitos, e por um erro do google maps nos perdemos em becos que não permitiam manobrar o carro. Foi um custo pra sair.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Super netter Host, schnelle und einfache Kommunikation, Check-In per Code möglich. Gute Lage, um zu parken und zu Fuß in die Innenstadt zu laufen. Schöne Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffee, Öl und sogar eine Flasche Wein. Rollläden zum Abdunkeln und eine kleine zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit draußen vor der Tür.
Apartment A: Leider können all die positiven Aspekte nicht darüber hinwegtrösten, dass das Badezimmer sehr unangenehm aus dem Abfluss riecht. Zudem hat das Bad weder Fenster noch Lüfter, so dass es zudem auch noch muffig/schimmelig riecht. Das Bett war uns etwas zu schmal und insgesamt war alles sehr hellhörig. Ich glaube, dass oben drüber jemand wohnt, der natürlich frühmorgens aufsteht und das Haus verlässt. Ebenso erwachen die Straßen zum Leben, die unmittelbar vor dem Fenster verlaufen. Und was nicht negativ in die Bewertung einfließt, man sich aber definitiv bewusst sein muss: das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Der Tisch ist winzig, man sitzt wie auf Barhockern, alles ein bisschen wackelig und aus Metall (macht laute Geräusche beim Stühlerücken).

Even host leave bottles of wine, 2 bottles of water and small breakfast (mini muffins & mini chocolate croissant). Really nice gesture. Additionally air conditioning was nice, nice hot water and shower. Big TV for entertainment. Free parking just 40m from apartment. Overall really nice apartment.
Air was not fresh and as there is no direct sunlight it was bit suffocating, air condition is outside in main room so bedroom was not that chilled during sleeping and bed is quite small to sleep comfortably.

Bed linens were okay--pillows not super comfortable. Soaps in shower were not clearly labeled...one said shampoo & gel on the same bottle, so I'm not sure what I put in my hair lol, but it smelled good! Everything seemed pretty clean except I saw some hairs on the bathroom floor.

As the parking is public and not owned by the accommodation, there is the chance it could be full so be aware of that. TV didnt work for us at all, luckily we had a firestick so used that. A little chilly in there in march. Outdoor area is communal (we didnt realise that). 4pm check in is very late.

Check-in was very easy and convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the coffee and snacks that were provided. The bed was also very comfortable. Apartment small and a bit crampted. Hob difficult to use. Steep road outside difficult for anyone with limited mobility.
