Hotel Skypark Myeongdong 3

Good location and friendly helpful staff

Very old dilapidated property. Old carpeted floors. Bad ventilation and air con

A comfortable and cozy room, enough space for two people, very close to myeondong and the subway. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are being cleaned every day when you leave. Would recommend for sure!

The location was excellent! Just at exit 9 of Myeongdong station. Also, just a one-minute walk to the Airport Limousine Bus stop (just outside exit 8 of Myeongdong station)

The room was a tad old and dated. It was also quite small for two people - there wasn’t much space to place 2 medium-sized pieces of luggage

It’s well located for walking, bus and train so easy to get around. The neighborhood is interesting with a large variety of shops, restaurants and services. The staff are wonderful and friendly. There’s an on-site washer and dryer available.

The shower is hand-held only, which can be uncomfortable when washing hair or shaving. While the reservation had “breakfast included,” it really means you get coupons to shop at the attached 7-11 Store. If you want breakfast, you have to go out.

Çok merkezi

Yok

Özellikle konumu çok güzel metronun hemen yanında Myeongdong marketleri pazarı hemen arkasında

Close to train/ shopping restaurant

Slow elevator/ small window/ in general dates building

Very little to like about the hotel beyond its location

Room is small, dull and worn out. The whole place looks well past its best and is quite depressing.

The location was perfect

The shower was terrible

Location is great, Myeongdong is just downstairs. Staff are courteous and helpful. 7-11 is connected to the hotel, super convenient

The furniture and setup of the room is kind of old school. Room is somewhat sound proof but every time there is house keeping along the corridor or other guests going in and out of the room, the heavy room door just slams and you can hear it from the room. Being a not really light sleeper, i had difficulty sleeping on a Friday night as there were a number of check ins or there are people going in and out of the room

Location

Breakfast

Everything is good . Front desk are very polite and eager to help

Nothing

The location is excellent. Myeongdong station 8 is literally at the entrance of the hotel. Extremely close to Myeongdong itself and all other attractions are easily accessible too!

Rooms were really small, with no space to put anything. No window in the room. A constant clicking/dripping sound - don’t know if it was the air conditioner or smth else but that was really uncomfortable.

The 7-11 was conveniently at the lobby & close to the shopping areas

Room was smaller than expected

The location was perfect

That the rooms were outdated. Old smells

L'accueil

Very good location

Location is excellent.

Breakfast options

Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and gave us directions, suggestions etc during our stay. Location of the hotel is perfect being close to all transportation options.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile; la posizione centralissima e la metropolitana proprio davanti all'hotel.

Amazing location. Good convenience store. Convenient water bottle filters on each floor.

Bathroom is unimpressive with cheap towels, but the toilet has good bidet technology. Lighting is misnamed and can only be managed near the room entrance, not next to where the light fixtures are located. Room is super tiny in person. The TV is super tiny. The window is tiny!

The location has been excellent. It’s close to the myeondong street market and most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. It is extremely convenient to the train and bus stations especially the airport transfer bus. The staff was excellent in welcoming you and very helpful in giving us an early check-in amd the check out procedure was seamless.

The room configuration and size could be better. There was little space between the bed and the wall.

For the umpteenth time I write my review for the Skypark 3 Myeondong hotel. This means that I highly recommend this hotel for those of you who will vacation in Korea. Their service is beyond my expectations, served like a queen 👸🤗. Especially for Mr. Shin & Ms. Plan, you are the best staff in serving guests. I always choose this hotel because of its very strategic location. If you are hungry at night, go downstairs and eat ramen. For those of you who like shopping like me, this hotel is very right for your choice. After your shopping is full and your hands feel sore, you can go straight to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants, Halal Restaurant is very close to the hotel. Daiso 12 floors, in front of your eyes. Everything is very close And I really like the friendliness of the staff. There is always a greeting when the door opens. very friendly 🫶🏻🫶🏻. Once again Thank you to all the staff of Skypark Myeongdong 3 Hotel, Especially Mr.Shin. You are very kind. 🫶🏻🙏🏻

Convenience for travelling. Myeongdong subway line outside front door and bus stop for incheon airport 70 metres from front door.

Lokalizacja

W hotelu przydal by sie delikatny remont. / odswiezenie pokoi.

Location, room, 7-11 next to hotel

Check-in took a long time; front desk staff was a bit harsh in dealing with customers (but OK).

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Room for four was small. Not enough area to sit and not enough room for luggage.

Small room.

Posizione, pulizia, climatizzazione

Very convenient

My room doesnt have any day light, no view at all. Beside that everything was good.

Location and facilities!
