Bed was comfortable. Pool is nice.

No TV inside the deluxe room. Noisy pipes and knocking sound in middle of night. Not many options for breakfast.

L’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel vraiment gentil. Notre chambre était parfaitement aménagée. Nous regrettons de n’y avoir passé qu’une seule nuit.

Au petit déjeuner, nous n’avons malheureusement pas reçu la carte. Le personnel semblait un peu débordé … nous avons mangé des suggestions présentes sur la carte des plats …

The place was absolutely amazing, I spent a night just sitting at the pool watching it go dark and tge lights come on to see it in its full glory...very happy customer. Staff were 10/10...just the best service with the biggest smiles

L’accoglienza è stata fantastica e tutto lo staff gentilissimo, giardino e piscina stupendi. Camera grande, pulita, accessoriata e confortevole.

Il caffè espresso è stato il peggiore della mia vita! Anche quello americano non era particolarmente buono ma si poteva bere. Probabilmente un problema con la macchina del caffè, non saprei… la colazione in generale non al livello del resto.

Splendide stanze arredate in modo ricercato e particolare, dotate di tutto il comfort. Inizialmente abbiamo riservato il bungalow (splendido, ma temevamo che sia un po' rumoroso dopo le esperienze avute nelle altre location) quindi subito al chek-in la struttura ci ha permesso di fare il cambiamento con una stanza deluxe. Ottima colazione nella zona ristorante aperto, verde, a bordo piscina, inclusa caffetteria, tutto preparato sul momento e accompagnata da una bella musica in sottofondo. La qualità del cibo eccezionale anche a cena! Staff gentile e accogliente. Da restare a rilassarsi a bordo piscina (bella fresca) o da munirsi del mezzo (scooter) per girare i dintorni.

L'unica cosa che manca è uno stenditoio per poter asciugare i costumi da bagno. Il soggiorno è stato fantastico!

O espaço é muito bonito e com muito requinte. Alguns funcionários são muito prestáveis e atenciosos!

A nossa experiência ficou bastante aquém das expectativas. A localização é agradável, mas o alojamento encontra-se relativamente isolado e os acessos são feitos por estradas bastante degradadas, o que dificulta as deslocações. O maior problema surgiu com o primeiro quarto que nos foi atribuído. A casa de banho tinha um cheiro extremamente intenso e desagradável, ao ponto de ser impossível permanecer no quarto. Inicialmente pensámos que pudesse tratar-se de um problema geral relacionado com os esgotos da zona, mas, após solicitarmos a mudança de quarto, verificámos que o novo quarto não apresentava qualquer odor. Isto demonstra que o problema era específico daquele quarto e que deveria ter sido identificado e resolvido antes de receber hóspedes. Outro aspeto menos positivo foi o processo de escolha do quarto. Após efetuarmos a reserva através do Booking, foi-nos pedido que escolhêssemos um dos quartos, uma vez que todos têm nomes e decorações distintas. No entanto, nunca nos foi disponibilizada uma lista dos quartos disponíveis nem qualquer informação que facilitasse essa escolha. Indicámos apenas que pretendíamos um quarto com um ambiente romântico, mas não recebemos qualquer sugestão. Tivemos de procurar, por iniciativa própria, os quartos no site do alojamento. Sempre que indicávamos um quarto, a resposta era apenas que já se encontrava ocupado. Este processo repetiu-se várias vezes, sem que nos fossem apresentadas alternativas ou qualquer ajuda por parte da equipa. Por fim, o pequeno-almoço revelou-se bastante limitado em termos de variedade e qualquer pedido adicional era cobrado à parte, o que consideramos pouco adequado para o tipo de alojamento e para o preço praticado. São aspetos que, com um pouco mais de atenção ao detalhe e maior preocupação com a experiência do cliente, poderiam ser facilmente melhorados.

The staff were great and very friendly - they couldn't do enough for us! The place was beautiful. The food was lovely and good value for money. We had a gorgeous room with a veranda that we sat out on at night.

There were a lot of influencers who were getting in the way, and you felt like you were in the way. The place has lots of trees, which is great for shade, but actually, it would have been nice to sit in the direct sun sometimes. It was noisy with the building work going on - we were asked if they needed to stop, but we didn't want to be rude! But this didn't stop us from having a lovely stay. We would be back.

Swimming pool amazing, staff brilliant and very kind, room excellent

We booked this hotel mainly for its gorgeous communal swimming pool with lovely lighting. We arrived late at night; Bali’s local transport is inconvenient, so our trip took much longer than expected. Surprisingly, staff warmly waited for us at the entrance at around 11 PM. They always noticed us the second we got to the gate, which made us really happy. They kindly helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. The best part was our spacious room — it matched online photos perfectly and was even nicer in person. We had a wonderful stay and took plenty of beautiful photos by the pool. The location feels rural by car, yet grab/taxi pickups are super convenient. We ordered rides five or six times during our stay and every car arrived promptly. They also offer free luggage storage. We had a volcano tour and wouldn’t be back overnight, and the staff kindly made an exception to keep our bags for the whole night safely with nothing missing.

Our room is up a steep staircase with no handrails, a little tricky for guests in high heels. Luckily the team always assists with bags, so it wasn’t a problem.

Самый красивый отель в моей жизни! Территория! Номера ( у нас был двухэтажный люкс) у друзей стандартный номер и стандартный очень красивый и люкс тоже! Сервис класс! Завтраки вкусные и красивые!Телефон из рук просто не выпускали, снимали каждый уголок! Неделю жили, первые дней 5 вообще никого не было только приезжали фотографироваться гости, но нас в это время и не было!

Die Anlage ist außergewöhnlich schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Widia, Rachmad und Bintang waren bei allen Anliegen für uns da und haben uns schnell weitergeholfen. Vico hat uns super Drinks gemacht und uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge gegeben! Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell am Strand und an den Klippen in Uluwatu. Zum Zentrum sind es tagsüber ca. 20-30 Minuten.

In unserem Zimmer (One Love) hat und die Ausstattung des Badezimmers nicht so gut gefallen. Die Dusche war in die Jahre gekommen und der Abfluss ist sehr langsam abgelaufen. Da es eine offene Dusche war stand nach kurzem Duschen Wasser im Bad sodass man warten musste bis man das Waschbecken nutzen konnte ohne wieder nasse Füße zu bekommen. Zudem war das ganze Zimmer relativ dunkel wegen für uns zu wenig Beleuchtung. Die Klimaanlage war auch auf Sleep Mode verhältnismäßig laut. Bei unserem weiteren Aufenthalt auf Bali hatten wir deutlich leisere Geräte.

Stunning decor. The feeling of being somewhere else, an evolving story, lots of corners to explore. The staff are lovely, things are clean and comfortable. Pools are great.

Breakfast was ok. Felt a bit isolated and didn't know how to connect with the surrounding area.

It is beyond what I expected. A real treat, and everything is aesthetically laid out, snd super clean. The staff is exemplary. The manager is super accommodating, and hence the hood attitude displayed by the staff. I had a little accident, and the staff was running around past midnight to get medical attention for me, snd to make me comfortable. A real personal touch. My compliments to the Manager. A real super hospitable, and friendly demeanour. Bravo!. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

La sécurité, le calme, la sérénité et le cadre de l’établissement qui est juste magnifique et un personnel discret, souriant et attentif.

L’emplacement est loin de toutes commodités à pied.

-Les influenceurs Instagram qui essaient de privatiser une piscine pour prendre des photos et vidéos d'eux-même. Ridicule! et ça gâche la magie de l'endroit.

Beau design et personnel agréable !

Le bungalow bénéficie d’un très beau design, agréable et soigné. Pour améliorer encore l’expérience, il serait appréciable d’ajuster la climatisation afin qu’elle ne souffle pas directement vers le lit, et de veiller à limiter les nuisances sonores tôt le matin. Cela rendrait le séjour encore plus confortable et reposant.

Наше бунгало было открыто для всех отдыхающих. Окна выходили на бассейн, где лежали куча людей, поэтому мы сидели зашторенные в темноте. Имейте ввиду, что номера делюкс не имеют двери в туалет. То есть если вы едете вдвоем, то в туалет вы будете ходить друг при друге

Nice design, definitely master(s) worked on this one. Great visuals in the hotel garden and nice room design. Personnel very helpful, called for services like a scooter and tennis court.

We had a corner room, so the bed was placed in the corner of the room. Also the bed was standing in sight of two mirrors, one in the sleeping room and the other in the bathroom.. not totally feng shui if you know what I mean - that’s drawing energy. Didn’t like the absence of big windows, I love to wake up due the real sunlight. But this room doesn’t have any big windows for the sun to feel up the room with light.

The whole area of the property is very beautiful, every detail is very aesthetic. The pools are well-maintained, breakfast has not much choice, but whatever we tried was quite good. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We stayed in the room called Romeo, which was a very beautiful bungalow, but not everything was well-maintained. The mosquito net covering the bed had lots of stains. Toilet was also quite old and created not very clean impression. Considering the beauty of the area and the buildings, you will spend lots of time with influencers constantly taking thousands of pictures. The hotel had a nice location, but we needed to get a taxi every time we wanted to visit any attraction or nice restaurants in the city.

1) my friends stayed in the tree house in the beginning, the room has a strange mix of odor, which was quite unpleasant. We requested to change room but the room was full on that day, in the end we upgraded and paid extra. 2) we booked a suite on the second floor with a long stairway leading to the swimming pool. Outside the room of the suite, there is a step, which we almost get tripped off each time we pass by. Better make this step more obvious or remove the step for safety of the guests. 3) the electricity went off two times during the night...

Eine optisch schöne Anlage mit gutem Essen.

Diese Anlage ist eher ein touristischer Instagram-Spot statt einer Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen. Gleich nebenan eine laute Baustelle und Menschen die nur für den nächsten Instagram-Shot kommen. Keine wirkliche Ruhe. Das Personal ist sehr oberflächlich kühl.

I’m a huge fan of what has been created in this hotel, I’ve never experienced anything like it, this is truly the best hotel and most charming place I’ve ever been to. Hope to come again soon

What a wonderful & peaceful place. Now back home in Abu Dhabi I still miss the nature in the boutique hotel, the sounds and the wind, especially the rooster in the mornings.. Everything there feels so safe, cosy & so homely. The young staff team is very helpful and caring and also efficient, whatever you need its been taken care off asap. The breakfast is great. I liked the other guests are all a very nice crowd, everyone classy and young and beautiful. The room felt very cosy and it feel very close to nature.

I think too much chloride smell from the pools. Sometimes they spray pesticides for insects and it would be better to warn guests before so one can close the windows. They renovate and there is noise and paint smell during the day which is disturbing. There was something falling from the ceilings, it was all over my suitcases. The location unfortunately nowhere to walk to, every time need a Grab car to go somewhere walkable

super noisy and loud construction on the property starting 7:30 am, they stopped banging after I asked the staff but its strange that on the resort itself the banging and drilling is non stop from so early in the morning.

La Santa Rosa has been such a beautiful and heartwarming experience. The rooms are thoughtfully integrated into lush greenery, surrounded by nature, creating a very romantic and peaceful atmosphere. Every detail feels intentional and lovingly curated: the rooms are cleaned twice a day, with a lovely turndown service in the evening, fresh water, slippers placed by the bed, a tiny box of cookies, and a beautiful Bali flower as a final touch. These small gestures truly make a difference. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful — you really feel cared for. And the homemade granola is absolutely delicious and a perfect start to the day. A place where you feel both grounded and spoiled in the best possible way. I would highly recommend La Santa Rosa to anyone looking for a serene, intimate stay in Uluwatu. 🌺💚

This place is stunning. It's like being transported to another country. Aesthetic pleasure is guaranteed. The rooms deserve special attention – they're simply unlike anything else. Highly recommended.

Probably the only downside is the bloggers who are constantly filming something, but the hotel prohibits professional filming.

The resort is really a hidden gem. I wish I had found it earlier and stayed longer. The service is top top, any request they can help with and everything seems good quality. I loved the breakfast, great avocado on sourdough and the sweet potato was amazing. Beautiful pools, very peaceful and quiet. Feels safe also with security outside. Cleaning service really good.

The building during rain or when the upstairs neighbor takes a shower is leaking and water is dripping all over. They are spraying some (chemicals ?) for mosquito all the time. I would do that in the night when nobody is around. Pool sometimes smells like chloride and towels and bed sheets smell like bleach. Not enough water in the room to use for tea and brushing teeth

It’s beautiful architecture and pool areas. The rooms are really well appointed and it feels like a really relaxing environment.

It’s a small thing but there’s no TV’s. Normally a good thing but one day there was torrential rain and the room was the best place to be. A TV would have been very good that day.

Stuff very poor capable of speaking English, slowly service. When i stay at the hotel i see many local tourists come for stay, but foreigners was not so many, so stuff don’t have any practice of speaking English.

Очень атмосферный и красивый отель. На территории много красивых локаций для фотосессии. Номера тоже выполнены не в Балийском, а более греческом стиле, в них есть всё необходимое и очень чисто. Убираются каждый день. Отличный персонал, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Единственное, рядом находится небольшая ферма и по утрам будят петухи, но об этом сразу информируют при заезде и беруши в случае чего могут помочь людям с чутким сном.
