Die Preise für die Schlafkabinen sind zu hoch. Leider ginge es bei mir nicht anders, als dort zu übernachten. Und für nicht mal 12 Stunden Aufenthalt ca 270€ pro Person ist es echt zu teuer. Außerdem hört man alles, was im Flur und in den anderen Kabinen passiert bzw. geredet wird, was Einschlafen schwieriger macht. Und Licht hat irgendwie komisch funktioniert, wie man es richtig an und ausmacht, habe ich nicht verstanden und meine Taschenlampe benutzt.

Was very convenient,once we found the hotel. The route we we took made us go through security checkpoint again. About a 15 min wait to check in because of long line, maybe one line for confirmed reservations would be nice. Our family of 4 adults was very comfortable in king suite with bunk beds. Was very easy to get some rest before our 8:00am flight. Just a 15 min walk to departure gate

Shower: door wouldn’t close all the way, a little mold in corners, drain didn’t drain properly. Check in process

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and very well located for International transfer.

Definitely over priced. It is understandable as it doesn't not have competitors inside the airport (other than Hilton). Yet, for the same price, services could be more refined and exclusive.

C/in bir felaket, işinden bunalmış yüzleri asık resepsiyon görevlileri. Kendimi çok değersiz hissettim. Uzun bir süre kuyrukta beklemeye hazır olun. Bu fiyata burada mı kalıyorum diyeceksiniz! İstanbul’un en lüks 5* otellerinden bile pahalı. Mecbur kalmadıkça kesinlikle kalınmaz. Ayrıca çok pis.

Ottima soluzione per dormire in aeroporto a Instanbul. L'hotel si trova all'interno dell'area transiti internazionali ed una soluzione molto comoda per scali lunghi o se si ha il volo presto al mattino. La camera (noi avevamo una familiare) è essenziale, ma confortevole e pulita. Ci stiamo stati bene in 4. Letti comodi.

Il prezzo per me è troppo alto e non c'è possibilità di fare colazione in hotel, occorre uscire dall'hotel e fare colazione in un bar nel terminala costi molto alti

Wichtig: Unkomplizierte Umbuchung und hervorragender Service Ich hatte ursprünglich das YOTELAIR im Airside-Bereich gebucht, da ich am nächsten Morgen von Istanbul nach Adıyaman weiterfliegen wollte. Erst beim Check-in am Flughafen Berlin BER erfuhr ich, dass mein Gepäck nicht bis zum endgültigen Ziel durchgecheckt werden konnte. Dadurch musste ich in Istanbul durch die Passkontrolle, meinen Koffer abholen und den Transitbereich verlassen. Die bereits gebuchte Übernachtung im Airside-Bereich war für mich somit nicht mehr nutzbar. Das YOTEL-Team reagierte äußerst verständnisvoll und buchte meine Reservierung völlig unkompliziert auf ein Zimmer im YOTEL Landside um. Nach der nächtlichen Ankunft war diese schnelle, freundliche und kundenorientierte Lösung eine große Erleichterung. Vielen Dank für diesen hervorragenden Service! Ein wichtiger Tipp für andere Reisende: Wer im YOTELAIR Airside übernachten möchte, sollte vor der Buchung unbedingt klären, ob das aufgegebene Gepäck bis zum endgültigen Reiseziel durchgecheckt wird. Muss man den Koffer in Istanbul abholen, verlässt man den Transitbereich und kann das Airside-Hotel unter Umständen nicht mehr erreichen. Bei mir stellte sich dies leider erst beim Check-in in Berlin heraus – lange nach der Hotelbuchung. Dank der großartigen Unterstützung von YOTEL wurde aus einem unerwarteten Reiseproblem dennoch eine angenehme Übernachtung. Klare Empfehlung!

Фактическое заселение с 20.00 до 9.00 при цене, как за суточный номер. Я попросил более раннее заселение, но это невозможно.

The whole point of the sleep cabins is that they are located airside for transit passengers. That's about the only plus. Cleanliness was OK.

For a EUR 250 a night location, the experience was poor. Soundproofing - which should be a huge point of focus for travellers who will usually just have a short night - was terrible. The cleaning staff was pushing their cart up and down the corridor at 11:30pm, and a door kept banging closed. That is crazy. No free water bottles (the receptionist "kindly" gave me a free bottle of water) for a EUR 250 room. The bed could be wider, there's no need for the rest of the space in the room. Only one memory foam pillow, so no choice hard / soft / thin / thick etc.

Номера плохо убраны. Не предоставляют воду. На ресепшен всего один сотрудник и он постоянно занят.

The location is perfect, just 10-15 minutes from most gates.

There should be more people at reception, check-in is a bit slow and it’s the last thing you need after a long flight.

Прилетели около 12 ночи, с нами двое детей. Они устали и хотели спать. Но в номере не были подготовлены для них спальные места! Пришлось еще ждать, пока им сделают и заправят кровати. Это огорчило

No slippers in cabin. No toiletries. No phone in room. Very dirty shared bathroom. Over the 9 hours I was there they did not clean the bathroom once.

Удобно что этотнахолится в самом аэропорту.

За 260 долларов в отеле должно быть чисто, не должно быть пыли в комнате. В душевой не должно быть плесени, вода должна уходить в слив а не стоять в 2 см высотой в душевой кабине. Туалеты должны быть чистыми и полы тоже... Я конечно понимаю что это не Европа но не думал что все будет так плохо...

A unique location that allows you to stay in the "clean" area of the airport and not spend a lot of time and effort going through all the controls if you have a long transfer. Very comfortable beds and well-designed lighting. You feel like you're in a pretty decent hotel, not a one-night stand.

The shower area is not very comfortable: if you travel with your family, you have to go to the toilet and wash yourself literally behind a thin curtain. Some rooms are located in such a way that they are difficult to find in the maze of corridors, although, in general, navigation around the hotel is quite good and the staff is always ready to help.

Удобно, что отель находится в чистой транзитной зоне после всех контрольных мероприятий. Доступна зона дьюти фри и все рестораны и магазины.

Очень сложная навигация, с трудом нашёл свой номер.

Цена конечно оставляет желать лучшего И еще : заселение в 10 вечера, выезд в 6 утра за 223 евро это конечно to much, при том по факту это номер чуть больше капсулы

Room was satisfactory

Our spacious room with an extra bed for our son was perfect! The air conditioning, bedding, and shower facilities were top-notch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as a mom with two small boys! 🤩

Tappa obbligata se devi dormire in aeroporto. Prezzi esorbitanti per il servizio reso. Check in alle 24 e check out alle 5. Stanza senza bagno 172 euro. Climatizzatore impostato a 18 gradi. Sono entrato e ne segnava 21. Non si può spegnere. Temperatura massima impostazione 25 gradi. Dopo 6 ore la temperatura era di 21.5. Devi dormire vestito con il piumone che danno in dotazione. Insonorizzazione pessima. Dalla porta sottile di vetro passano tutti i rumori. Essendo in aeroporto c'è un continuo movimento e non si dorme. Peccato non abbia concorrenza e fanno quello che vogliono

The staff at SleepCabins was friendly and helpful. At the main desk, not so friendly.

YotelAir was hard to find in the airport. It is such a huge airport, with so many shops. Also, I couldn't figure out how to manage the lights in the cabin. I finally just took the room key out of the slot, and the lights went out.

It’s the perfect deal for those in transit who can’t go outside the airport because of the visa requirements .

Hotel is conveniently located for getting sleep during a long layover in the airport. Beds are comfortable, facilities are clean, showers are convenient and well appointed., and sleep pods are well insulated from airport noise.

There is a beverage cooler but payment is electronic only with the check-in staff. To avoid a long line (of visitors checking in) just to pay for a bottle of water I left the hotel and got beverages elsewhere in the airport. Would be better to have a self-pay option.

Приятный персонал, комфортные кровати, хорошее функционирование воздуха. Для ночных стыковок идеальное решение. У отеля три этажа, у каждого лифта свой клининг робот. Вид из номера на торговое авеню, плотная штора на ночь гарантирует погружение в сон, нет ощущения замкнутого пространства. В шкафу можно найти тапочки, на полочке две бутылки воды, в душе шампунь и кондиционер. Есть даже небольшой холодильник и телевизор. Питание оценить не было возможности, завтракали в бизнес лаунж. Спасибо за комфортную стыковку между рейсами!

Может быть очередь на check in. Не очень чисто, но это аэропорт.

Просторный номер с двумя роскошными кроватями. Вода из душевой вытекает в комнату :( Подложено полотенце, но оно не спасает ситуацию) И конечно хотелось бы выпить горячего чая, но увы, такового не было … Выспались отлично, мне было душно, муж не жаловался на духоту

Perfect for a layover if you don’t need to see downtown Istanbul. The cabin size was sufficient for a person, not so well noise-insulated but tolerable. The shared bathrooms and toilets were well maintained and when I was there there was no queue at all.

Love the convenience of not having to leave the terminal during an overnight layover. Room is plenty big enough for one person, there are a hundred food outlets steps away, and the bed is very comfortable.

Rather cold in the room for me, pillow is WAY too big, and one of the bathroom stalls had no toilet paper. The price excessive for a cabin and shared bathroom, but you pay for location.

Свет горит в коридоре, ночью светло в номере, персонал не дружелюбен, полотенце, тапки и пр. принадлежности не выдали. Цена огромная, клетка 2м на 2м. За такую цену это не гуманно.

Lo que más me gustó fue el confort de la habitación, su limpieza inmaculada, la comodidad de sus camas y El SILENCIO SUPREMO que permite el descanso. Nunca imaginé que en un hotel dentro de un aeropuerto no se sentiría absolutamente ningún ruido.

It’s convenient and you still get privacy to sleep in a busy airport, the shower and bathroom were rather clean. The employees at the desk were polite.

Other than being ridiculously overpriced for what you get, the bedding had holes and stains that I noticed only the next day. The pillow was super hard. The floor and table of the cubicle were clean, however. The AC didn’t work as expected, it was either too hot or too cold even when adjusting the temperature there was no noticeable difference.

Sooo convenient to have an overnight layover and sleep, all inside the airport. Very clean and tidy, staff was helpful. You can book in earlier and pay by the hour.

Long line at check in because they can't take cash and someone wanted to pay that way; scary that you can get out of your cabin without your key card because you could easily forget it inside; shared bathroom facilities not very large. It's very expensive, but you're paying for convenience.
