The bathroom fan was unusually noisy. There was a small leak from a toilet valve. Also, I'd prefer that the TV have been in the living room rather than the bedroom.

The unit is spacious and clean amenities ate available with toiletries. I requested for 24/7 parking and the owner give me a discount.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025We had a great stay at Jessa’s unit. The condo was noticeably bigger than most accommodations in the area, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was efficient, responsive, and easy to deal with, and overall our experience was excellent. We originally stayed from December 15–19, and when we returned for another stay from December 22–28, Jessa even surprised us with a small gift, which we truly appreciated. The unit is a one-bedroom condo located in Messavire. As a minor note, there was a slight smell coming from the sink, but this didn’t come as a surprise to us as we’ve experienced similar issues in other places, including where we’ve lived in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai. Overall, it was a great stay. Messavire does have quite a lot of rules, which future travelers should be aware of, but this is completely outside the host’s control. We would still highly recommend Jessa’s place and would gladly stay again.

Some amenities are not available. It doesn't make us feel at home as there are some inconveniences. It's good for a one night booking but more than that can be challenging.

Location was off from main road. Construction all around condo. Did not have hot plate and fry pan. I like to cook eggs in the morning. TV had just a few channels to watch.

Reviewed May 15, 2023The location was excellent just a short bus ride from the SM mall and a short jeepney ride to robinsons and 7elleven. the apartment was clean and spacious and perfect for a couple or single traveler. the security of the property was perfect I felt very safe to leave valuables in my condo and the guards stop and question all people and vehicles entering the property the pool was clean and you can swim until 9 pm (unfortunately you have to pay but the fee is reasonable) the tv only had one station but the wifi was free and very reliable. The host was friendly and responsive and key collection and drop off was simple and straight forward. when I needed room cleaned and sheets and towels washed it was arranged promptly Do not hesitate to book, it's a gorgeous condo in a great location

I don’t like the swimming pool is not free for the renters the window is not safe for the kids too dangerous if you have kids. the bathroom I think need to improve just put a cubicle so the floor won’t wet everywhere. the room is good I don’t like that we can’t cook inside the unit. and the internet as well not good.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2023The Place has a great space. It was so clean. The view is wonderful. The owner already prepaid the second bed for us ☺️. She also gave us complimentary water and coffee ☺️. Kitchenette is also ready. Security and staff are great.. They are so friendly and approachable. They always greeted us everytime they see us 😊. You can ask them comfortably because they were so nice. It was the best stay ever.
The TV doesnt have a cable 😅. Limited channels only but it wasnt that bad

Reviewed Dec 30, 2022The property was very clean, neat, quiet and well organized. There was some confusion as to how to get the key but that was resolve in a timely manner.
Could have used some more USB outlets for recharging cell phones and a shelf by the bath sink and shower curtain in the bath would have been nice.
