ロケーションです。 横浜駅きた東口から徒歩1分、下にファミリーマートとカフェ。 アメニティーも豊富に用意されており、自由に1階でもらうことが出来ます。

海外在住の一時帰国の為、日本滞在中こちらのホテルを2回チェックインしましたが 1回目と2回目のチェックインの間、荷物を預かってもらえなかった。 急遽兄に取りに来てもらい、2回目のチェックインに合わせて宅配で送ってもらうことになった。 スペースがないことはわかるけど、もう少し譲歩してほしい。 合計2週間近く滞在を毎年しています。

どのスタッフの方も日本語が堪能で安心して宿泊できました。チェックイン前チェックアウト後の荷物も預かっていただけて助かりました。場所も明洞のど真ん中で楽しい旅行になりました。ただ、ホテル前はタクシーが入ることができないので目の前での下車はできません。駅近なので歩くには全く苦痛ではありませんでした。トイレとお風呂も分かれていて、湯船を溜めることができ、マッサージクッションまで置いてありました。次回も泊まりたいと思います。

タオルの手拭きサイズのものが1人1枚あると助かりました。

This hotel has a perfect location in the heart of Myeondong. The narrow roads and alleys turn into a market at night with stores and food vendors lining the streets. The room was clean but just a bit small for three adults.

Room was a bit small for three adults. The roads around the hotel are narrow to taxi's and buses cannot easily get there. We walked to the Myeondong train station a few blocks away to get taxi service.

まさに日本のホテル。 レセプションの方も皆さん日本語が達者で親切。 2025年改装済みという事で凄くキレイ、何より風呂トイレが別なのが素晴らしい。

良くなかった訳ではないが、敢えて言うと立地が明洞のど真ん中過ぎてタクシー横付けできない事くらい。 明洞駅でタクシー降りて徒歩3分くらいだから全然問題ないが、スーツケースとか大きい荷物がある雨の日の移動はちょっと大変かも。

一階のホテル入口に屋台が並び、ちょっと人がたむろしていて感じが悪いと思います。

初めての日本からの韓国旅行。このホテルが高層で目印になるし迷っても安心できました。スタッフの日本語でのお声かけも安心できました。ワオパスの機会もロビーにあり。すぐ横にオリーブヤングもメインストリートのど真ん中にあるのですごく便利でした。 また利用したいです。

部屋の広さは少し狭かった。でも便利が良いし快適。

Ce que j’ai le plus aimé dans cet hôtel, c’est l’insonorisation. Entre les chambres, elle est vraiment excellente : c’est la deuxième meilleure insonorisation que j’aie connue parmi tous les hôtels où j’ai séjourné. En revanche, l’isolation phonique de la porte et du couloir est un peu moins bonne. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de Myeongdong. Et dès qu’on entre dans l’hôtel, on a vraiment l’impression de laisser le bruit et l’agitation du monde extérieur derrière soi : tout devient soudainement calme.

Hôtel idéalement situé, au cœur de Myeongdong à proximité immédiate du métro, des bus, des commerces et de la street food qui anime le quartier le soir. L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel est particulièrement aimable, serviable et parle très bien anglais. La chambre est confortable et très bien insonorisée, nous n’avons entendu ni les voisins ni les bruits provenant de l’extérieur. La salle de bains est également très bien équipée d’une douche et d’une baignoire. Les toilettes sont séparés de la salle de bains. Le ménage est effectué tous les deux jours. Cependant, si vous souhaitez que votre chambre soit nettoyée quotidiennement, il suffit d’appuyer sur le bouton prévu à cet effet. Les jours où le ménage n’est pas effectué, des serviettes propres ainsi que des bouteilles d’eau fraîches sont déposées devant la chambre dans un sac avec une quantité prévue pour chaque personne. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié avec un large choix qui permet à chacun de trouver son bonheur. L’hôtel met également à disposition des bouteilles d’eau bien fraîches pour chaque personne. L’hôtel dispose de deux lave-linges et de deux sèche-linges. À noter toutefois que le paiement se fait uniquement en espèces.

なんと言っても、湯船に浸かれること。トイレがバスタブとは別の場所にあること。スーツケースを広げて整理するスペースがあること。部屋が広いこと。これらが本当にありがたかったです。旅の疲れが吹っ飛びます。スタッフが日本語が堪能なのもありがたいです。お部屋も清潔で本当に過ごしやすかったです。コンセントが日本対応のものがあるのもかなりありがたいポイントです。また、泊まりにきたいと思います。

思いつきませんが、強いて言うなら、このホテルに泊まっているので、近くの食事場所の料金が安くなるクーポンが貰えるような嬉しい企画してがあるといいかもしれません。

立地が素晴らしくスタッフの方も流暢な日本語でタックスフリーなど教えていただきました。２度目の利用で次回も宿泊させてもらいたいです。

The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing, but it is in a vehicle‑restricted area. Even when I booked a taxi in advance, it could only pick us up on a nearby street. When I arrived from the airport, the taxi driver seemed to circle the area several times trying to find a place where stopping was allowed.t is in the middle of

ロビーが高層階にあるので、チェックインとチェックアウトの時しかスタッフと直接お会いはしなかったのですが、事前のメールのやり取りで、滞在時のディナー予約など何度も代行していただき、大変お世話になりました。 風呂もさすが日系ホテルだけあって、湯船も十分広く、洗い場もあり、シャワーの水量も申し分ありません。手桶があったのには感動です。おかげで日中の疲れを毎晩湯船🛁で癒すことができ、疲れ知らずでした。

フロントが高層階なので、一旦チェックインしてしまうと、あまりスタッフとの交流がないです。

初韓国旅行の叔母夫婦と一緒だったので明洞エリアに宿泊したのですが、初めての人を案内するには便利な場所だと改めて実感しました。シャワーの水圧なども申し分なく、3泊だったので部屋の掃除はお断りしましたがタオルなどの補充も毎日キチンとしてくれたので困ったことは全くありませんでした。良かった点でもあるのですが、気をつけなければならない点としてはセキュリティがしっかりしているため宿泊フロア以外に行けないことです。同行者と違うフロアの場合には迎えに来てもらわないと相手の部屋には行けません。最初に知っていたら同行者から１枚カードを借りておくなど対応できるかもしれません。

明洞は便利な反面ものすごく人が多いのでホテルに行き来する際に人をかき分けて移動しなければならない・・・これだけは覚悟が必要です。特にお年寄りと一緒の場合、人にも車にも気をつけなければならない・・・これだけです。

We had a wonderful stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Seoul Myeongdong as a family of four from 15 to 21 June, staying in two Standard Twin rooms. The rooms were consistently comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax after full days exploring Seoul. Everything was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and pleasant. The hotel’s location in Myeongdong was also excellent — very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. A special mention goes to the thoughtful gesture of offering free ice cream, which was a lovely touch and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. We would be happy to return in the future.

朝食がすばらしい。追加で補充されるメニューがまた違ったもので目新しくもっとゆっくり堪能したかった。 部屋はバス(洗い場と湯舟が別)トイレが別など日本仕様で機能的、明洞の繫華街のど真ん中にあり楽しめた。 二回目の宿泊でしたが、日本語が通じるところが安心、チェックアウト後の荷物をあずけられるところ、地下鉄明洞駅からも比較的すぐでアクセスも良いと思います。

Everything is perfect except for 1 thing - cars can not pass during weekend. We had to walk with our luggage to reach the hotel. Too bad when streets are full of people already.

立地は最高です。周りになんでもあり、地下鉄駅からも近くてどこにでもいけます。お部屋は清潔でバストイレも別で快適でした。 （空調さえよければ）

空調が完全には止められません。 オフボタンを押しても換気のため（とホテルスタッフの方は言っていました）、冷風が吹き付けてきます。 部屋が冷え切っても完全に無風にはできず、設定温度をあげて無理やり暖房にするか（５月なのに）、冷風を我慢するしかありません。 暖房のまま寝ると喉が痛くなり、空調を切って寝ると部屋が勝手に冷え切っていて、どのみち風邪をひきます。 ホテルのスタッフの方からは毛布を貸しますと言われましたが、そういう問題ではありません。

Did to lug luggage to Main Street as taxi not accessible directly to hotel

We loved our stay at the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel. It was easy to get to on the Airport Limousine Bus from Incheon, which dropped us next to Myeongdong station, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. The hotel reception is up on one of the top floors of the building, where we were warmly greeted by the staff who spoke very good English. I had no problems at all understanding them, and didn't need to attempt to use my basic Korean. The clientele was mostly Japanese, Chinese, and a small number of Europeans. We had booked an executive twin room on the 20th floor, which was fantastic. We had a great view of Myeongdong Cathedral and the room was very comfortable. Having a Japanese-style toilet is always a treat! We heard no noise at all from other guests or from the roads outside during our week-long stay. They clean the room every other day as standard, and provide fresh towels and bottled water at your door on the other days. The only negative for us was that I would say that the air in the room was incredibly dry from the air conditioning. However, a humidifier is provided in the room which I was very grateful for as it meant it wasn't a problem. The humidifier lights up, but you can turn the light off with the switch at the back (it took a while to work that out). I can thoroughly recommend room 2023 and would stay in that room again if we came back to Seoul. The hotel also has four lifts which made getting up and down to the room very quick and easy with hardly any waiting. The hotel is very central, so the pedestrianised streets nearby can be quite busy with tourists, particularly at the weekend. We enjoyed the buzz of it, and it meant there were lots of shops, restaurants and in the evening street food stalls very close by. Getting to other parts of the city was very easy as they were either walkable in 20-25 minutes or you could easily get a subway from Myeongdong Station, usually with a maximum of one change of line. I would definitely recommend this hotel, which we found to be good value and an extremely pleasant stay.

We loved the hotel. The location is great, the room was clean and modern. But the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The restaurant looks so elegant, the staff so welcoming and food was delicious. We had a great experience at this hotel.

The double bad room was pretty small.
