Este fin de semana nos escapamos con mi marido, solos los dos, sin niños 🤍 Y encontramos nuestro lugar favorito para repetir, ojalá, al menos una vez al año. Todo estuvo perfecto: la atención, el servicio, el paisaje, la comida… todo. Pero un mención especial para Rutilio, nuestro garzón, que hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía mejor con su atención y calidez.

Beautiful hotel with a breat view of the lake and the volcano. The rooms ere super comfortable and the staff was fantastic. breakfast was delicious. Great for a getaway for couples. Very quite and beautiful place.

Sensacional, realmente um hotel Boutique. Pensaram nos mínimos detalhes, staff maravilhosos e gastronomia expetacular. Adoramos os dias que que passamos por lá, voltaremos.

Me encanto el lugar, el hotel esta decorado excelente, la vista maravillosa

La habitacion que reserve ( con balcon ) no tenia balcon , tenia un estar con vidrios, me decepcione con eso, ya que me gusta el aire libre, me senti engañada, el olor en los baños ( fosa) muy malo) nos cambiaron de habitacion ( la mitad mas chica) y nos rebajaron 10 mil pesos noche, no hay relacion con lo que reserve vs lo que nos entregaron

A little noisy until restaurant closed and people in the halls went to bed. However, we do go to bed early 8-9pm.

Absolutely stunning hotel - amazing views, amazing building and lovely rooms. Restaurant was also very nice :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Only small issues were the key cards consistently stopped working (despite keeping them separate from phones/electronics), we had to go down to reception everytime we wanted to get into our room which was a little inconvienent. Other small issue was the rooms were really overheated for us and we weren't able to adjust the temperature. Regardless we still highly recommend.

Las vistas y la calidad del personal

Perfecto para descansar después de un trekking intenso, alejado del centro, pero muy accesible en auto. Vista preciosa al borde oriente del lago, muy rica cena y tinaja con vista al lago.

Foi a terceira vez que me hospedei aqui e avalio que o serviço melhorou muito desde a estadia anterior (dois anos atrás)! A abordagem voltou a ser mais profissional e as instalações continuam excelentes! Fiz um check out bem cedo e, ainda assim, a equipe do hotel teve o cuidado de montar o café da manhã antes do horário habitual, para que pudesse comer antes de sair.

Senti falta do acesso à praia. A escadaria estava avariada e ainda aguardando manutenção. Como foi um final de semana com um calor anormal na cidade, teria sido bom poder descer até o lago.

Location and super friendly staff

Newyears eve dinner not so special and expensive for what it was. Night before the dinner from the menu was delicious.

I loved the grounds, they are impeccable and so relaxing. The hotel sits on the lakefront and the view is awe inspiring. You have a magnificent view of the volcanoes with Volcán Osorno taking Center stage. You have access to the lake as well to take a dip as well a hot tubs that view the lake and volcanoes. The beauty is sublime and we came in late December with summer beginning. The restaurant for dinner is delicious and Rotelio is a fabulous and attentive waiter with excellent recommendations. The staff is lovely and take pride in being excellent hospitality professionals. The birds and trees and the black bunny rabbit that made daily appearances added to the charm.

The rooms don't gave AC so it can get stuffy and u uncomfortable ar night but I opened the windows and that solved the issue. My room, Puerto Fonck, face the lake and had an excellent views. The bed was comfortable enough but there is a perimeter light right outside. They do shut it off but you have to ask and depending on who is working the front desk they may turn it off right away or around 10:45. Marcos turned it off immediately when I asked around 10pm. Breakfast is good but the drip coffee isn't very tasty otherwise you have a nice spread and eggs to order. The other thing I would note is the room doors let in a lot of noise from the hallway if folks are up. I had a portable speaker and some pink noise got rid of it easily.

Casa Molino is a very charming boutique hotel with an excellent location right on Lago Llanquihue. The grounds are exceptionally cared for and provide wonderful views of the lake and volcano. Remember to book the soaking tub. In a clear day you have views of Osorno Volcano. On rainy days, there’s a feeling of mystery and romance. We booked the Ensenada room which had two lovely sitting areas and fantastic views. The bathroom was huge! Tub with a view! The staff is phenomenal and went out of their way to ensure our every comfort. We were especially impressed with Geraldine, Marcos and Rutilio. Finally, may I recommend dinner at the lodge. We tried many different dishes and they were all delicious…very fresh salads, trout tartare, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, steak and sous vide lamb which fell apart as it was so tender!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de cet hôtel très confortable et plus spécialement le restaurant avec vue sur le parc, le lac et le volcan. Nous le recommandons fortement pour au moins deux nuits pour prendre le temps de découvrir la région. Le parc est animé par de nombreux oiseaux et de toute beauté.

El diseño del hotel es precioso, su decoración hecha con gusto. Lo mejor: al lado del lago y con una vista espectacular al Volcán Osorno El desayuno es completo preparado con esmero. Incluye variedad de frutas, huevos al gusto, jugo natural, quesos, jamones, bocadillos dulces y café o té.

La habitación pudo haber sido un poco más amplia. Sus camas confortables.

Nos sentimos engañados, en la reserva decía habitación con vista al parque, la verdad es que miraba al estacionamiento y la calidad de la habitación era la peor de todo el hotel, y a pesar que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío la.Señora a cargo no nos dió solución al problema planteado, a excepción que pagáramos prácticamente el doble, nos sentimos mejor engañados

Excellent, quiet location. It wasn't as sunny as the picture this week, but the cloud cleared and we had good views of Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff (a little understaffed), good food.

Breakfast coffee machine, had to ask for milk, no tea-making facility in the room, not even creamer.

Jardin hermoso , bien cuidado Las instalaciones en madera , linda decoración tipo casa de campo sureña, las habitaciones impecables, camas muy cómodas. Cena y desayuno muy bueno. Muy a trasmano la ubicación y mal informada en el camino con carteles que no se ven bien..Incómodo el dormitorio.

Vista para o Vulcão Osorno do Jardim da casa é simplesmente sensacional. Casa ampla e confortável e a pegada rustica de muito bom gosto. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, principalmente a Geraldine. Jardins bem cuidados e muito verde. Enfim, adoramos a experiência !!!

La conectividad a la ciudad no era fácil.

Os ambientes, decoração incrível. O staff sempre pronto a ajudar. Café da manhã muito com tudo fresco e de excelente qualidade.

Ficamos no piso térreo. O isolamento acústico poderia entrar em planejamento para ser melhorado. Nós escutamos tudo que acontece na recepção e no apartamento acima do nosso.

We had to get out of the car each to ring the bell at the front gate. It would be much better if there is a camera, to recognize the number plate and let guests in.

The location and the views were amazing. The staff were also super helpful and friendly.

It was off a dirt road which wasn’t the easiest to drive but it was not a problem.

We were arriving late at 21:30 but the kitchen was still offering a nice diner ?

Understaffed, which means we had many times to wait long to be attended. Also, staff didn’t know anything to do or to counsel about activities in the region. Breakfast was so-so. Room very small and dark.

The property is absolutey stunning with incredible lake and mountain views.

The staff don't speak English at all (as nice as they were). They couldn't accommodate basic requests like breakfast slightly before 8am. They can only handle a couple of people for dinner. I got food poisoning from eating their fish dish for dinner. They added tax to the bill and I had to explain multiple times that it needed to be removed for foreigners paying in dollars. Eventually had to speak to the manager to get it resolved. Management is no where to be found, the staff look like they have no idea what they are doing. They stuffed up our room booking and we had to stay in a double instead of a twin for one night. My silver ring I left at the property but was told nothing was found in the room. They did upgrade to sea view to make up for it. They also provided toast and a banana the day after food poisoning and a packed lunch on the last day given we were missing breakfast too many times. This could be an amazing boutique hotel if they could get the staff and service sorted!

Very nice location, rooms with wonderful views of the Osorno and very nice house, large garden with private beach. Nice staff with good breakfast.

Room rather small, but as described. Oversized TV which partially blocked the entrance to the bathroom.

This was our first visit to Casa Molino and the location was superb looking over the lack and Volcano Orsono. The room was well equipped and very comfortable bed and breakfast and dinner were very good quality. However the main bonus of the visit were the staff who were really friendly and helpful and would be a main reason to return

The Casa is stunning! The lakeside location is so impressive right in front of Orsono volcano.Guests are able to walk the beach and sit on the shore.Puerta Varas is minutes away a nice afternoon.the town is crowded and full of tourists. Casa Molino offers a wonderful respite.Staff is incredibly accommodating. Hated to leave after four days. Highly recommend

No air conditioning however nice lake breezes.Lakeside room Funco very small and bathroom also. But you won’t spend time in your room as there are numerous spaces throughout Casa to relax.
