Propreté pas toujours au niveau. Et au départ, on m’a demandé d’aller mettre la note maximale sur Booking, ce qui m’a mis un peu mal à l’aise.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, à la jonction d’une rue calme et près des grands monuments et tram. Pas de grosse montée non plus pour y accéder. Grandes chambres, propre, petit dej passable. Le personnel est au soin, mention à Enes de l’accueil, très sympa et qui nous a donné des conseils pratiques.
Si vous réservez un taxi, le véhicule n’est pas autorisé à entrer dans la rue ( restitution de circulation en journée) il vous faudra marcher quelques mètres.

Het geluid van de moskee is net naast de deur waardoor je ‘s morgens vroeg gewekt wordt. Ontbijt is inclusief maar sloeg voor ons wat tegen.

La cama es una cuestión de gustos pero para mí fue algo incómoda.

Зробили все для нашої зручності та навіть пішли на зустріч і дозволили раніше заселитися. Номер з усім необхідним для перебування. На сніданках не супер великий вибір, але достатньо щоб щось собі обрати. Вода в номерах, косметика, тапочки та інші зручності. Для декількох днів - ідеальне співвідношення ціни та якості! Особливо дякую Enes за гостинність ☺️

Что было хорошо: - Месторасположение: основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, при этом сам отель стоит в стороне от шума главных туристических локаций. - Персонал: отзывчивый и вежливый. - Завтрак был достаточно хорошим, каждый из нашей семьи нашел, что поесть.
В целом всё было хорошо, могу выделить только несколько нюансов: - Номер был чистым, единственный нюанс - на одном из полотенец был длинный черный волос, который не принадлежал никому из нас. В остальном всё было ок. - Шумоизоляция не очень, но это обычная история в Стамбуле. - Довольно назойливое предложение своих дополнительных услуг в WhatsApp: то трансфер, то вечерний круиз, то снова трансфер.

Toujours souriant, professionnel, disponible et attentif à nos besoins. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment fait la différence et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Breakfast was chaotic with a shortage of plates and cups. People also qued waiting for tables. Organised, staggered meal times might have helped.

Los recepcionistas muy amables, Enest es un 10 te ayuda en todo. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero como realmente solo vas a dormir . El té y el café que hacen en recepción es gratuito y es excelente.
Las almohadas muy duras y el desayuno es muy turco pero por el precio no se puede pedir más.

Schwache WIFI, Zimmer ist eigentlich für 2 aber wurden wir für 4Personen reingestopft. Viel zu eng für 4Personen obwohl haben wir für 4 Personen gebucht, und Zimmer unsauber, Frühstück geht überhaupt nicht. Wir werden in Zukunft auf kein Fall noch mal buchen.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Perfect location from food and tram stop at Sultanhamet. Level walking to tram food and Blue mosque area and Cistern Rooms were good and we were upgraded to a Juliette Balcony without asking. Breakfast very good on the roof top Housekeeping lady Tuba(?) was very kind to us.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Muy céntrico. Cerca de los principales monumentos, del tranvía y de numerosos restaurantes. Está en una zona con mucha vida.
El desayuno era muy flojo. Y la habitación cuádruple resultó ser dos habitaciones dobles con lo cual nos tuvimos que separar con los niños Las ventanas de la habitación daban a un muro. No tenía casi luz natural.

Je vais commencer par les chambres,j'avais réservé et payé depuis plus de 4 mois 5 chambres avec balcon et je me retrouve avec une seule chambre conforme,2 autres ne présentant pas de fenêtres et 2 autres avec une petite fenêtre donnante sur les escaliers de secours . Une odeur nauséabonde se dégagea et de l'humidité . J'ai réclamé à la personne se trouvant à la réception de nous changer les chambres non conforme. La reponse était négative sous prétexte qu'il n'y avait plus de disponibilité. Il n'y avait pas de manager pour trouver une solution . Le ton est monté en nous insultant d'être des gamins et il a convoqué la police pour nous chasser de l'hotel . Il a refusé d'honorer cette réservation et pire ,il avanca que vous n'avez qu'à vous plaindre chez Booking.com en faisant sortir nos bagages. On etaient resté presque 4 heures dans un jardin public en attendant de trouver un autre établissement, il y avaient 2 personnes âgées de plus 70 ans et 4 enfants dans mon groupe. Une expérience dramatique et un personnel indigne sachant j'ai visité la ville d'istanbul plus d'une dizaine de fois . Cet établissement doit être rayée des plate-formes de réservation et des agences de voyage car il ne mérite guère de recevoir des touristes à la recherche de propreté, de confort et de respect . Et je veux ajouter aussi que les commentaires faisant l'éloge de cet établissement sont vraiment fallacieux et induisent en erreur tout futur visiteur de cette belle ville d'istanbul comme je l'étais en consultant la note attribué. Une véritable hérésie.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Erg vriendelijk personeel dat altijd voor ons klaar stond. Niet een heel ruime kamer maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een ruime keuze en werd steeds aangevuld. Het hotel is ideaal gelegen. Op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Houdt er rekening mee dat de straat voor autoverkeer wordt afgesloten in de loop van de ochtend.
De kamer had wat weinig daglicht doordat het raam uitkeek op een muur op korte afstand. De badkamer was lastig te ventileren.

Wide angle pictures on Booking make rooms seem larger than they are. WiFi is weak and some devices only connect after a couple tries.

Un personnel non professionnel, irrespectueux et indigne d'être un représentant d'un établissement hôtelier. Des chambres non conforme à ceux réservés, une odeur nauséabonde se dégagea et de l'humidité surtout au niveau de certaines chambres et aussi au niveau du deuxième bâtiment . On a été chassé de l'hitel car on a réclamé d'avoir des chambres conforme à ceux réservées et on étaient resté 4 h dans un jardin public en attente de trouver un autre lieu d'hébergement et à une heure tardive . Une expérience vraiment très douloureuse, dégradante et pénible compliquée par la présence aussi au sein de notre groupe de deux personnes âgées plus de 70 ans et 4 enfants . Cet établissement doit être radier de toutes les plate-forme de réservation et des agences de voyage pour ne pas être dupé par la note injustement attribuée et certains commentaires fallacieux comme je l'avais été lors de la réservation de ce pseudo-hotel.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Front office çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Bölgeye hakim ve gelen misafirleri beklentilerini en hızlı şekilde karşılıyorlardı.
Kahvaltı çeşitlilik bol olmasına rağmen kırık tabaklar ve çok temiz değildi. Havluların bazıları yırtık veya çok fazla yıpranmıştı. En önemli konu ise; Konaklama yaptığımız 308 numaralı family roomda ciddi bir güvenlik problemi vardı. Tekli çocuk yatağının yanında ki camda koruma yoktu ve bir kaç metrelik bir apartman boşluğuna bakıyordu. Pencere büyüklüğü bir insanın geçebileceği kadar büyük ve tamamen güvenliksizti.
