Perfect location to get everywhere. Easy access to station and restaurants nearby.

We are a family of 5 to young adult kid and a teenager great space for all of us. Would stay here again.

It should be mentioned somewhere that there are 5 flights of stair to get up to the apartment, dishwasher was smelly and did not work

1. It was perfectly located. Central enough to have everything in walking distance including Fredriksbergs allé and Kødbyen, and still quiet enough to not be disturbed by the day or night life 2. The big beds where really comfortable

1. The toilet smelled badly 2. The first thing that happened two hours after we had arrived was that an angry neighbor rang the door and said that we had been walking around the apartment too loudly. The interesting part is that we had been sleeping that entire time so the sound couldn’t have come from us. But the encounter made us uncomfortable the entire stay while walking in the apartments squeaky floor. We kept wondering if this was a real complaint or something set in system to keep guests from disrupting anyone

Location was very quiet which was lovely. It was not far from the train station which was helpful as we caught the train to the airport on the return journey. We enjoyed seeing many people utilising bikes to get around and the cycle lanes were excellent.

We didn’t find the washing machines until the day we were leaving when I ventured down to the basement and discovered them. The file containing information didn’t state where they were housed. We arrived late at night, approximately 23.00 and would have loved a cup of tea but there was no milk provided although I had brought tea bags to use. Maybe a carton of milk future visitors could be left in the fridge; it would be much appreciated.

location was great and beds comfortable

Bathroom needs updating as does the kitchen

bathroom door

The location and spacious rooms

Bathroom was awful and needs a refurb. Freezer couldn’t shut as frozen over.

Amazing, traditional Danish apartment. Full of character and in a great location.

Tenants staying above were very noisy and kept us awake. Also, it was unsatisfactory to have to pick the apartment keys up from a separate location and the keys weren't even ready.

Great size and space for our family! Easy location to central station

The bathroom felt like it needed a little refresh. Also the kitchen was missing a few things that would have been nice like oven mitts and paper towel

Spacious and great location. We arrived late at night, so the short walk from Central station was welcome. Lots of restaurants nearby. Really Central and great for seeing the main sights. The weather was great and it was brilliant having the garden area to sit in for a few snacks and glass of wine. It was brilliant having keypad numbers rather than hard keys for entrance, which allowed us to do our own thing.

The apartment was situated in a perfect place. Short walk from the train station and metro

The bathroom was the only part that let the apartment down. If you had a shower the floor would be soaked for using the toilet. However this is most likely all bathroom in the area

Location was good for train station metro and Tivoli Gardens and nice places to eat and drink nearby. Area was safe to walk about. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

The shower room /toilet area was far inferior to the rest of the decor of the flat - in that it was old- fashioned - functional, clean but very basic.

Space and location

Bathroom. Neighbour on first floor telling us to take our shoes off.

Good location

The bathroom is not suitable for 4 people

Good sized bedrooms. Excellent living space.

Electrical current going through diswasher door. No washing machine.

The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated

The bathroom was disgusting - mould everywhere, blocked extraction so no evaporation. The wet room stayed wet. Completely inadequate for four people. I sent them a message to this effect pointing out that mould is a health hazard. I did receive a phone call when i was unavailable and sent them a message when to call back. Three days later, no further communication. Very disappointing to say the least.

Ideal location

Separate recycling in kitchen would have been useful.

Beautiful rooms, spacious, very nice

Small shower right next to toilet, water stay after shower on the floor

I like the comfy spaces of the apartment

- close to the train station, - very quick response, - comfortable beds

The bathroom floor gets wet when one takes a shower. (would be nice to have a device to remove the water)

Good location

Upon entering this flat, you are confronted with a large fuse box hung on the wall before you. The bathroom had mold around appliances. There was a terrible odor in the place of fried Chinese food (located directly below). The hardwood floor felt dirty, sticky and gummy under our feet. No curtains on the large windows. Uncomfortable and unpleasant. We couldn't stay the night. We were told we would receive 100% reimbursement ONLY if we left 5 star rating. 3 months later, we have only received half refund! The realtor group does not respond to texts or calls.

This property was amazing. Very modern and clean and had all the facilities we needed. I highly recommmend.

I can’t think of anything that could be improved, this accommodation was great.

The flat was very spacious and looked quite nice. The beds were clean and the towels provided were of good quality. The location was super with a short walking distance to the underground and many other attractions and amenities

The bathroom was terrible. the shower curtain was old and dirty. The sink unit and wooden lists in the bathroom were rotting. There was black mold around the sink and the basket for holding toiletries was rusted. The microwave in the kitchen looked like it had exploded on the inside and the kettle was horrible inside. The flat was also not sound insulated so we could hear people in the other flats talking and moving around. Particularly annoying to be wakened at 2 am with people walking over the floor in the apartment above.

Very good location, clean and short walk to metro.

The bathroom, the shower did not have very much water power.

Nice property and location

The beds were comfortable and it was in a good location

It was loud and hot when we had to have the windows open. There was only one fan and although the renters can’t have parties the people who love there full time obviously can and since the apartments all face the courtyard it was super loud.

Location is fantastic. Lidl supermarket, restaurants, Tivoli and train central station 10 or 15 minutes walking. No noise at all during the day and night.

The flat is on second floor without elevator. It is not a big problem, but when you arrive in the nigth with four suitcases ando going up the stairs is like... What?.. The building is old and also the flat (wooden floor) but the stay was very nice and comfortable. We missed a toaster in the kitchen. And also a vacuum cleaner or a broom for sweeping the kitchen floor. Please, we appreciate so much if you give guests informstion about where to throw the rubbish /waste, because we didn't find any big waste bin in the street and we didnt know at what time of the day we were allowed to leave the dirty bags in the street. Each country has different procedure. The handle of the main entrance door was broken (out of its place). I called booking to see if they could fit it. They said yes, but nobody came to repair it. We also missed a good mop to dry the bathroom floor after having a shower. A good one. Not the kind of mop that was in the kitchen. And please, don't be careless and change the toilet shelves... It was full of rust.. Awful!!. I've got some pictures of that.
