Everything but the rooms was really big and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, including cooking oil, salt etc. They offered a well priced laundry service. They let us leave our bags at the property after check out which was very useful. Towels were provided.
There was no ladder to get up to the top bunk bed
Dobra lokalizacja, pomocny personel.
Pokój niski, dla osób powyżej 1.80m to można głową poszorować o sufit.

Great hostel to stay in before and after the W trek! Very chill and homey vibes and comfy beds, very clean. If you’re tall (like over 6 feet) you’ll struggle with low ceilings. I liked that the bathrooms were huge and private so you could shower and change and get ready for bed all in the same place. They will hold your luggage for free as well!
Bathrooms could be a little cleaner, no lockers/cabinets for stuff

.
El dueño fue muy amable
Nada en particular
Nice place, good location, lots of sitting areas, cooking facilities. Was given options for choosing a room which was nice. Lots of showers and bathroom which is always a plus in the hostel
Place was not very clean.
Property was fine but could use some key extra things. We slept fine, the location is ok, and the kitchen is good.
No lockers or anyway to protect belongings. Top bunk has very little space to roof, so turning over you will bump it. Could use a microwave in the kitchen.
Exceptionally accommodating staff
Peaceful hostel if you’re tired after hikes, lots of bathrooms, very clean, big kitchen space, nice guests
Very far from town center
great staff, great kitchen. location was good
the celling was a little but short
Very basic standard, but it was the only place available last-minute. The staff was kind and helpful, the lady waited for us although we were a bit late for check-in. However the rooms and bathrooms are really old, and it wasn’t the most pleasant place to stay.
A gem of a place. Staff superb. Dorms size ok, with cupboard space excellent. Beds comfy. Bathrooms big, showers good, but could do with descaling. Towels come in with price. Great location - 14 minutes straight down road from bus terminal, and 15 mins from town centre. Kitchen well enough equipped, no oven but has air fryer. A very warm hostel.
All good, but a recommendation To see the kitchen & bathrooms floors cleaned/washed, not just hoovered. Kitchen sink to be cleaned x2 daily Clean dish cloths and tea towels daily Cleaning spray for kitchen to be left out for guest to clean up after themselves
Really good spacious communal areas, sofas and tv. Dorm rooms are huge with great windows and light although they are not tall so if you're over 6 foot 1 be careful!
Kitchen is big but badly organised, no labelling, drains blocked, pans available are pretty awful too.
The place is really Nice! Good beds, big showers, Nice kitchen, places to chill and the staff was super Nice. They helped me a lot with my simcard and gave me a lower bedbunk. The centre is a 20 minute walk.
The only 2 things that could improve is a stairs for the Upper beds. Now you need to climb on a chair to get up. The other thing is, that there is nothing in the bathrooms to put your stuff on. Just put a chair or a small table there and the problem is solved. The bathrooms are big enough for that! But definetely Would recommend it and Will return!
Clean..Close to the bus station. Well heated. Plenty of toilet paper. Strong hot showers. The staff was nice to keep my laptop bag safe for me because there are no lockers. Very good wifi.
Where do i begin. Some of these are very basic requirements for backpacker hostels. 1. They have forced bunk beds into rooms with very low ceilings. About 2.5 or 3 feet between bed and top bunk or top bunk and ceiling. Hence you have to crawl into you bed. 2. There are no stairs to get into the top bunk. You need to use a rickety chair ..and there is only one in the room..so if the other bunk takes it, you have to jump off in the middle of the night. Super uncomfortable. 3. Very low focus on many things that make a.good stay. Zero hooks to hang stuff in bathrooms. You have to put all your stuff on the floor. 4. No lockers. This is most shocking given its a backpacker hostel. 5. No trash bin in the rooms. Where should people throw garbage ? 6. The coffee and sugar in the kitchen is always run out. 7. Knife blades are loose from their handles in most cases. Dangerous to use. 8. No tissues or paper to wipe kitchen surfaces. 9. Only 2 plug points next to one person's bed for the entire dorm.
Excelente atencion!
It doesn’t feel like hostel, more like home :) super nice host, very clean and atmospheric. Close to the bus terminal, excellent laundry service!
Warm, comfy, good atmosphere, huge and well equipped kitchen.
Even though there is quiet time after 10:30pm, people don’t care about it, we couldn’t sleep until 1-2 am because people were cooking and shouting all around the common places (and I mean really actually shouting). Very inconsiderate and disturbing considering that most people wake early in the morning to go hiking and would prefer a good night sleep beforehand. I feel like something should be done about this by the hostel :)
Has everything you need, bathroom is big and clean
Two many people use upstairs bathroom, hard to wait to use it and close to room very noisy too
This is a house that actually as a hostel which makes super comfortable, great beds, lots of rooms to hang out, kitchen has everything and everything in general has lots of space even when many people are in the hostel. Host is super nice
It is located in the middle of a neighborhood meaning it is a bit far from either city center, or the central bus station. Sadly the host do not speak English
The staff were lovely and we got it for a good price. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of spaces to sit and eat. There were some left over gas canisters from other trekkers that the hostel gave us rather than selling us a new canister which was a really nice touch. Multiple bathrooms and showers with hot water and good pressure. The hostel was well decorated and maintained. They looked after our luggage when we did the 8 day o trek in Torres del Paine.
The walls between the rooms are quite thin so we could hear snoring from other rooms. There is also a TV and seating area in the area by the rooms which were noisy one night when someone was on their phone and had the tv on loud. There was also loud music from a near by property on the Saturday night but not on the Sunday.
