It was nice and clean

The bed was too low

The bed was sooo comfortable,sheets clean, excellent wifi connection, it is very cozy indeed, cutlery & toiletries were indeed provided for. Mme Fridah the housekeeper was very friendly. Close to most of the attractions we wanted to go to in Graskop

Hot water was an issue in our unit, everytime when we had to use hot water we had to call for help coz there was an issue with the gas system outside

Ideal für uns als Ausgangspunkt zur Panoramaroute. Das Auto steht sicher auf einem eingezäunten Parkplatz. Das Familienzimmer war klein (Durchgang neben Bett zum Bad eng), aber wir haben es sehr genossen, zu viert 2 Badezimmer zu haben. Außerdem war der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur sehr gut zu regulieren, das hatten wir in anderen Unterkünften deutlich anders. Einfache, aber modeerne Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht.

Ich fand das Bett zu hart, mein Mann fand es super, also reine Geschmackssache.

The water was too hot and too cold, we could not adjust the taps to a comfortable temperature which was very uncomfortable and time wasting

Easily accessible, friendly reception

It was very cold, terrible draft sleeping under the windows with only blinds. We couldnt shower as the water took over 10 minutes to get warm, then it is boiling and when turning to colder water all the warm water is suddenly gone. It was really terrible after a long day being sick with elderly parents just wanting a warm shower.

Mancava l'acqua

Siamo arrivati alle 18 e ci hanno detto che era tutto il giorno che mancava l'acqua, senza avvisarci. Ce ne siamo andati e abbiamo dovuto trovare un altro alloggio per la notte.

Super Ausgangspunkt um weiter in den Blyde River Canyon zu starten. Betten sind bequem, allerdings etwas tief.

De plaats in de stad was prima, de omheining was prettig, de dame van de receptie was altijd bereid om te helpen

De douche bleef kort warm, het duurde lang voordat het water warm was. De gordijnen sloten het daglicht niet overal goed af. Het was erg ‘cozy’, we konden de tassen niet echt kwijt

Nice choice concept.

Even though we received confirmation about the booking, the venue was not expecting us and the rooms were not ready. There was noisy maintenance at the rooms we were booked into, and we were not informed about it.

The rooms and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Yes they are small and have no closets but that was expected for the container type accommodation.

When we arrived, we were allocated the wrong type of room from what we booked, but they quickly sorted that out.

Clean space. Very cosy. Close to all the sightseeing places.

Bed is too close to the mirror. Aircon wasn't working. Blanket was dusty.

The place is really cozy and it felt more like home, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and clean, well resourced with water, AirCon and space to braai..

All was well, despite the room is really about being cozy and spending time closely, if you are spending as a couple.. The Clothes rack can be improved by covering it a bit but it was all great to be in thale cozy room

Positiv: - sehr einfacher und selbstständiger CheckIn - gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld - gute Lage (ruhig, Seitenstraße, aber dennoch zentral in Graskop) - gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Panoramaroute - sauber - gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Parkplatz und abgesperrten Gelände

Negativ: - wie bereits oft erwähnt: das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und eng

It was a good size. Exceptionally clean. It had all the appliances that you would need. Great outdoor area with your own fireplace and enough privacy.

The water in the shower was on and off we couldn’t balance the warm water, one minute it’s cold water the next it’s very hot. Kindly attend it.

Location and receptionist excellent. On site parking. Very nice concept.

We stayed in unit 4. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to get right. Either scorching hot (at the point where one would get first degree burns) or freezing. Despite the help of the lovely receptionist it appeared to be a technical issue. When using the air conditioning unit, the entire cozy box vibrated and the small size of the box reverberates the sound of the air conditioning unit it. Rendering it practically unusable. No space to unpack any items for a longer stay (only 2 hangers on a very small rail).

1.The rooms was extremely small. 2.we were told that we must clean for ourselves. 3. The room had no closet, we had to place our luggages on the floor, just next to the exit door, that’s how small the room was 4. The mirror was placed right next to the bed, in such a way that , when u want to look at ur self u must climb on top of the bed to see ur fool body. 5. They allow heavy vehicles to park, and the noise was unbearable. 6. The owner is not considerate but the stuff was. 7 there was a water leakage through the window, found bag wet,due to the rain.

Great concept, well located and clean with all the amenities you need like a fridge, microwave, gas stove, aircon and good Internet wifi.

The room is very small. The bed takes up the whole room and you can not walk around the bed to get to the bathroom / toilet or store you bag.

Emphasis on "cozy". Unfortunately not good value for money, neighbors played shebeen music for 24 hours on full volume. Hot water was limited and the accomodation is very cramped.
