Very bad hotel. Should not be there in the list of booking.com. No lifts, bad stairs and no staff assisted us to carry the luggage to rooms.

Good location, cheap, aircon and fan, pool (not that we risked using it), morning reception staff friendly and helpful. Small lizards in room (to hopefully keep the insect population down in the room)

Room filthy (we had to disinfect it ouresleves), bedding and towels very stained and old. Pillows and quilt filthy and desperately need replacing (we had to buy our own pillows and bedding), shower unusable as boiling hot for a few minutes then cold (we used the bucket and scoop option available), the room was very dated and tatty and desperately needed renovation. Dripping through bathroom ceiling from room above. No fridge or kettle, but we were ok with that as a friend lent us a kettle and we bought a couple of mugs, the room cleaning staff did not know how to clean the room, had to remind reception for room cleaning, 'clean' towels and toilet rolls. Ants (some flying) millipeeds and other insects in room and bathroom, lizard poo. Other than the morning reception staff, the staff did not speak any English. Domestic tourists sitting round the pool drinking and talking loudly a number of nights from 1.30am up until 6am, which happened to be right outside our room

We had an excellent stay at Super Townhouse, Calangute! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the basic amenities we needed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Calangute Beach. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after a long day at the beach. Great value for money! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

I have booked for 2 days and informed that will be doing check in bit late . But once reached there they didn’t give the room we booked instead showed us something like lodge room was very pathetic. And even I didn’t get refund of my advancAnd staff where unprofessional

Nothing - such a horrible and dirty place...they should be sued...filthy bed sheets, toilets - tried to cancel and get another place at 5 in the morning as soon as I landed - however, everything around was booked...I arrived with family and had a small baby - such a horrible disaster

On reacing they firstly offerd room without tv,

Smell is coming from the bathroom, and the TV was not working properly. You confirmed 1 Classic Triple Room, but there is only one room and one dining cum drawing room type, which has only one sofa cum bed and a dining table. What is the meaning of 1 Classic Tripal Room? Please let me know for the future. No floor mats in the room, even at the bathroom door.

No lift, AC was not working, no parking facility, bathroom was not clean, room is not clean, building is stinking, pool is not maintained and water is unclean, staff is not understanding issues, even for water bottle they charge, floor is slippery No value for money, the Place is also crowded and for paid parking we have to walk 1km from here. They showed us ground floor rooms as an alternative option and there were mosquitos and the floor was slippery and rooms were smelling. I would rate negative if there is an option to rate negative!!!!!!

Poorly maintained property

The room was big but really dirty and Dusty - we were always sneezing in the room because of the dust. Also, the pillows were dirty when we got to the room. Pool is small and water is dirty and hot.

Vu de la rue, c’est miteux et mal indiqué. La cour intérieure avec piscine propre relève l’espoir immédiatement déçu par la chambre. Lit inconfortable. Wc miteux. La gérante demande de visiter avant de payer c’est dire qu beaucoup de touristes repartent immédiatement… Mer à 500 mètres et dans rue commerçante. Peu commerçant, resto peu accueillant Précisez la situation géographique : en phase du macdo. C’est en centre ville.

Cockroaches in the bed The pictures on booking very misleading as well as the high reviews so I had high expectations and was very dissapointed Not clean room, dirty stains on bedsheets.

It’s really old building, rooms are not at all clean, rooms had very bad smell, sheets were dirty towels had stain marks , pillow were in bad condition stairs had bird shits.
