Reviewed Oct 12, 2026Absolute nightmare experience—avoid this property at all costs! We booked "GuestHost - Piazzale Brescia - Cosy Apt with Balcony" through Booking.com, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The customer service from GuestHost is completely unacceptable. Despite knowing we are English speakers, they refused to communicate in anything other than Italian. To make matters worse, they gave us completely wrong directions and check-in instructions. Because of their faulty instructions and total lack of support, we were left waiting outside on the street from 3:00 PM until 4:55 PM with absolutely no response. When someone finally answered the phone after nearly two hours, there was zero apology. Instead, they were incredibly unfriendly, unkind, and actually had the nerve to blame us for the problems they caused! Politeness equals zero! We are demanding a full refund. Charging the amount they do for this abysmal level of service and hostile treatment is a total scam. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

Magari in cucina mettere tovaglioli di carta/scottex. Per il bagno le salviette piccole per il bidet.
