Appartement très propre, moderne, spacieux et confortable, avec une décoration soignée. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et avons passé un agréable séjour.

Petit bémol concernant la cuisine : elle mériterait d’être un peu mieux équipée. Il manque quelques ustensiles indispensables pour cuisiner et certaines casseroles sont en mauvais état et mériteraient d’être remplacées.

mi è piaciuta la piantina dell'appartamento nell'annuncio così da poter avere chiaro come fossero disposte le stanze e le utili istruzioni ricevute non appena pagato i letti sono davvero comodi, come la modalità di accesso senza chiavi e attese arredamento moderno, molto carino e recente ho apprezzato la presenza di cialde caffè (anche se non ci è piaciuto), thè e tisane, ma soprattutto di prodotti da bagno non monuso l'umidità è sicuramente presente, vista la presenza della ruscello di fianco all'edificio, ma ci sono dei deumidificatori nel soggiorno bello il ruscello, con le finestre chiuse o durante il giorno, ma capisco che se si tengono le finestre aperte (non ho visto aria condizionata) potrebbe essere difficile dormire quando fa molto caldo

il sistema di aspirazione dell'unico bagno senza finestra non funziona come credo dovrebbe in ogni posto in cui ho soggiornato l'aspirazione entra in azione quando si accende la luce, ma qui mi è stato risposto che è controllata automaticamente e si accende solo quando viene raggiunto un certo livello di umidità nella stanza e non può essere modificata. peccato che l'aspirazione non è mai partita (sebbene ci siamo fatti la doccia in quattro uno dopo l'altro) ed è utile non solo per umidità ma anche per odori sgradevoli (per cui è stato messo a disposizione un deodorante..soluzione non gradita per questione di allergia) inserirei delle indicazioni per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti sui cestini presenti in casa purtroppo tutte le sedie in soggiorno erano piene di briciole sui bordi e c'erano briciole sotto al tavolo al nostro arrivo

Wszystko było wspaniale! 😊 Apartament bardzo klimatyczny, czysty, komfortowy i zgodny z opisem. Pobyt zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Z przyjemnością wrócimy i zdecydowanie polecamy!

Szép kialakítás, remek felszereltség, kényelmes ágy, megfelelő méret két embernek, minőségi berendezés, nagy méretű okos TV, jó WiFi, csendes környezet (kivéve az egyik szomszédos telken zajló munkálatokat). A ház közvetlen szomszédságában folyó patak különleges hangulatot biztosít, mi szerettük, de akit zavar az állandó csobogás, annak nem ajánlanám. Az ablakot bezárni a dohosság miatt nem volt opció, a tartózkodásunk alatt végig nyitva volt mindkét ablak, így kellemes hűvös volt éjszaka, nagyon jól aludtunk.

Penészes folyosó, erős dohos szag, amely az apartmanban is végig érezhető volt. Az emeleti apartmanokban ez valószínűleg nem jellemző. A tisztaság alapvetően jó volt, de akadt néhány kifogásolható részlet a konyhában. Továbbá, a WC-ben találtam egy fém dörzsi tisztítóeszközt, amit nekem kellett kiszednem, különben valószínűleg eldugította volna. Nem értem, hogy a takarítást végző személyzet ezt hogy nem vette észre. Kényelmetlen továbbá, hogy az ajtónyitáshoz minden egyes alkalommal a 6 számjegyű kódot kell használni, nincs mágneskártya vagy kulcs. Erre külön rákérdeztem a szállásadónál. A kilátás nagyon lehangoló.

Het appartement was ruim en heel leuk ingericht. Goede keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt om een maaltijd te bereiden.

Het was heel warm buiten en de accommodatie daardoor ook. Wanneer wij ‘s nachts de ramen open zetten hadden wij last van het geluid van de beek die direct naast het huisje loopt en een energie generator. Ook waren er veel muggen.

Lovely modern apartment in converted mill - beautiful high ceilings and windows overlooking the mill race. Very quiet and building stayed cool despite temps of 30+. Comfortable beds with crisp linen. Well stocked proper kitchen - thank you for the nice touches such as tea and coffee provided, and tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher. Informative welcome pack.

An extra chair at the table as there were 5 of us staying would have been useful - as only there one night we just ate in shifts! Slightly out of the way if travelling without a car (clear from Booking.com description) means it is a bus ride from central Lienz.

Wir hatten ein sehr stylisches 2 Zimmer Appartement -Top 9 -mit Ausblick auf einen kleinen Bergbach direkt unter den Fenstern. Es war trotz 35Grad+ angenehm kühl. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sieht aus wie nagelneu saniert. Durch die extem hohen Decken hat man ein tolles Raumgefühl. Die Orga "Second home Appartments" war super. Immer! erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, auch bei den Problemen mit meinem Kofferservice. Private Parkplätze direkt neben der Unterkunft. Stadtmitte Villach in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Seen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war in der Küche alles nötige an Geschirr da, aber kaum Besteck, z.B. nur 1 normale Gabel. Seltsam

Die Lage ist super schön am Bach, man sieht Fische aus dem Fenster. Sehr bequeme und moderne Ausstattung. Alles ist vorhanden. Wir würde sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Große komfortable Wohnung mit vielen Extras, wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kaffeemaschine… Die Lage ist ruhig und etwas außerhalb, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Schneller und guter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern

Az épület közvetlen környezete, a környező épületek lehangolóak voltak - a feltöltött fotók alapján nem erre számítottunk. Az épület folyosója a nyirkosságtól penészedett. Ott is és az apartmanban is egész nap mennie kellett a páramentesítőnek.

- sehr groß - alles da, was man braucht, sogar Tee, Kaffee, usw. - Betten waren vollständig vorbereitet - Parken nah und kostenlos - schöne Natur

- leider konnte man nicht alle Fenster verdunkeln - Still stimmig, aber teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftig (aber Geschmackssache)

Gut gelegen, super schönes modernes und sehr großes Appartement. Top sauber gewesen und wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mit den vielen großen Fenstern und dem Wasserrauschen kann man toll entspannen. Zu Fuß ca 30 min in die Innenstadt, sehr schöner Weg an der Drau entlang. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden netterweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Parkplätze vorhanden. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!

Wenn die Steckdosen eine Kindersicherung hätten, wäre das noch mit krabbelndem Baby eine tolle Erleichterung.

We liked everything there.

Modernes, sauberes Appartement. Es war auch alles da, was man brauchte - sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer 👍🏼. Im Küchenbereich findet man auch soweit alles, was man braucht. Die Betten schlafen sich prima. Die Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers ist bequem per Email und WhatsApp möglich. 👍🏼

Leider hatten wir bei Ankunft ein kleines Problemchen, welches ganz schnell behoben wurde. Dies hatte aber nichts mit dem Gastgeber an sich zu tun, sondern mit Gästen zuvor, die sich leider nicht an die Hausordnung hielten. Der Gastgeber reagierte sofort & wir konnten sehr schnell eine Lösung finden- einfach top 👍🏼 ! Also Wohlfühlen ist dem Gastgeber sehr wichtig.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die gut schliessenden Fenster sind gut, besonders wenn man das Dauerrauschen des Bachs vielleicht nicht gut aushält. Muss man mögen.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment Top 10 for the 3 nights. It was easy to check in and park and the apartment was nice and warm and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners. The bathroom was fine and the host fixed one small issue next day. The host was responsive by WhatsApp and provided good answers and instructions. The residence and apartment was were quiet so we had great night sleep and rest after skiing. The location is also very good, easy to drive from autobanh, close to the supermarkets and gas station, where it was also possible to buy some food for Sunday breakfast. And it is close to several skiing lifts and cross country skiing points plus therme. So we had great stay.

To chyba najlepsza baza wypadowa na narty w okolicy. Duże przestronne mieszkanie (105m2), świetnie wyposażona kuchnia i porządny stół w jadalni. Bardzo blisko supermarkety (kilka minut autem). Pięknie wyposażone wnętrza w stylu, który uwielbiam - surowe ściany, a jednocześnie meble i obrazy które sprawiają że jest przytulnie. Dwie łazienki przy kilku osobach bardzo pomagają. Dodatkowo jest pralka i suszarka - bardzo się przydała. Wszystko było sprawne. Czysto i pachnąco. Warto wspomnieć o bardzo wygodnych materacach w sypialniach. Poza tym duża sypialnia ma świetną otwartą szafę i dużą ilość wieszaków więc łatwo dosuszyć ubrania po całym dniu na stoku :) No i na koniec diament, salon. Wygodne kanapy, poduszki.. koce i rzutnik. Ciężko to ubrać w słowa, ale czuliśmy się "jak w domu". Moje dzieci były zachwycone bo to był ich pierwszy wyjazd w alpy, a ta baza noclegowa tylko dopełniła całości. Na pewno tutaj wrócimy ;)

It was big and spacious. Attic apartment. Located in a nice quiet location. Parking is easy.

The Tschibo coffee is terrible, undrinkable. We bought capsules, that was bad too. Any coffee I've ever had tastes better. The kitchen utensils and dishes are incomplete and few. The first night it was cold in the living room, this was adjusted remotely upon request. The thermostats don't work. There are no blackouts on the kitchen windows, the street lights are shining in.

Everything was great. From beginning until the end. :) Our workers who have stayed here were really happy and enjoyed their stay. We will certainly come back!

L'atmosfera nell'appartamento, il fatto che la casa è organizzata e completa di tutto quel che serve e la posizione molto comoda per raggiungere più destinazioni. La tranquillità della zona.

We really loved this apartment. It is very well equiped and it is located in a very quite and calm location.

The only negative part of it is that shower is in the main bedroom bathroom, so there is no privacy for those who sleep there.

Ottima posizione per visitare i laghi della Carinzia. Struttura isolata a pochi km dalla città’. Appartamento dotato di tutto l’occorrente e possibilità di fare la spesa nelle vicinanze.

Unica mancanza avrei preferito ci fossero le zanzariere alle finestre perché di sera l’appartamento era caldo ma andando ad aprire le finestre entravano troppe zanzare/animali notturni.

Großes, geräumiges, fast komplett eingerichtetes Apartment mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Liegt etwas Abseits der Hauptstraßen ist aber dennoch Zentrumsnah.

Das Haus mit den Apartments liegt an einem kleinen Bach, was als solches 'romantisch' ist. Wer allerdings einen leichten Schlaf hat, wird es schwer haben einzuschlafen und/oder durchzuschlafen.

Modern, super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Kontakt war flott und hilfsbereit, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Forellen konnte ich tatsächlich noch nie vom Schlafzimmerfenster aus beobachten.

Nur die Matratze, die musste schon viel Gewicht tragen.

So quiet, modern apartment in a very interesting restructuration of the building... anything you need, you will find it !

Very nice bathroom equipped with washingmachine that we happily made use off. The kitchen is also well equipped for most dinner plans. The location is a bit strange, almost at the edge of an industrial/construction estate, but as a result it was very quiet.

You need to make sure to look at the blueprints, we thought we had a two bedroom two bed appartment, but the 2nd double bed was in the living room which was slightly awkward.

Great location, quiet - fantastic place to stay with a group of friends or family. The apartment itself is really unique. Everything is modern and super comfortable. The small River next to the tarasse (and a small hydro plant) only adds more character. Close proximity to Billa is also convenient. Definitely recommend!

We found our stay there very comfortable and enjoyed it. The sound of the running water and large apartment was a huge plus.

We thought the property had a small terrace next to the stream but it didn't. This was our fault though as we didn't check which one we'd booked. The entrance corridor smelt a little damp.

Quiet location, view of the mountains, ability to see stars on the sky in the night, no cars, no noise just water in the stream below our windows. Apartment was big enough also for our bikes (and we still had enough space there).

Simon, was exceptional host. We needed some extras, even changed the flat screen tv to be able to watch the soccer games. It was located near hiking trail and nearby shopping.

The position is very good, there is a small shopping center a few hundred meters away, it's a 5-minute drive to the city center, and it's a 15-minute drive to the gondola for the Gerlitzen ski resort.

Located near a small waterfall, the place has a special energy. The apartment is also equipped with an excellent projector with a gigantic screen so watching Avatar get like a being at the movies.
