Que todo es muy tranquilo, si vas a descansar y desconectar te de aparatos es un 10/10, más con la fauna ame ver diversas especies

Qué no había desayunos, sinceramente solo fue es lo que me impidió disfrutar más pero fuera de eso me encantó

Qué es un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de la fauna Me encantó ver a los diversos animalitos, aparte todos los mensajes que que colocaron en cada árbol es un mensaje que se te queda grabado

Qué no había desayunos, fue lo único que no me gustó

Eccellente posizione, a due passi dal mare, dalla stazione dei bus ADO e dai traghetti per Cozumel. La struttura è molto tranquilla e curata, immersa nel verde e silenziosa, nonostante la vicina 5ta Avenida. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, basica ma comoda, con aria condizionata e tv. Il bagno altrettanto spazioso.

Da migliorare il Wi-Fi che prendeva molto poco nella camera. La struttura e le camere avrebbero in generale bisogno di una rinfrescata e ammodernamento.

Alojamiento en zona centro, para ir andando a todos los sitios (estación de autobús y ferry a 1 minuto andando). Hotel limpio. Aire acondicionado potente y con nevera!

Mejorables las instalaciones si las renovasen pero estaba todo muy limpio y se descansaba bien. La playa dejó que desear.

This is a very charming hotel in an exceptionally convenient location, just around the corner from the ADO bus station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the wifi worked well throughout the room (though not in the bathroom, haha!). The inner garden is beautiful and creates a peaceful atmosphere. Even though the hotel is close to everything, it still feels secluded and relaxing. It was also relatively quiet during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The only minor inconvenience was that there weren't any outlets by the bed. It's an older building, so I guess charging your phone overnight next to you just wasn't a thing back then :) Not a real issue at all, just something we happened to notice.

Nice staff, comfortable bed with great air conditioning and extremely close to 5th Ave. , bus station and ferry pier. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.

La ubicacion y el trato.

La alberca estaba sucia y mencionaron que estaba en tratamiento, pero en 4 dias no quedo.

Hôtel très bien situé, c'est un point fort. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Personnel sympathique. L'hôtel est assez petit mais il convient tout à fait lorsqu'on se balade toute la journée.

Chambre un peu vieillissante et literie un peu trop dure. On entend un peu la musique de la 5ème avenue mais c'est raisonnable.

Es un lugar muy bonito y bien ubicado. Además está limpio. Hay naturaleza alrededor lo que lo hace muy agradable y está cerca de la playa y el centro.

El internet no funciona muy bien y las instalaciones son simples, pero si buscas un lugar tranquilo que esté al lado del centro es muy adecuado :)

Fantastiskt läge, trots närheten till 5 Avenida och stranden så var det så lugnt och avkopplande. Fina rum och fräsch pool.

Det stod att det inte fanns frukost ändå blev folk serverade frukost på hotellet på morgonen. Svårt för utländska, icke spansktalande gäster som vi då personalen inte kunde engelska. En kille försökte och hjälpte oss bra med Google translate de andra var rätt och slätt otrevliga.

Great location, close to the ferry, bus terminal and 5th avenue area. Staff were lovely too.

Unfortunately very small pool, 3 loungers all gone by 10am with very little other space. No yoga or other activities happening (very rare it seems do they occur). The bathrooms also are very old and the beds are very hard and the elevator was out of order. Just felt like a lot to pay for a room without much return! Very busy beach round here as well- hotels take up so much of the space with their loungers.

Second time we stay here. Close to quinta avenida and bus station - easy to get to from Cancun airport. Calm and quiet, nice little swimming pool, close to everything. Hope we get to come back and stay longer soon

The location is great and the staff is super kind and always willing to help. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning lady is always nice to decor the bed with nice towel-animals! You can request beach towels as well. Overall, great value for money. The WiFi signal doesn’t reach the rooms properly, but honestly it was a perfect way to disconnect from the everyday life. When we needed to look for information/restaurants/etc we were just going to the common area by the Cenote where the signal was high.

Perfect location — just a few steps from the beach, the main street, and the ADO station. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly.

The Wi-Fi in the room was quite slow, but it worked well outside in the yard. We also had an issue with the toilet not flushing, though the staff fixed it quickly. We even had a funny incident where the raccoons living around the hotel stole our bikini from the balcony — thankfully, the friendly staff helped us find it. A small sign advising guests not to leave clothes outside because of these funny raccoons would be helpful :)

Que no hay servicio de desayuno

Emplacement, propreté, disponibilité et amabilité du personnel

Problème permanent de connexion internet. Quand cela fonctionne, ce n'est que pour quelques minutes. Même une opération bancaire depuis son téléphone est difficilement réalisable tant la connexion est mauvaise. C'est le seul point négatif de cet hôtel. Petit conseil aussi : le toit terrasse devrait être rafraîchi et exploité !

I really liked the stay at the property and the location. The staff and the owner is extremely polite and helpful. The property is nicely located, near the beach, the money exchange and right by the 5th avenue.

La alberca podría ser más grande.

La limpieza del lugar fue excelente. La amabilidad de las personas en el lugar, en todo momento te apoyaban si lo necesitabas, incluso nos prestaron plancha para nuestra ropa. Las instalaciones en relación a calidad-precio son bastantes buenas.

Algo que olvidé preguntar durante mi estancia fue respecto a los desayunos, tal vez sería una oportunidad el que los ofrecieran a la llegada en caso de tener el servicio.

Very good location. Easy to walk to from bus station, just around the corner. Great for 5th avenue, but not on it, so much quieter. Brilliant, welcoming staff.

The location is wonderful! Easy to get to from the bus station, two steps away from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The swimming pool is clean and we had it to ourselves. The room is spacious, with good AC and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. We liked everything about this little hotel and I hope we get to go back one day.

Great location it was about a 5 minute walk from the Ado bus station .The rooms were clean this place was a little paradise close to everything in the main area of Playa .These staff was nice I would stay there again.

The location is very closed to ferry terminal and 5th Ave, which is super easy to access most of popular restaurants and stores. It is cozy place

No electric water kettle, and public water is too far from rooms. The room we stayed even had no water at our last night. The front desk is not 24 hrs, the front desk lady can not speak English after 8pm and fortunately she help us to move to a new room to address the the no water issue

Good hotel in a great location in the center of town. A bit old and in need of a refreshment, but it had just what we needed.

There was construction work in the rooms around and above when we were there.

Everything except our tv went out after 5 minutes and no help from reception bc the technician is only there from 7-3, but check in was at 3.

Best hotel, the room was phenomenally clean, the room attendant deserves a raise, as the service was 10/10 and made our experience even better. The rooftop is so nice and you get an amazing view of the ocean, and the fairy lights are a nice touch. Tip for hotel, to add more chairs and tables on rooftop perhaps? As it is an amazing rooftop.

Amazing hotel, with the amazing service, thank you ladies from the reception!❤️ wonderful location and atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach and next to the 5th Avenue (touristic street, with the shops and restaurants) ADO bus station is located 100-150 metres away from the hotel. Clean and huge rooms, very nice garden, private and clean pool. Terrace with the wonderful view to the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy sunrise views. Stuff is really helpful and nice to all the guests. We enjoyed a lot that time that we spent in the hotel, thank you one more time.

The staff, the cleanliness and the beds. It’s convenient if you want to be next to main tourist streets, but not too close so as to be keep awake by the nightclubs.

Was a bit noisy from a utility room and garden machinery when we wanted to sit quietly by the pool.

There was no breakfast. Our biggest complaint was actually the fact that my husband drank the coffee in the room when we arrived, and they wouldn’t give us an extra pack for the morning, and when we saw the coffee station by the reception in the morning they didn’t allow us to have any.

Accommodating us with coffee would have been a small price to pay to make the stay more enjoyable. We had to park quite a distance away, but we were prepared for this.

The best part is the location. The hotel is close to the main public beach, which was very crowded. It is a two-minute walk from the bus station, ferry, and shopping. The whole place was very clean, and the staff was always polite and helpful.

Poor to no amenities. The pool is more of a decorative pond with a total of four sunbeds. The sundeck looked neglected and nothing like the photos. At first, we got a very dark and unpleasant room on the second floor. Luckily we were moved to the fourth because there was no hot water in our room on the evening we arrived. Moving significantly improved our stay, however, the bathrooms need urgent renovation. Showering, flushing, and even washing hands was an ordeal, as the water pressure was almost nonexistent, and the water itself smelled dirty. And of course, no wifi except for the common areas.
