Voor de deur parkeren met onze twee autos. Hele grote woonkamer en slaapkamers. Heerlijke badkamers. Keuken heel compleet zelfs met afdroogdoeken vaatdoekjes enz. Locatie heeft rustige ligging en heel dicht bij centrum. Leuke spelletjes aanwezig als ook foldertjes..

Er is werkelijk niets aan te merken op deze accommodatie en locatie. Het is top! Ter info: Misschien zijn wij erg verwend vanwege onze ervaringen met Air bnbs waar meestal wel de mogelijkheid is om Netflix te kijken op de TV. Dat kon op deze tv niet, althans wij konden dat niet vinden. Wel kun je betaalde film huren via andere streaming.

The location is superb, right in the heart of Dinant ! Parking was good and the neighbours were very friendly too.

Nothing to put us off really, everything was just as we wanted. It was VERY hot but that was due to the weather not the property.

Maison mitoyenne et pas évident de trouver de la place où se garer si on vient à beaucoup.

Jammer dat er geen kerstboom en/of kerstversiering was.

Het huisje was erg ruim! Er was meer dan genoeg zitplek voor iedereen en zowel een eettafel en zitgedeelte met banken. Dit maakte het erg comfortabel!

Dit ligt compleet buiten de verhuurders, maar de buurman was erg storend in dit verblijf. Hij kwam telkens klagen over overlast. De eerste keer waren wij luid en was dit terecht, de andere keren waren wij op laag volume aan het praten met zachte achtergrondmuziek. Nu is het denk ik wel zo dat hij dit inderdaad kon horen gezien de dunne muren, maar dit is niet fijn tijdens een vriendenweekend. Ook was hij aan het dreigen met geweld, wat de grens voorbijgaat.

De toiletten zijn klein en verouderd

De locatie is uitstekend. Je bent zo in het centrum. Je auto kan voor de deur. Het huis is mooi, goed onderhouden. Leuk om je eigen "grot" in de tuin te hebben. Weer eens wat anders. Fijn dat er hekje voor zit. Het is lekker stil in huis ondanks straat en trein. Huis is schoon,voldoende spullen. Fijn dat je met sleutel kluis zo naar binnen kan.

Perfect gelegen comfortabel huis

Verschrikkelijke buren om half 10 komen aanbellen en klagen dat we praten. Blijkbaar schering en inslag van deze buren

La maison a un air un peu suranné fort dépaysant que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Elle est située à proximité du centre ville, près du pont Charles de Gaulle et de la collégiale, et des bords de Meuse avec les restaurants et terrasses. C'est donc très facile. L'équipement intérieur de la maison est tout à fait satisfaisant.

C'est peut-être important de signaler que ce n'est pas une maison adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite car beaucoup d'escaliers assez raides. Le matin notamment, des odeurs d'égouts sont aussi à signaler afin que les propriétaires puissent y remédier.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine sehr gute Lage zur Stadt. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und freundlich, sie waren jederzeit erreichbar und ansprechbar.

Mooi ruim huis echt prachtig

Het was een fijn ruim huis. De ligging is voortreffelijk, lekker ruistig maar op loopafstand van Dinant en het station. Er is veel te doen in de omgeving. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en staan voor je klaar indien nodig. Erg fijn.

Alleen de wc op de eerste verdieping is klein vergeleken met de rest van het huis.

With a very nice restored home with some of the original architecture and interior, and was in a great location to go do things in Dinant.

The water closets were very tiny, and it was a bit chilly in the house.

Ligging perfect

Great place to stay and explore the area. Easy walk to the centre of town. House was clean and had everything we needed. Only slight negative was the 2 toilets were really small.

This house was like a house in fairy tale book. The location was perfect, It takes just 5 minutes th the center of Dinant.

Location was great

This is a fabulous property with four bedrooms and three floors. We were able to park four large touring motorcycles out front in a nice level parking area, we could have parked six. The communication with owner was excellent and very accommodating. We took a short (10 minute) walk to the main bridge and the restaurants by the river. The town is super clean and very pretty. Property has a large ground floor with enough tables and chairs for a large group (there were only four of us and it was great value even then). Main bathroom very plush, second shower room nicely fitted, two separate WCs. Pretty garden; terraced and steep; you get a view of the town from the top. Very pretty garden with outside seating.

Lovely house and responsive owners -a problem emerged it was quickly resoloved

Due to a misunderstanding the owner had locked off two of the bedrooms. We needed all four and this caused us a temporary bit of stress. Fortunately the owner had it sorted out within two hours of our arrival. I don't mind mistakes as long as they are acknowledged and the issues addressed rapidly, as they were here. Hopefully the owners will cease their practice of locking off rooms. If four bedrooms are advertised they should all be made available.

This is an amazing place! It is organized so well, so comfortable, right in the centre of Dinant, parking is a breeze, and is an absolutely gorgeous home. The value for money is very good and it’s truly an excellent get-away for friends and family. Communication with Nele was so easy and she was so responsive. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.
