Super cozy and friendly. Comfy beds and big dorm room + big kitchen

El desayuno súper bien y rico. Muy ajustado al precio que uno paga, además siempre estaba servido y listo para que los huéspedes pudiesen disfrutarlo. Tenían pan, queso, jamón, cereales, agua, jugo y café.

muy lindo y cómodo el espacio, no estaba taaan cerca del centro pero todo muy caminable y seguro, la chica que me recibió un amor.

La amabilidad de la anfitrión. Todo el hostel tenía calefactores y se sentía muy cómodo estar dentro.

Los colchones eran demasiado suaves, las paredes delgadas y podías escuchar todo.

La distancia entre la cama de abajo y la de arriba era un poco corta. Como soy alta, me golpeé la cabeza algunas veces.

Nice and varied breakfast, slightly far from the center but was only 20min walk, nice room with heater, they heat the room so is ready when you arrive, friendly staff. Nice decoration.

Las instalaciones, la limpieza, ma calidez del hostel luego de jornadas de frio en los tour. Ah no olvidar a Ingrid lo cual fue una muy buena anfitriona.

Solamente tengo unna queja con la puerta de la habitación, falta lubricar las visagras, su ruido en las noches es muy desagradable..lo demàs todo bien

Ingrid es encantadora y muy cercana y hace que tu estadía sea genial. Las habitaciones con baño privado están separadas de las compartidas por un patio, y eso da mucho silencio y tranquilidad a esa zona. Desayuno suficiente con pan para tostar, mantequilla, mermelada, té y café, yogur, fruta, avena y platito de jamón York y queso. Está andando a 15 min de la Plaza de Armas y 30 min del monumento al viento y el Muelle Viejo, pero en un agradable paseíto de 10 min ya estás en la zona de restaurantes y en las calles con las bonitas casas de colores. Volvería sin pensarlo a Kuntur :)

La habitación estaba limpio y los baños también. El personal era amable.

No me gustó que me cobraron un supuesto impuesto o IVA del 19 % aún sabiendo que soy extranjero y que podía quedar exento de ese cobro, decidieron aplicármelo sin decirme nada o sin al menos avisarme. Por simple empatía con el turista pudieron simplemente haberme avisado que se me iba a cobrar para poder barajar las opciones y pagar de forma en la que no se me cobrara el “IVA”.

I chose this accomodation because I was looking for a place that’s quiet so that you can have a good. nights sleep, a place that’s clean and with a common area that’s cozy so that you can spend time there. I got exactly that and much more. I stayed for more than a week and it’s been like my home for my stay. Everything is decorated with a lot of love. The owners and their cat and dog are lovely. They are always happy to help and give recommendations. Also they allowed me to change the dates of my booking after I spontaneously decided to go onto the W-Trek. I stayed in a single and a double room. Both were decorated with a lot of care and there are also things like a coat rack. The mattress in the double room was really comfortable. They are strict about the rules (for example quiet hours) what really helps because days normally start early to go to the national park and therefore it’s important that you can sleep. The place gets cleaned regularly. The breakfast is a mix of salty, sweet and fruit. ¡Muchísimas gracias! Si vuelvo un día a Puerto Natales, seguramente voy a quedar otra vez en el Hostel Kuntur.

Very clean hostel. With a comfortable bed/towels and easy check on. Good breakfast. The pannini maker was a bonus. Easy check in.

For two people the room was a bit small. Shorter people might find the shower awkward as the nozzle is quite high.

Good location, about 15min by walk from bus station and approx. same time from city centre. Good breakfast (even early one if needed). They vorrow hairdryer and offer clothes washing. Lovely dog. Well equiped kitchen.

Very cold place, also rooms are cold, heating is not working in the evening, then start to work at some time during night I guess. Beds are not comfortable unfortunately. You can feel every single move of the person below/above you. The whole bed is shaking. So if you want to go to bathroom in the night, you most probably will wake up whole room. No place to dry your stuff. Also during cleaning you have to move around.

I loved my stay in this hostel. Ingrid and Alejandro are lovely, helpful and know a lot about the area. The hostel has beautiful common areas and both them and my room were spotlessly clean (the kitchen less so, but hard to keep it spotless when lots of people use it). The kitchen is quite well equipped, the water is always hot and the wifi signal is strong. I had a comfortable private en-suite room at a very good price (low season) which made getting ready before and after a long day in the national park easy.

There is nothing anyone can do about this; but I wish it was closer to the bus station. 10-15 minutes isn’t a lot but it felt that way after a long day in the park.

Me gusto la atención de las personas. Las camas eran cómodas y el lugar para guardar tu equipaje bastante amplio. Te pueden ayudar a conseguir transporte hacia el aeropuerto más barato. Los baños son amplios. El desayuno me pareció muy bueno! tiene de todo un poco y si sales temprano ya lo tienen ahí listo

Está un poco alejado del terminal de buses y del centro, pero no es demasiado.

La habitación doble estaba separada de las habitaciones compartidas y cocina, por lo que era muy tranquilo y silencioso. El desayuno era contundente y había café para sacar libremente durante este servicio. Si salías muy temprano, antes del horario oficial de desayuno, podías comerlo sin problema, ya que estaba a disposición desde la noche anterior.

Solo la ducha que era muy estrecha, pero no fue un gran inconveniente.

It was a great location, walking distance from everything we needed. The included breakfast made our lives so much easier. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

They were very kind to me and didnt charge extra for changing my reservation because of medical reasons. Its a place with a spirit of real hostel where people can find friends or go for a hike to Torres del paine park together. Breakfast was really good. And I like this beautiful cat.

Os quartos eram muito confortáveis, limpos e espaçosos. Tinha café da manhã e era bem organizado

O fato de a toalha não estar incluída na reserva. Os anfitriões eram boas pessoas, mas um pouco rigorosos demais. Por exemplo: O horário de silêncio, começava às 23h e eu estava fazendo uma video chamada na área comum às 22h50 e reclamaram disso. Nada grave, mas um pouco incômodo essa parte

Lugnt mindre hostel, familjärt och välstädat.

This was such a brilliantly equipped hostel designed for hikers travelling around the region. Everything was really clean and the breakfast was excellent. I would really recommend it. Really well set up to cook if you want to as well.

La situation géographique

Superbe auberge ! Très agréable, propre, et bien placé. Nous avions réservé une chambre privé et c’était parfait pour notre séjour ici ! Bon petit déjeuner, personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Es súper pintoresco, cómodo y cálido. Los baños son espectaculares, las camas muy suaves y la atención espectacular. El desayuno súper completo y las instalaciones están muy bien. Gracias Leandro e Ingrid por hacer de nuestra estadía súper cómoda

Me encanto que el lugar se sentia muy tranquilo, y que el personal me ayudo mucho con recomendaciones

No me gusto que la habitacion daba a la calle, se escuchaba un poco el ruido de la calle.

Todo está muy bien organizado, la salita tiene juegos de mesa, hay tres baños y todos tienen calefacción, linda decoración y bastante funcional todo.

Bueno, está un poco alejado del centro (18 min caminando aprox) aunque no está tan lejos del terminal de buses (7 cuadras aprox). Pero igual y la ciudad es pequeña asi que se puede caminar bien.

Ingrid e Leandro foram muito receptivos. Leandro deu dicas valiosas sobre o Paine que nos ajudou a curtir mais. A acomodação atendeu nossas expectativas, era confortável e limpa. O café da manhã estava muito bom também, com flexibilidade para tomar mais cedo. A localização não é tão centralizada, os principais restaurantes ficam a uns 15-20 minutos de caminhada, mas pra gente foi tranquilo. Ainda assim tem super mercado e outras facilidades próximo. No geral gostamos muito, recomendamos!

Hier muss ich einfach eine Rezension schreiben... was für eine tolle Unterkunft: gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, toppi sauber, leckeres Frühstück... und... vor allem die Besitzer, sie sind überaus freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit... ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt... ganz lieben Dank an Ingrid und viel Spaß und Glück weiterhin mit deinen Gästen.

La propiedad es manejada por una pareja joven. La verdad que fueron muy amables en todo momento. Ingrid y su pareja te aconsejan y asisten en lo q necesites. Super limpio y ordenado. Tiene calefacción, el desayuno es muy completo, y es un lugar muy acogedor. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Si bien no está en el centro, la ciudad es chica y se puede hacer todo caminando.

La ubicación y el ambiente.

La habitación privada para 2 personas es pequeña, no es cómoda para colocar y organizar las pertenencias dentro de ella. Tal vez para una persona o para quienes viajen muy ligero está bien. Estuve en otros alojamientos de la zona por precio similar con más espacio.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Very nice breakfast and comfortable beds.

The room we got the first 2 nights was close to the toilets and there was quite a lot of noise but the second one was perfect and quiet.

my room was quite small - a twin bed and barely room to stand up next to it. breakfast was nothing special. Puerto Natales isn't a big town, but this is a few blocks away from where you'd want to be in it. Staff weren't the friendliest (I stayed at a few other places in PN during this trip) - working in this industry isn't for everyone

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The kitchen and common areas were clean and organized. The breakfast was good. The location is a 10-minute walk to the bus station and 10-15 minute walk to grocery store and restaurants.

The rooms are very small with limited natural light/windows. We stayed in two different rooms during our time there and the first room only had a window in the bathroom. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed or store our gear.

Breakfast was great. Bed was super comfortable. Host was hard working, organized, and very friendly. Facility was very clean. I have nothing to complain about.

버스터미널에서 걸어갈 수 있고 중심지까지도 아주 멀지않아 좋았어요 근처에 큰 마트도 있구요 전체적으로 깨끗하고 주방이 있어 음식을 만들어 먹을수 있던것도 좋았습니다 따뜻한 물도 펑펑 나와요 청소와 환기를 꼼꼼하게 하는것 같았습니다 그리고 직원분들도 모두 친절했습니다 조식이 포함되어있고 전체적인 컨디션이 좋아 가성비가 좋은 숙소라 생각합니다

공용공간은 따뜻했는데 침실이 조금 추웠어요 제가 있던 방만 그랬을수도 있어요 화장실에서 샤워하는데 물이 조금 잘 안내려갔지만 큰 문제는 아니었어요 그리고 이층침대가 높은데 펜스가 낮아서 잘 때 떨어질까봐 좀 무서웠어요

Muy cómodo, limpio y con gran ubicación (15 min caminando a la estación de Rodoviario). Desayuno completo y variado, con posibilidad de aprovecharlo bien temprano y disfrutar las actividades de la ciudad. Remarco la excelente la atención de Ingrid, siempre muy amable y predispuesta. Volvería sin dudarlo!

何よりもホットシャワーの水量が素晴らしかったです。南米で訪れた宿で最も気持ちよく浴びることができました。

ベットがかなり軋むことと、朝食の補充がなかなかされず、飲み物が飲めなかったこと。 あとは値段が高いかなとも思いますが、宿泊者がそれなりにいるので適正な気もします。
