Appartamento vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, il centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. La cucina è sufficientemente attrezzata, è presente anche una macchinetta del caffè a capsule. L'appartamento è sufficiente per una coppia. Avevamo chiesto un lettino per bambini e ci hanno fatto trovare anche un seggiolone. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa.

Ben arredata , spaziosa ed era presente tutto il necessario! Comodissimo anche il parcheggio riservato!

Very clean and well stocked with basics for cleaning etc all provided. Nice size for two, but also for a young family of four I would think.

L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Struttura pulita, ampia, dotata di tutti i comfort soprattutto la cucina in cui non mancava niente (presenti anche la macchinetta per il caffè, la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice)

L'appartamento era dotato di ventilatore ma con le ondate di caldo degli ultimi anni la presenza di un condizionatore sarebbe stata più efficace (noi ci eravamo dimenticati di controllare l'eventuale presenza dell'aria condizionata, cosa che è sempre specificata, come lo era in questo caso, dunque l'errore è stato nostro). Un'altra piccola problematica che abbiamo riscontrato riguarda l'assenza di persiane o avvolgibilli alle finestre, che erano dotate di tende ma non troppo oscuranti.

Wie auf den Bildern, alles super und somit sehr empfehlenswert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Es gibt alles was man braucht, sogar Kaffee gab es , super ! Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

The apartment was in a nice quiet location and easy to get to. It was also very spacious and beautifully presented. It definitely felt like a home from home and if we were in the area again, we would definitely come back.

The fan in the living room didn't work but we didn't need to use it so didn't affect our stay.

Apartament duży i przestronny. Dwie sypialnie, pokój dzienny z aneksem kuchennym, toaleta osobno, łazienka z wanną z funkcją prysznica i zaplecze socjalne. W apartamencie były wszystko co potrzebne - w kuchni wszystkie akcesoria, niczego nie brakowało. Express do kawy, toster, zmywarka, ręcznik papierowy itd. W łazience mydło, suszarka, kilka zestawów ręczników. Dodatkowo herbata i kawa w kapsułkach, cukier. W osobnym pomieszczeniu pralka, deska do prasowania, żelazko. Super wyposażony apartament.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern, sie war kühl , trotz 30 Grad Außentemperatur, sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Wohungen dieses Gastgebers nur empfehlen. Es war eine sehr angenehme Woche.

This was in a perfect location close to Villach station (but the other side from town so it was nice and quiet). It was very comfortable and spacious for 2. Washing machine was handy after hiking in local area. We will be back!

Check in details were to be sent ‘shortly before check-in’. I don’t like this approach as have had issues before - if you have my money why don’t I receive the details in the morning of the stay. Having said that they were very responsive to all messages and so I would not be concerned next time. It has a shower in the bath but it is awkward as the showerhead is close above where the bath plug is and the bath bottom is slightly sloped. It would be much better if the bath was taken out and a proper shower put in.

Makulátlan tiszta, brutálisan jól felszerelt, rendkívül kényelmes szállás. Segítőkész, bármikor elérhető tulajdonossal. Bátran ajánlom!!!

Skvělé ubytování. Vybavení apartmánu je skvělé. Zvlášť oceňujeme velký stůl a vybavení kuchyně. Myčka nádobí je skvělá. Toto ubytování budeme určitě všude chválit a doporučovat.

Fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen, Angebot an Getränken und Snacks, Tee und Kaffee, Ausstattung der Küche. Gut geheizt, mußte das erstemal in meinen Reiseleben die Heizung runter drehen statt hoch. Schönes gepflegtes Appartment, konnten wählen welche Betten wir benutzen möchten, waren alle vorberreitet.

Es machte mich etwas nervös, die Zugangsdaten zur Wohnung erst kurz vor der Ankunft zu erhalten. Besteck war leider schmutzig.

We stayed for 2 nights. Our dog was welcomed with no extra fee. The apartment is modernly decorated and equipped with anything you may need. It’s located quite close to the city centre, around a 15 mins walk. There is a Spar within a 5 min walk.

Visiting from Australia we were looking forward to our five days in Villach. Our booking with Stadtapartments Luna was a very pleasant find. On arrival after our online check-in we entered a clean, spacious two bedroom apartment with separate lounge and dining room. It had all the facilities advertised, making our stay very pleasant. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the railway station and old town centre. There are community grocery stores situated close by. We especially liked the traditional Austrian food at the gasthof Annenhof 200m down the road. The town tourist office was extremely helpful.

Although there were a lot of channel choices on TV we would’ve preferred local regional and Austrian channels like ORF not Sky media. These are more in keeping with the culture eg the Servus Panorama each morning.

Gyalog egy kicsit messze volt az óváros, de autóval 5perc.

Very nice and big apartament in a quiet area. We were lucky that we went in a week with local holidays everything was free.

Everything was as described and in the pictures, perfect. The accommodation is clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The location is also close to the center. We had a great time here.

Appartamento molto bello e confortevole, grande e ben suddiviso, con due bagni ed un ampio zona living. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro ci si arriva anche a piedi in circa 15-20 minuti

Praticamente nulla, se non che non si capisce bene come gestire il riscaldamento in quanto non c’è un termostato generale ma solo sui termosifoni.

Iznimno prostran i udoban dvosoban stan. Mi smo obitelj sa dvoje djece i bilo nam je kao kod kuce. Veliki plus je i parking ispred zgrade koji ulazi u cijenu. Do centra grada je 15ak min pješice. U blizini se nalazi i trgovina namirnicama.

The cleanliness and all the available amenities were excellent. The apartment was also very spacious and comfortable with excellent bedding and good heating. available too... The apartment is also close to the train station, buses and town centre.Thanks

Arriving late in the dark meant it was harder to access. Perhaps advising in the instructions that it is necessary to "climb the metal, spiral staircase to reach the first floor where the keybox is situated at the front door of Apartment 4". Also having no milk or water when the shops are closed on Sundays is difficult to allow refreshments on arrival and the n3zt morning, especially when tea bags and coffee pods are provided...

Die Ausstattung war sehr vielfältig: Kaffeemaschine mit sehr vielen Kapseln, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrspüler mit Tabs, …. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Auch die Sitzgarnitur lud zum verweilen ein. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und wirkten neu, sowie der Rest der Einrichtung. Die Wohnung war groß und sehr hell, sauber und gepflegt. Der Parkplatz vor der Haustüre war sehr praktisch. Besonders fein war es, das wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten, dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön. Ganz besonders erwähnenswert war die schnelle Antwort auf Fragen und die gut Beschreibung wie man zur Wohnung und zum Schlüssel kommt.

I loved the space, plenty of room for my family & I. I walked everyday to the city center and nearby restaurant. I would stay here again for the spacious but if you want to be closer to the center maybe not. Super close to the Villach hbf like a 7 min walk to the station.

The space, facilities, location, the quietness of the area. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to cook properly. The bedding was of a very high quality with enough pillows and nice sheets. The lounge was very comfortable and relaxing too.

Some of the residents in the local area get up early and make a lot of noise loading their cars. Also found the lighting over the lounge area to be a bit inadequate for reading in the evening.

Clean and comfortable with modern facilities. Spacious with very comfortable beds. Close to the train station.

Nos gustó mucho que estaba bien limpio y cama cómoda (es muy importante). Fui con mi hijo y mi madre. Encontramos lavadora, tabla de planchar y plancha, secadora de cabello, cafetera con sus suministros en fin un apartamento al que considero volver. Está en un primer alto al que hay que subir por escalera. No nos afectó, igual volvería. Muchas gracias por la atención.

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in Villach. Die Wohnung, Apartment 2, war sehr schön, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben fast jeden Abend gekocht und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Essig/Öl, Salz/Zucker, ein paar Kaffeekapseln, Müllbeutel, SpüMa-Taps, Spüli, Waschmittel, etc. - Alles war vorhanden - Das Bad war zwar klein, aber sauber. Badewanne mit Duschwand. Das WC war separat. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett, eins zwei Einzelbetten. Eine große Couch und TV, sogar mit Netflix Zugang, im Wohnbereich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Jede Frage, die ich per WhatsApp an Cosy Homes gestellt hab, wurde sofort beantwortet. Egal ob Restaurant-Tipp oder die schönsten Strandbäder an den umliegenden Seen... Wir haben sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung liegt nördlich der Innenstadt, nähe Bahnhof. Zugverkehr hat man aber nicht gehört. In ca 10-15 min ist man über die Bahnhofs-Unterführung in der Innenstadt. Auch mit Kinderwagen, dank Aufzügen am Bahnhof. In wenigen Minuten kann man zu Fuß zu einem Spar Supermarkt laufen, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Auf dem Weg zu den Seen kommt man aber eigentlich auch immer an einem Supermarkt mit dem Auto vorbei. Wir waren also sehr zufrieden und das war sicher nicht der letzte Urlaub in Villach :)

Wenn man auf hohem Niveau meckern möchte: keine Rollläden an den Fenstern. Wir hatten in der Augustwoche 35 Grad und es war trotz Vorhänge-zuziehen dann abends sehr warm in den Zimmern. Aber man kann halt nicht alles haben.

Az apartman csendes, családi házas övezetben található, ugyanakkor a vasútállomástól 5 perc sétára van. Két élelmiszerbolt 7-7 perc gyalog távolságra, ellentétes irányban. A ház előtt saját, ingyenes parkoló áll rendelkezésre. A kulcsokat kulcsszéfből tudtuk kivenni, miután a szállásadó az érkezés napján whatsapp/booking üzenetben minden információt megküldött. A lakás pontosan olyan, mint a képeken. Két teljes értékű, külön hálószoba, nappali, étkező, jól felszerelt konyha, elegendő étkészlet, evőeszközkészlet, poharak, mosogatógép..... Papírtörlő, textil konyharuha, szalvéta is volt. A szemetet szelektíven kell gyűjteni és kukázni. A wc külön helyiségben található, nem a fürdőben.

Nem volt ilyen :) Mindennel elégedettek voltunk.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The interior is modern and stylish, which made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and in working order. Nice to have simple things like oil and salt and pepper and washing up detergent.

As it is an apartment building with other regular tenants in the building, the arrival appearance is a little off putting with cigarette butts everywhere.

The apartment was spacious with plenty of natural light. It was a delight to sit eating breakfast with the windows open listening to bird song each morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal including cooking oils and salt/pepper. We arrived by train and it only took 10 mins to walk to the apartment which is situated in a quiet residential area (includes parking space if required). The hosts were prompt answering any questions we had such as where is the nearest supermarket and gave us a choice of three which included directions. The shop had a gluten free section and was an easy 7-10 minute walk. The apartment was super clean, the bed comfortable and the bed linen pristine. We had a great few nights sleep. To walk into the city we took a short cut through the train station which took about 15 mins to be in the heart of the old town. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Mountain view from apartment 2 was disappointing. Google maps sent us on a wild goose chase using the address on Booking. Try Rennsteiner Strasse 16 instead.
