Breakfast was very nice. Room was small but clean. Bathroom had no door, so little privacy when showering! We requested twin beds, and there were two twins pushed together with little room to separate as the room as very small. Good location and very nice staff.

Things were not replaced/refilled when needed (kleenex, lotion, hand soap). No room to separate beds into twin size.

Zimmer - Keycard musste zweimal nachjustiert werden.

Camera straordinariamente spaziosa, silenziosa e accogliente. Il bagno dotato di crema corpo, balsamo per capelli e diffusore per l’asciugatura dei capelli ricci. Dimostra una straordinaria attenzione al cliente così come la macchina per il caffè con i grani macinati al momento

Localização excelente, quarto e cama confortável.

Como não gosto de ar condicionado, dormimos de janela aberta. O local é bem movimentado e barulhento, mas é perto da maioria dos pontos turísticos. O chuveiro era ruim, sem muita vazão e, durante o banho, a água esfriava e esquentava sozinha. Fizemos duas reclamações, mas não adiantou. Pedimos tbm que lavassem melhor o vaso sanitário, pois tinha um cheiro forte, e tbm não adiantou

Excelente localização e café da manhã. Adoramos poder estar próximo do centro e ter um hotel com ótima estrutura e quartos espaçosos.

O banheiro é dentro do quarto e as divisórias não garantem grande privacidade. Fora o modelo do banheiro não tenho mais nada a reclamar.

El servicio de desayuno y la ubicacion.

Habia contratado parking y avisado al hotel, y no nos hicieron la reserva de la plaza, y como hubo un evento y la zona estaba cerrada para llegar, no tuvimos buena asistencia de parte del hotel para encontrar un parking.

Great location, clean room, very helpful staff at the reception

The rooms DO NOT HAVE a door dividing between the shower/toilet and the rest of the room. There is absolutely ZERO PRIVACY. The shower door does not shut completely, the toilet is built in a way that you can see (let alone hear) the person inside. The room absolutely does not suit a family with a teenager. After I complained, the receptionist was very understanding and offered to move us to another hotel. But eventually we settled for a simple shower curtain. Having a normal curtain from the beginning would have solved the issue. In the toilet there is absolutely no place to put down some toiletry products. For some bizarre reason the towel hangers are in the toilet

Non ho trovato alcun difetto in questa struttura, ottima stanza, grande spaziosa ben arredata. Ottima posizione, staff simpatico e cordiale. Pulizia precisa e continua. Tutto perfetto.

Trato 10/10 , limpio y bonito que da gusto estar, calidad/precio el mejor de Oporto. Además tienen cositas de bienvenida como Pastel de nata y se agradece mucho Escogeré Eurostar en el futuro muy probablemente en otras ciudades Bravo!!!

The hotel is a great option if you plan to stay for a couple of days. The location is the best! Right in the middle of everything! I also appreciated a 24/7 front desk, as I arrived very late and had no problem checking in. Breakfast is ok. It does not offer a big variety of food, but again it is more than enough if you're there for a short period.

The bathroom is basically open to the bedroom. It was ok for me, as I was staying alone. Otherwise, it's a huge lack of privacy. I had my windows facing a street, so it was rather noisy at times and there were lamps from the opposite window shining right into mine. I guess that's expected if you live in the center.

Camera buia con affaccio su un muro. Odore di stanti coperto da un pessimo deodorante per ambienti sia nella stanza che nelle parti comuni. Camera grande ma disposta malissimo, quindi scomoda.

O atendimento, o quarto e a facilidade de estar no centro historico fez diferença. O café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza do quarto!

A cama não era tão boa para o meu gosto. Poderiam ter deixado uma garrafa de água todas as diárias para fazer café ou chá, mas só tinham os chás e cafés eu tive que comprar as águas.

Molt tranquil, l'habitació familiar era àmplia, neta i molt còmode. Ubicació perfecte en el centre, ideal per anar a peu pràcticament a tots els llocs d'interès de la ciutat, en 10' caminant estàs al port d'on surten els vaixells del Duero! Ben comunicat a prop del metro, del tren i de bars i restaurants. Esmorzar molt bo i complet.

Res. Si més no és una llàstima que no tinguin un restaurant on poder sopar però com he dit per la zona n'hi ha molts i de molta varietat.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages—it is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to coming back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Locations was great, in between the shopping area and the Waterfront which worked well. All walking distance. Very spacious rooms, and very neat.

We had the 2 room unit, and the sofa sleeper was comfortable for a person over six feet tall! It was nice that the rooms were separated (by the bathroom) even though there were not doors to separate them. Very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very helpful and held our luggage in a locked room since we arrived in the morning.

La posizione fantastica, la colazione varia ed abbondante sia dolce che salata, la camera grande e spaziosa, ricca di tutti i comfort. Bagno molto bello.

Gli schiamazzi mattutini che si percepivano al mattino presto di un tale/mendicante per strada. Pur essendo al terzo piano con finestre chiuse, disturbava.

初日、カードキーで電源が入らず、部屋を交換することに。翌日は新しい部屋でドアが開かず。都度レセプションの方が迅速に対応してくれたが、改善の余地ありでは。

Très bon séjour. Hôtel très bien placé, calme, confortable et silencieux. Personnel souriant et serviable. L'emplacement permet de profiter de Porto à pied sans aucune restriction.

Excelente localização, equipe muito solícita e simpática, quarto muito confortável e muito amplo e o cafe da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso.

Senti falta de um gancho para pendurar a toalha de banho ao lado do local do do chuveiro, precisávamos deixar no chão para tomar banho. E o ar condicionado estava programado para aquecer e na primeira noite não resfriou, mas a partir da segunda noite foi resolvido.

Great location for the World Cup. Right by the big screen in the square. Not too far from anywhere really. Very comfortable room. Spacious bathroom. We were room 104. Didnt have breakfast as ther are so many options locally.

En esta segunda habilitación se oía mucho ruido, tuvimos problemas con la ducha, ( el agua caliente se pasaba a fría y luego se cortaba; el chorro muy poco). El colchón ya esta blando.

Sentralt hotell med svært rolig stemning. Stille rom selv om det var ut mot gate. God aircondition. Hyggelig frokostrom. Svært hyggelig betjening både i frokostsal, resepsjon og rengjøringspersonale. Fine rom og korridorer. Flott bad.

Location. Rooms were great! Comfortable.

Air conditioning doesn't reach the third floor. It was so hot which would have been accepted as a European thing but our friends on the 2nd floor said they were cold. We were so hot and up many times in the night. No fans when we called the front desk

Room was a good size, comfy bed and breakfast superb. Late check out of midday is also excellent. Staff very friendly

Only moan was the bathroom layout in room. No entrance door and showering and toileting in full view of your co room companion is a tad strange for my liking. Should be a main outer door for privacy unless you get a kick out of watching your partner having a poo!

Hotel was in an excellent location. Within 10 minute walking distance to main sites. Lots of dining locations in the area. Room was clean and modern.

Prefer coffee maker in room instead of electric kettle. No room service, and the breakfast area was not really prepared for take out. We were on 3rd floor facing a square. Had to keep room darkening blinds closed most of time so we were not seen from street or close nearby buildings. Could sometimes hear street noise, but somewhat expected given central location.

there is no door in the washrooms. No privacy at all. Do not stay in this hotel if you are with children or any collague. It is only suitable for individual travellers. I dont understand how can you design a room having a washroom right next to it without any proper door. Its ridiculous. The architect who designed this must a trainee.

La situación es immejorable. Hotel silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro. Muy limpio, cama muy cómoda, habitación estapaciosa, personal muy atento y buen desayuno. En fin, si volvemos a Porto, nos volveremos alojar aquí. Recomendable 100%
