The mattress wasn’t comfortable and could do with replacing and the shower door seal was damaged at the bottom and the shower didn’t drain properly.

Muito abaixo do esperado Experiência bastante dececionante. O chuveiro estava avariado, funcionando apenas a parte de cima, e apesar de termos avisado, a responsabilidade foi atribuída ao hóspede anterior. No entanto, o evidente calcário e ferrugem demonstravam falta de manutenção há bastante tempo. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar: encontrámos pelos no WC, manchas nos sofás, carpete e colcha, sendo esta última ainda por cima rota. O balde do lixo da casa de banho estava cheio de ferrugem. O apartamento não tem ar condicionado e a única ventoinha estava enferrujada e fazia bastante barulho. Faltavam também sacos do lixo sobresselentes e produtos de higiene suficientes. Para completar, a receção das chaves fica a cerca de 1,5 km do alojamento, algo pouco conveniente e que deveria estar claramente indicado. No geral, falta de limpeza, manutenção e conforto, muito abaixo do que seria razoável pelo preço pago. Não recomendamos.

De bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Je voelt de spiralen. Onze dochter sliep op de sofa en die lag niet lekker. Helaas geen airconditioning en de ventilator is niet toereikend.

Moderno, bonito y la ubicación es buena.Tiene cocina con todo: horno, frigorífico , tostadora, plancha , cafetera de cápsulas y microondas y todo lo necesario para comer. Sofá cama, mesa comedor, tv, WiFi
El estado de la ducha :no funcionaba la ducha de mano porque la llave estaba rota , la griferia esta oxidada y la manpara algo vieja. No tiene aire acondicionado, aunque si ventilador y las almohadas excesivamente blandas el colchón regular. No tiene ascensor, las escaleras son mortales si llevas maletas grandes.

Los colchones son horribles, estan deformados por el uso, y es la enesima reseña que protesta. Tomar nota, por favor, y cambiar. Os esta estropeando la puntuación. Y lo siento pero no entiendo como se valora tan alto un apartamento sin climatización, con mamparas de ducha no ajustadas (el agua se sale fuera y se va acumulando), sin fregona para recoger, sin escoba para barrer y limpiar, y sin lavadora. Es verano, dos habitaciones y un solo ventilador muy flojo (barato). Dormir con ventanas abiertas es prácticamente imposible por el ruido de las gaviotas de Porto en este caso de piso en patio interno abierto. En definitiva, el descanso que se busca en días de vacaciones, independientemente de los problemas de una ciudad, no se tienen por temas del aparamento.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026L’appartement est spacieux, il y a beaucoup d’hauteur sous plafond, les couleurs des meubles et des matériaux se marient bien, la lumière naturelle dehors ravive encore plus l’endroit grâce aux 3 grandes portes vers le balcon. Appartement bien équipé, propre. On s’y sent chez soi avec tout l’équipement disponible.
Seul petit souci c’est que les voisins font des travaux de bon matin et le bruit est très fort, mais on a pris cela comme le remplaçant de notre alarme téléphone. Aussi, il y a eu un petit problème de douche avec le changement d’options qui est resté non résolu. Cependant cela reste vivable pour nous.

A distância entre o Welcome Center eo apartamento, 950 metros especificamente, quem vem com malas e de transportes é muito desagradável. Principalmente porque não é anunciada esta distância na plataforma. Outra situação, o calor extremo do apartamento no 3º andar; um apartamento deste nível, o preço do mesmo justificaria um ar condicionado. O calor insuportável durante a noite é impossível dormir bem .

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026El apartamento es muy grande y hay espacio suficiente para 3 o 4 personas. El personal tuvo el detalle de traerme las llaves al apartamento en lugar de ir a la otra dirección donde hay que ir para recogerlas. Agradecida por el detalle.
No hay aire acondicionado y solo disponen de un ventilador super pequeño que es insuficiente para el espacio tan grande del apartamento, les pedí otro más porque si poníamos el ventilador mirando a la cama a mí hija en el sofá cama no le llegaba y me dijeron que no tienen más. No es una inversión tan grande y en verano y ola de calor como nos tocó a nosotros con 38 grados ayudaría mucho tener un apartamento bien ventilado. Solo dejan un juego de toallas por persona para 4 días, me parece insuficiente, deberían dejar más unidades en el armario por si se necesitan más. Igual paso con las amenidades como gel, champú . Las instalaciones de jardines exterior no tienen nada que ver con las fotos, muy descuidado, es una pena. La cama es un poco incómoda, deberían cambiar los colchones. Con una pequeña inversión de colchones nuevos y ventiladores o aires acondicionados portátiles el alojamiento ganaría muchísimo.

No full length mirror in main living area. The toilet cistern ran constantly and needs fixing. The drainage in the shower was too slow and would have overflowed if a longer shower was taken. Clearly the drain needs clearing out. The courtyard furniture was old and 2 seats had broken panels. It needs replacing with new furniture. A washing machine would have been handy. There was a strong smell of damp and the laminate floor was lifting outside the toilet suggesting the shower waste had overflowed on previous occasions. A digital entry system would have been better than using keys.

The communication seemed quite automatised, not very personalised. Wrong information was provided before check-in. Note that support after hours is limited and payable. Additionally, check-in (even if late) has to be done in a different location and after check-out, you have to go back to that location if you need to hold your luggage for a few hours (payable).

Lamento não ter ar condicionado. Tinha uma ventoinha de médio porte que poderia ser maior para atenuar o grave problema do calor. Seria importante, no dia do check-in manter os estores completamente fechados para atenuar o imenso calor que havia.

Reviewed May 5, 2026We liked the location, size and view from the balconies. The staff at the check-in location was super friendly.
We didn't like that check-in was in another place in around 15 minutes walking distance. One shower was broken, water was leaking on the floor, and the staff didn't provide extra towels as promised. The other shower was also leaking a bit. No one even show up to check the shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, but not a single tablet which is annoying, because it means guests have to wash dishes manually or buy a 20+ pack which is ridiculous for a 3 night stay.

La chiave va recuperata ad oltre un km dall'alloggio. Il sistema di aspirazione era mal funzionante per cui si percepiva nell'ambiente un permanente sensazione di umidità ed un odore di muffa nonostante aprissimo finestra e porta finestra.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Super appartement très propre et très bien situé pour tout faire à pied ( près des lieux à visiter et bars et restaurants). L'extérieur avec tables et chaises au rez-de-chaussée est un vrai plus. Facilité pour récupérer et rendre les clefs à tout heure. Ménage compris. Un peu plus qui aurait été appréciable : une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée sinon à recommander sinon hésiter.
Réveil matinale à cause du ramassage des ordures.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Todo, la ubicación del alojamiento, el lugar es muy acogedor, limpio, con todo lo necesario para qur la estancia sea muy agradable, es muy lindo, además esta cerca de todo estaciones de metro, lugares muy cerca de todo, su personal es muy amable.
El desplazamiento desde donde se recogen las llaves al hospedaje y más si vas con maletas.

Had to collect the keys from an office 10-15min walk from the apartment. Whilst not a hard process, it felt inconvenient and annoying to carry luggage around the city.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Всичко, освен получаването на ключовете. Чудесен апартамент, с всички необходими удобства. Отлично разположение, в близост до метростанция (на 5 мин.). Добра комуникация с домакина.
За да вземем ключовете, трябваше да прекосим целия център на града (почти 1 км). Това би било изключително мъчение, ако трябваше да го направим заедно с багажа. Добре, че имаше кого да оставим при куфарите. Но и без багаж е много натоварващо да извървиш 2 км в най-топлата част на деня. Апартаментът е на третия етаж, но стълбите са високи, и няма асансьор.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Me gustó la amplitud, que tuviera los baños en Suite y otro abajo. La ubicación ideal. Todo muy nuevo y las camas muy cómodas. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos.
Que era un 3° sin ascensor y tener la recogida de la llave y la consigna a 12 min andando. Tuvimos que cargar con las maletas hasta allí y nos cobraron por dejarlas.

There were the smelly bins in front of the main door and then the mold smell over over the apartment and on top of this it was extremely cold since it has no proper heating system and you can’t have the windows closed because of the mold smell. Bonus: the toilet fan doesn’t work and sofa bed is dirty. Not recommended at all, it made my trip absolute hill since I’m allergic to mold, I requested an alternative but they were extremely not helpful at all, I really don’t understand how did it get this high score so far.

We were told the day before we arrived that we had to pick up keys from a different address but the taxi had been booked to take us to only one location and had to drop us off and move onto his next job so we were given the key's and had to walk to the apartment, two pensioners and bags exhausting. There was a first aid box but was empty.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026The location was great. You’re round the corner from just about everything and all communication with the team was great! Really helpful and flexible when we were running later than expected. The kitchen was well equipped and everything you needed in terms of shower gels etc were available. For the price we paid, it was great!
I’d recommend picking a room at the back of the house. The bins were collected from outside the property every morning (except Sunday) before 6 which woke us up and there’s no soundproofing on the windows (also lots of drunk people walking past shouting which causes an issue). It was a great property but a little tired round the edges. The bedding was older and whilst clean, there were rips and stains in the duvet. The facilities were available but we did have to bring everything like coffee and drinking water for example. However, for the price we paid it was great!

Malheureusement il a fait très froid et seulement deux petits chauffages électriques qui ne chauffaient quasiment pas Dans l’un des placards à l’entrée il y avait un deuxième couette qui été recouvert de taches de sang, de saletés et de moisi Et la salle de bain n’a pas de chauffage donc il y fait très froid

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026The apartment itself was brilliant, location is absolutely in the center of Porto. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, pubs and grocery stores in some meters from this apartment. The bed was very comfortable!!!
It was probably my fault, but I couldn't adjust the heating system to make the room warm enough for my needs.

A nosotros nos dejaron hacer checkin desde muy temprano porque era posible. La ubicación es ideal. Lo único es el wi fi que es un poco regular, pero de resto excelente

La entrega de llaves no es nada práctica porque te mandan ir a 10-12 minutos del apartamento para recuperar las llaves. Para nuestra sorpresa, el apartamento estaba mugriento cuando llegamos mientras que el recepcionista nos dijo que estaba todo listo para entrar. Cama incómoda y calefacción no centralizada. Había dos estufas y hacía frío.

Fuimos en navidad, pasamos un frío horrible, tuvimos que ir a comprar mantas al corte inglés porque la ropa de la cama estaba húmeda, tenía 2 miniradiadores de aceite que se encienden y apagan, no calientan la estancia, no fuimos capaces de sacar los abrigos. Y el olor a humedad es mortal. Igual en el verano dejando las ventanas abiertas es maravilloso. En invierno hay que ir a un hotel porque me da que los apartamentos son todos parecidos. La limpieza justita para no protestar y hay nordicos de ikea en el armario con manchones y humedad.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025De accommodatie was mooi ruim en is gelegen in een levendige straat met restaurants en supermarkten op loopafstand. Wij hadden een ruim balkon met uitzicht op de binnentuin. De inrichting was sfeervol en mooi afgewerkt. Alles was netjes en schoon, wat wij dus heel belangrijk vinden. De medewerkers reageerden snel en waren oplossingsgericht, waarvoor onze dank!
Wij vonden het jammer dat er geen wasmachine aanwezig was in de accommodatie. Vooral met langere verblijven vinden we dit een must. Er is wel een wasserette in de buurt, dus dat scheelde. We hebben wel wat opmerking over de uitrusting in de keuken; iets meer servies/bestek/materiaal zou geen kwaad kunnen. Maar over het algemeen was alles prima geregeld. Probeer ook niet de sleutel te verliezen want er wordt een fiks bedrag gerekend om deze te vervangen.
