some items are broken in the bathroom and kitchen, 2 high chairs are broken and not safe.

House was beautiful and had a pool, which my kid loved. Kitchen area was spacious too

The showers were a little wonky - low pressure and too a while before we had any hot water. The master bed room shower was a little hard to figure out, we had to control the shower via the water main feeding the shower.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The location was convenient, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We would definitely come back again!

I liked the design of the villa, everything was functioning and clean and I liked the backyard view

I wish there were a sitting area in the back yard like some chairs and a sofa maybe, especially that im a smoking person and need to sit outside

I like everything about the villa. Its really gorgeous and modern with industrial design. It still has the calm vibe to it. Pool was nice, view a plus and amenities provided is awesome.

It is a fabulous house- smart with a very good id and architecture. Location is superb - despite by the water in the scorching hot weather of negeri sembilan this house is cold inside in most areas. The airconds and fans are of quality.The beds&mattreses are good, pool is superb and kitchen that facing the cove is our favourite. You feel like your are in an air bnb by the water in sydney😊All facilities are good- we made crepes for breakfast using the thermomix, we cooked& dine out too. Many shops and eating places nearby and beach is a very short walk from the house. A perfect place for family to bond and unwind😍thank you noreen

Perfect getaway... Loved everything about the place, the indoor pool, the sea front view from the open kitchen...The rooftop was a pleasant surprise... We sat sipping coffee whilst star gazing ...saw my first ever shooting star... Absolutely loved it!

Architecture and design of the villa. Elegant, classic and thoughtfully done. Good view of yatch and the kitchen is fully equipped. And it has an indoor swimming pool.

The only areas for improvement would be the shower water, which didn’t get very hot, the floor which could have been a bit cleaner, and a beeping sound from the kitchen glass door that was a little distracting

superb location, next to avillion.a beautiful industrial modern house with a well appointed kitchen -we cooked steaks on the 1st day n ordered grab at other times.n ok size saltwater pool, sandwiched in between d living n kitchen/family area.we used swim tether to simulate lap swim so d pool size was not n issue.

We had an amazing experience staying at this modern, beautifully designed waterfront villa. The interior blends industrial chic with natural wood tones, giving it both a stylish and cozy vibe. The living area is open-concept with high ceilings, sleek finishes, and plenty of natural light. The highlight, however, was the incredible waterfront location. Waking up to serene views of the marina, with boats docked just across the water and a gentle breeze from the sea, was simply unforgettable. The large sliding doors made it effortless to enjoy the outdoors while still being indoors. It’s a peaceful, relaxing retreat with a luxurious touch — perfect for both families and small groups of friends. Not to mention that the pool is huge… my kids enjoyed it so much and wanted to come back again

- Suggest to fix blinds at the kitchen area - There were cameras downstairs - Water from the heater in the bathrooms was just warm, not hot - Not suitable for the elderly who cant climb stairs. Small children have to be supervised - The master bedroom door got locked from outside. Contacted the person in charge and she mentioned that those who stayed there the previous day also experienced the same. They should have rectified the problem quickly. How if a child gets locked in the room? In the end, we opened the door ourselves - A dog got into the porch area and was loitering around

The location was strategic. It located in front of the PD sea and we also can watch yatch view.. This Villa also near with commercial area also and its very convenient for us.. The Villa was 100metre from the beach.. Lastly ,We love the swimming pool concept very much..

So far everything was so fine and we like everything about this Villa.. The experience when we staying here for 1 night was superb and memorable..

The decor, ambience, facilities and the host were nothing short of perfect! So well equipped and everything was just amazing♥️

Would be great if there were more beds placed esp in the master room. 2 queen beds perhaps as the foldable mattresses aren’t very comfortable. This would help cater for a good 6-8 pax. Oh and a BBQ would just make it perfect :)

It was like watching a live painting unfold in front of me, and I soaked in every minute. Everything was so clean and well-maintained, from the comfy beds to the sleek bathroom. You can tell the owners really care about the place. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. Whether you're swimming in the pool, cooking up a feast, or just lounging and enjoying the view, this villa has you covered. Love the indoor swimming pool, spacious bedroom even have only 2 room, plus have extra sofa bed. Can cook if you dont want to eat outside. Love the backyard view and tv/kitchen area.

The villa was amazing, and everything was just nice. I like the swimming pool a lot.

Only the staircase is too high and not suitable for the old and also the young below 7 of age.

Love the villa so much! Eventho only have 2 rooms but they provide many mattress. And so spacious and comfortable for family over 10 pax. Love love love dont know how to describe, will come again! ♥️🫰🏻

All okay only the stairs bcs not suitable for senior citizens. If only have extra room at downstairs would be perfect! 😁
