Het bed is te zacht en omdat er naast het huis een nieuw huis is gebouwd was het buiten een rommeltje.

Mein Sohn (17 Jahre) und ich (65 Jahre) haben von Mitte Juli bis Mitte August mit einem 4,5 Tonnen Wohnmobil eine Südschwedentour vorgenommen. In Stockholm haben wir uns zum Übernachten für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden. Die Wohnung an sich ist mit hochwertigen Küchenmaschinen sowie Waschmaschine mit Trockner ausgestattet. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine Dachluke mit Treppe zu erreichen. Bedauerlicherweise wurde zum Zeitpunkt unserer Mietzeit ein weiteres Haus direkt neben dem Ferienhaus von den Eigentümern gebaut. Eine Nutzung der bildlich angezeigten Terrassen war somit abends leider nicht möglich. Die Freundlichkeit und das Improvisationstalent des Vermieterehepaares ist besonders herauszuheben und macht viele Unannehmlichkeiten wieder wett. Wir sind morgens mit einem Uber-Taxi nach Stockhol-Innenstadt (Museen sehr zentral) gefahren und haben ca. EUR 25,00 pro Fahrt dafür bezahlt. Stockholm ist wirklich einzigartig und leider auch sehr teuer. Eine Stockholm-Card lohnt sich definitiv nur für Gäste, die 15 bis 20 Attraktionen/Museen/wichtige Plätze pro Tag abarbeiten wollen und können. Wir haben uns auf das VASA-Museum, eine Hafenrundfahrt auf einem ausgemusterten schwedischen Patrouillenboot, das königliche Schloss mit Wachablösung und zwei weitere Highlights konzentriert. Sofern die Unterkunft im nächsten Jahr wieder vollständig nutzbar ist, werden wir diese definitiv wieder buchen, da wir im nächsten Jahr eine Südschweden und Südnorwegentour mit einem Wohnmobil planen. Für die Vermieter und dem Vater wünschen wir bis zu unserer erneuten Anreise Gesundheit, Lebensmut und Lebensfreude sowie beruflichen Erfolg und privates Glück. Nochmals vielen Dank für Alles.

Logement exceptionnel pour immersion dans l’ambiance familiale suédoise. Calme et proximité du centre ville de Stockholm accessible facilement en train. Accueil chaleureux, simplicité et disponibilité des hôtes.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement grand, calme et fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. Il est très facile de rejoindre Stockholm depuis la gare toute proche.

Excellent detached house with a wide garden. Lovely landlord family. They also live in another house within the same premises. Thus, always in touch and ready to help in anything.

We had a wonderful experience here! The apartment is very spacious, clean, and features a super comfortable bed where we got great sleep. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the washer/dryer was highly appreciated. ​Location-wise, it’s in a peaceful area with easy parking, making it a perfect strategic base for exploring Stockholm, Uppsala, Sigtuna, and Drottningholm Palace via public transport.

Good shower, washing machine/dryer. Reasonably equipped, a sharp bread knife would have been useful.

Outside areas were a mess. Driveway a mess. Steps up to apartment not listed on property description. With heavy cases this was really not ideal. A fitted proper cover on the ironing board would be good.

Has everything for daily life, big plus was the washing machine and dryer if you around longer like me. Bath suits every needs, couch and tv if you want to rest and a comfy bed to get refreshed for some new adventures. Kitchen with everything you need.

A bit dust here and there, overall a little bit room for improvement of cleanliness at least this time. No blinders almost everywhere, at least in the bedroom I was able to "install" the only blinder in the apartment, as it is crucial in summer time. But overall a pleasant and lugnt stay!

Modern, hell und schön. Tolle Veranda mit Sitzplatz und viel grün. Grillmöglichkeit bei schönem Wetter perfekt. Sehr nette Gastfamilie. Erfüllen jede Anfrage 🥰

Für 4 Erwachsene Reisende eher nicht zu empfehlen. Wenig Stauraum für Gepäck im Dachstuhl-Zimmer und wenig Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ohne Auto ist das Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln eher mühsam (20 min Gehstrecke). Ansonsten io um mit ÖV unterwegs zu sein.

Die Lage der Wohnung war schön und es war sehr ruhig.

Die Umgebung der Wohnung war ziemlich unordentlich, es lag jede Menge Müll neben der Terrasse, die Polster der Sitzecke im Freien waren total schmutzig, man konnte das Kinderzimmer nicht abdunkeln, die Anzahl der Hand- und Spültücher war sehr übersichtlich, die Decke und die Kissenbezüge auf dem Sofa waren schmutzig, es roch unangenehm im Schlafzimmer, der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber, die Küchenfronten waren schmutzig, die Leiter, über die man das "Kinderzimmer" mit 1,30m Deckenhöhe erreichen konnte war so wackelig, dass sie immer wieder weg geklappt ist, überall auf der Terrasse war Unkraut, es war einfach rundum ungepflegt.

Saubere und gemütliche Wohnung, ruhige Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, sodass man einfach und recht schnell in die Stadtmitte gelangt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 30 Minuten nach Stockholm, Bahn fährt alle 10 Minuten. Und das Apartment hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle, so viele extra Decken zum einkuscheln. Und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und diskret.

Es gibt zwei Apartments im Haus. Unten konnten wir Tritte und Husten sehr gut hören. Auf die Couch passen nur zwei Leute. Ist aber ein Luxusproblem

helle freundliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, große Terasse, sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren hat, ruhige und grüne Umgebung, schöner See in Laufnähe, gute Anbindung durch Pendelzug nach Stockholm, zum Flughafen und nach Uppsale

L'esterno dell' abitazione è un cantiere, anche le eventuali comodità quali spazi relax o barbecue sono in totale abbandono.

De host was ongelooflijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en attent. Zijn vrouw (neem ik aan) had er een knusse verblijfplaats van gemaakt. Alles was aanwezig, wasmachine, droger, heerlijk douche.

We really loved the cottage – it felt just like home and had everything we needed. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. Even though we arrived quite late, around 11 PM, he went out of his way to help us by ordering food and even picking it up himself. We were truly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!🥰🥰🥰

The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes by car from Stockholm. The area is very good and there is no disturbing noise around the house. There are many places nearby to eat and have coffee, as well as large supermarkets. The garden is very enjoyable and well-designed. The hosts are very kind, attentive, and friendly. They were also very helpful in providing information about the area.

Das Haus war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und zentral, in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Bahnhof und von dort 20 Minuten bis Stockholm City. Serkan ist ein ganz netter Mensch, er hat immer gefragt, ob alles ok ist. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Er bietet auch die Möglichkeit an, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis, am Flughafen abgeholt zu werden. Wir werden nochmal buchen, wenn wir in Stockholm sind.

It does not a problem of apartment itself but rather another guests who stay 2nd fl. which make quite loud noise when they step on the fl. Else, everything is lovely.

WIFI fungerade ej första dygnet, otydliga städinstruktioner, saknade läslampor, trasig rullgardin, Netflix ej installerat på smartTV. Duschtvål tog slut och skulle fyllts på men skedde aldrig.

Supernetter Vermieter der bei jedem Anliegen sofort freundlich weiterhilft. Durch den Pendelzug ist man in 45 Minuten in Stockholm und kann das Auto hier gratis und gut stehen lassen. Zum joggen ist man in 5 Minuten an einem See Gut ausgestatte Küche und viel Platz

Kucica je predivna, unajmili smo oba dva apartmana za cijelu obitelj...i apartmani su vrlo lijepi. Sama četvrt i susjedstvo je vrlo mirno i u blizini je jezero i predivna priroda. Do jezera ima samo 5min hoda a šetnica kroz šumu je duga

Mala zamjerka vlasnicima je jedino ta što ispred kucice imaju neke automobile i poprilicno dosta starih stvari koje definitivno treba maknuti jer unagrduju kucicu i vrt..i baš šteta upravo zato jer je kuća predivna i te dvije terase...na kojoj se čovjek može opustiti. Inače je kvart vrlo miran i ugodan za boravak..blizina vlaka i shoping centra

Kuća je prekrasna i smještena u mirnom okruženju u blizini jezera i šetnice uz jezero i na pola puta prema Stockholmu kada putujete vlakom od aerodroma Arlanda. Važno je napomenuti da kada silazite sa vlaka morate izaći na stanici Haggvik i od te je stanice kuća udaljena 5 min hoda. Povezanost sa Stockholmom je savršena, kakvih 15 minuta mirne vožnje vlakom. Domaćin je bio vrlo susretljiv i ljubazan.

S obzirom da je sve prekrasno i kuća i okruženje u kojem je smještena, svakako bi vlasnici trebali više pažnje posvetiti urednosti djela dvorišta gdje su roštilj i sjedeća garnitura.

De accommodatie was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was prima aan te lopen vanaf het station. Binnen 20 min ben je in het centrum van Stockholm.

Tip voor in de badkamer: haakjes aan de muur voor handdoeken. Deze waren er niet, dus er was geen mogelijkheid om je handdoek te laten drogen. In de keuken stonden veel (gebruikte) spullen van de eigenaar. Daarnaast oogde de tuin rommelig door een aantal geparkeerde auto's die niet meer werden gebruikt. Zou leuk opgeknapt kunnen worden, zodat gasten een mooi entree hebben.

Schöne, saubere und geräumige Wohnung. Gut Ausgestattet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ruhige Gegend. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

För att komma upp till sängen på loftet var det en mycket brant stege På loftet var det bara kryphöjd. Som pensionär var det helt omöjligt att ta sig upp säkert så jag valde att sova i soffan. Sängen i sovrummet nere var dock väldigt bra

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Mit der Bahn konnten wir schnell nach Stockholm fahren, aktuell dauerte es wg. Sperrung der Haltestelle Häggvik etwas länger. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben hervorragend funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief einwandfrei

Höchstens Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt hat es uns einfach richtig gut gefallen

A little longer walk from the train station than expected based on other reviews. Not a problem for me, but might be a challenge if you have larger bags.

I don't even know where to start. This amazing place could not have been nicer. The great big green yard, the terrace, the many barbecues...It's one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed in. The truly lovely house seems to be from a story, and the simple fact that it's in such a green natural environment, makes it all the better. The house is equipped with anything you would need, from cooking to cleaning and more...We even had a friendly family of deer visiting us from time to time. 10 out of 10. Would stay there 100% if ever back in the area. Thank you Serkan for having us! Amazing :)

The location is great, quiet and close to the forests and lakes and the train station. The supermarkets are at about 25 minutes walk. The location has all the facilities needed.

Super quiet neighbourhood, a short walk (9 mins) from the train station, with regular trains into Stockholm centre. Warm, welcoming, well-equipped property and cleanly throughout. Lovely 3-night stay.

Hello, It was our first time in Sweden, and this place truly made us feel at home. The house had everything we could possibly need, and it was spotless. Its convenient location near the airport, Stockholm city center, and Uppsala made it easy to explore multiple destinations while staying in one place. It was a very comfortable experience for us. We were also lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights, which made our stay even more special. Additionally, the host was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Thank you!

This one was an amazing experience! The location is nice and quiet, near a lake, 5 mins to Häggvik train station on foot (It's 25 mins to Stockholm Central Station with train no. 40 or 41 - very convenient, leaves every 15 mins or so). The apartment itself is spacious, warm, newly furnished, with whole kitchen and everything you need, comfy bed and large bathroom (with towels and toiletries), even for taller people. The hosts quickly responded any of our questions and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed.

As we value our privacy, we considered the fact that there are no blinds or curtains on kitchen and one of the living room window a shortcoming. It seems like a common thing in Stockholm though.

Everything was perfect, the house is very well equipped, we lacked nothing, the host is very kind and attentive, there is a train station not very far away and supermarkets for shopping, wonderful stay to repeat without hesitation ...I recommend to everyone

Everything was so cousy and perfect. The town is so beautiful and you are so close to the lake to run, walk or just to enjoy the views. It’s just 20’ from stockholm center. The guy was really nice and he helped us on everything

although the apartment was clean, we had spiders that don't know where they came from. The toilet bowl moves (must be fixed). and more towel rails

Everything in the house is great, basically your flat is located in the ground floor and the owner is living in the first floor, that is very good just in case you need any help, but your flat in the ground floor is totally independent from the rest of the house, you have your own bathroom, bedroom, living room, also an outside private grass garden with a sofa. In the living room you have a sofa bed that is enough for an adult person, I am 6’1 , 185 cm high and was good for me. You have a flat smart Samsung TV in your own living room, that allows you to set up your account of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc and enjoy your movies in your language… There is a beautiful lake very close to the home, like 8 min walking, the lake views are amazing, and adorable ducks Very very good accommodation.

The house was a perfect decision for our 3 days visit to Sveden. Outside of the city, beautiful and calm neighbourhood. The commuter train is just a few minutes away, ideal for daily visits to Stockholm. The flat was very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely garden, with apple trees. I would choose it anytime for longer stays as well:).

Location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the train station. The owner and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. The apartment had all the necessary essentials and were clean. The internal court was beautiful and specious.

Central location, easy check in, easy parking

Unclean state of apartment (dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty kitchen, makes you wonder about the state of the bed sheets)... Made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The space was also quite dark

- close to city center (18min by SL trains) - very kind and helpful host - equipped household - wild deers in the garden (saw them once, which was a touch of nature) - value for money

Nice apartment with all you need. Clear and fair communication with the owner.

We were bit cold in ground apartment in March (-5 degrees Celsius outside). We didn't ask for additional heating since we were there only for one night, but owner can provide you with solution if you ask. Slippers can be useful as well (we didn't bring them with us). The cleaning was also not 100% perfect (the fridge was dirty with rest of foods) but nothing which would stop me to book the apartment again.

The communication with the host was always quick and polite.

I would have liked something to darken the bedroom. The sunlight woke me up early.
