Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Location was perfect. My son had a school tour and played 3 cricket games. All matches were in a 6 minute radius. Restaurants and malls were also close. The house was comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs

The property managers communication skills The instructions of the geyser were abit complicated and not easy to follow. I had to buy electricity for myself twice since it ran out but I paid the property full amount.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The location was perfect - close to Sunbet Arena. The apartment was beautifully decorated. And it was spotless. Fresh linen and bedding and clean bathrooms. It is very secure with secure parking. Plus security. It has everything you need. The only thing missing was a morning coffee, although the host mentioned to bring your own. It would've been nice to have a hospitality tray.

It would have been really nice if there was some tea/coffee that you could have provided, other than that I have no complaint..my kids were happy and enjoyed the cleaned apartment.. also the choice of restaurants in the area was a big plus 😍🤩

The facility was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully modern, creating a very comfortable and relaxing environment from the moment we arrived. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the attention to detail really stood out. The space felt open and welcoming, with all the amenities we needed for a convenient stay. It’s clear that great care is taken to maintain the property to a high standard. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Pretoria—whether for business or leisure. We would definitely love to return!
The only small issue was around check-in, as we were not clearly informed where to find the key and only later realized the door was open with the key on the table. Also there were no one at the gate to open for us. Clearer communication on arrival would have made the experience even smoother.

The only suggestion I would have is that the bedrooms could do with overhead fans. The rooms got a little warm and there was only one free-standing fan.

We felt the cleaning staff needed to be re-trained to achieve a more acceptable level of cleanliness in the harder to reach places. My sister dropped her earing under the bed and it appeared that the area hadn't been vacuumed for a while. We also felt that access was planned for vehicles but getting access to the property through the pedestrian gate was not possible as we were not given an access code for the gate.

Reviewed May 15, 2025This is a well located, spacious and to an extent, comfortable apartment. I liked the spaciousness, the bbq/braai facilities and outdoor space.
I have stayed here previously and rated it as "Exceptional", but on this occassion, it was a bit disappointing. - Bed in second bedroom was missing sheets, resulting in a very uncomfortable bed for my elderly family member (who did not want to complain about this) What was meant to be a nice comfortable stay for them too, turned out differently! I was in disbelief to realise they had been sleeping on a rough mattress protector. - Missing basics like salad serving spoons, colander etc. which would come in handy for meal prep and serving. - The place could also do with proper cleaning (two cockroaches appeared during our stay), the showers, drinking glasses, oven, airfryer and crockery need some attention.

One of the dining room chairs are broken and hasn’t been replaced. The inverter is not working. It would be great if broken glassware can be replaced. Also please find a place for the ironing board it is an eye sore on the veranda.
