Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Perfekt gelegene, wundervoll durchdacht und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem Zubehör was man braucht. Die Bilder sind wirklich original und nicht bearbeitet. Mitten in der Einkaufspassage gelegen, fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war gut zu erreichen und hat sich sehr freundlich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Parkmöglichkeiten im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus vorhanden und es gab Rabatt über den Anbieter.

Un accueil super avec Raoul qui a prit le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la ville et les restos à faire. La Clim fonctionnait parfaitement. Le parking était non loin de l’appartement. Nous recommandons vivement.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The apartment was located in the centre of Ronda, allowing access to all the best sights. The apartment is beautifully furnished. It feels warm, inviting and modern. The aircon was very welcome too as we visited during the height of summer. Our host was excellent throughout, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Moreover, there was an incredibly useful information pack, available in both print and digital form. As we travelled by car, it was extremely easy to make the short walk from the nearby carpark. Thank you and we look forward to returning in future!

Raul estremamente gentile e attento a tutte le nostre necessità

Sin ascensor algo incómodo con maletas aunque por suerte era un primero. Que nada más entrar al apartamento viéramos el suelo lleno de hormigas. Cierto que compramos repelente insectos y rociamos el suelo y al volver al apartamento se había solucionado pero nos dio una mala impresión. Eso sí, el dueño muy amablemente nos abonó el gasto de inmediato y también nos aconsejó lugares para comer y cenar en los alrededores.

Der Parkplatz ist drei Minuten entfernt und Raúl hat uns ein vergünstigtes Ticket verkauft. Wenn wir wieder in Ronda sind, werden wir 100% diese Unterkunft buchen. Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Lage perfekt in der Innenstadt. Appartement sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkhaus in 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt. Vermieter Raoul hat alles (incl. Parkhausreservierung) sehr prompt und freundlich arrangiert. Toller Vermieter!
Einziger Mangel: Fehlender Esstisch - nur Couchtisch. Sollte in einem Appartement eigentlich vorhanden sein. Für ein schnelles Frühstück ausreichend. Für lunch oder dinner eher ungeeignet.

The only negative thing was that we stayed for just one night — we truly wish we could have stayed longer. If you're planning a trip to Ronda, book this place if it's available. You won't regret it.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Fiquei hospedada na suíte 1 (além dela, há mais uma suíte e 1 apt), e o local dispunha de tudo (cozinha equipada, banheiro com xampú, condicionador, gel de banho e secador). O ambiente é bem decorado e agradável. A localização do imóvel é perfeita, fica na principal rua de Ronda e fizemos absolutamente tudo a pé. Tem uma cafeteria para café da manhã a poucos passos de distância. Mesmo sendo no primeiro piso, não tivemos problema com ruído. Raúl foi um host extremamente solícito desde o momento da reserva até o final, foi um grande diferencial.
Não foi um ponto negativo para mim porque estava plenamente ciente quando fiz a reserva, mas vale destacar dois pontos a serem avaliados por futuros hóspedes interessados: o prédio não conta com elevador (são dois lances de escada) e o aquecedor do banheiro tem capacidade para 80L, então a água quente dura uns 20min, depois tem que esperar um tempo para voltar a esquentar. Como disse, eu estava ciente disso tudo quando fiz a reserva, mas são dois fatores a serem destacados. De modo algum isso atrapalhou nossa estada, um local para onde certamente voltaríamos.

Appartement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et idéalement situé. Excellente adresse pour loger sur ronda avec un très bon rapport qualité/ prix. Lors de notre prochain voyage sur Ronda nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit die wir über Raúl gebucht haben, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Raul hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben und hat uns auch persönlich empfangen/mit den Koffern geholfen. Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei Und obwohl es auf der Hauptstrasse liegt, ist es in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber!
Das EINZIGER was wir auszusetzen haben ist dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung sehr geknarrt hat. Das sollte eventuell gewechselt werden. Sonst alles wunderbar!!

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026The apartment was very central and lively by day, but quiet at night. It was very well styled and extremely modern and clean. It was only a 5 minute walk to the El Tajo Gorge and the old historic part of Ronda.
It is described as a one bedroom apartment but the bed and sleeping area (although separate from the main lounge area) is part of it. So it is more of a large studio. We didn't mind at all but it is perhaps something to be aware of.

Die Lage ist top, direkt in der Einkaufstrasse und trotzdem ruhig. Besonders ist die Betreuung von Raul hervorzuheben. Er gibt Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir konnten auch einen früheren Check-Inn bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder gern.

Raul was very helpful with researching and then arranging transportation. The apartment is above a pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants but it wasn’t noisy at night. Everything is easily accessible by walking.

The bed was far too smal for 2 people. Because the space was not available for a bigger one. So it could have at least been comfortable. IT WASN'T. Going to bed was a dread.

The kitchen facilities were superb, with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a perfect central location, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host, Raúl, was excellent—he was very helpful throughout and even arranged convenient parking nearby. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

La literie et les serviettes de bonne qualité. Les matelas sont très confortables. Les salles de bain très belles, et l'eau est bien chaude pour la douche. Un plus est le petit robinet qui sert de bidet. L'appartement est très bien insonorisé et lumineux. Un cadeau de l’hôte fut grandement apprécié. Les électroménagers sont neufs et de haute gamme. Reviewed Mar 7, 2026L’accueil par Raul est excellent. Il est d’une grande gentillesse et très disponible. L’appartement est très joli, bien situé, et très propre. La literie et les serviettes de bonne qualité. Les matelas sont très confortables. Les salles de bain très belles, et l’eau est bien chaude pour la douche. Un plus est le petit robinet qui sert de bidet. L’appartement est très bien insonorisé et lumineux. Un stationnement est à quelques minutes à pied et coûte 18 euros pas jour par l’entremise de Raul.
Nous avons tout aimé. Par contre, j’ajouterais un service de 4 couverts pour la vaisselle. À 4 assiettes pour 4 il faut laver la vaisselle plus souvent. Surtout quand on cuisine les repas du soir comme nous.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Loved the Appartment. We stayed two nights and it was perfect. Great position and only a few minutes walk from secured parking which although not cheap was very convenient. Reduced rate of 18 euros for 24 hours via owner. Appartment itself beautifully appointed. Bed very comfortable. Would unhesitatingly return.
