L'absence de précisions claires pour la gestion des déchets ménagers. Impossible de se rendre à la déchetterie si pas de véhicule loué sur place pour y déposer les déchets (plastique, métal, papier) Proposition de laisser les déchets triés par nos soins dans la maison la veille du départ. Surprise une taxe de 30€ est réclamée le jour du départ (aucune mention de cette dernière n'ayant été faite auparavant)

Duże, przestronne mieszkanie 2-poziomowe. Wygodne łóżka, wszystko, czego trzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt w dużym mieście. Metro w odległości ok.20 minut spacerem lub kilka minut samochodem, gdzie można wygodnie zaparkować w galerii.

Jedyny mankament to brak klimatyzacji, co pewnie nie przeszkadza przez większą część roku w szwedzkim klimacie, jednak my byliśmy w sierpniu i było gorąco. Poza tym dość głośno pracująca rekuperacja.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig- bequemes Sofa und große gemütliche Betten, schöne große Badezimmer und eigener Parkplatz. Toller großer TV mit allen möglichem Anschlüssen. Super Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Die Geräten in der Küche funktionieren einwandfrei.

Das Belüftungssystem ist für uns unangenehm laut gewesen und die Fenster an den Balkonen lassen sich leider nicht öffnen, das war für uns sehr störend. Die Wohnung war sehr warm. Die Wohnung sieht super aus, es wirkt aber dennoch etwas luxuriöser als es am Ende dann wirklich ist. Der Wohnung fehlt etwas Liebe und persönlicher Touch. Hier und da wackelt einiges und es könnte insgesamt, auch in der Küche, etwas geordneter zugehen. Auch ein paar Haken im Bad fehlen. Die eigene Müllentsorgung liegt nicht weit entfernt aber für den Preis der Unterkunft wünschten wir uns dennoch, es nicht selbst erledigen zu müssen. Sofia war sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen, sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben für Stockholm- vielen Dank!

Lovely house. Lots of space. Great cleaning. Very comfortable.

Some minor house repairs required. Loose door handles and curtain rails. Property was very hot so more cooling devices might have been helpful

Tolle Aussicht, (theoretisch) ruhige Lage, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz, toller Schnitt der Wohnung

Die „Lüftung“ ist eine Katastrophe! Sehr laut und lässt sich nicht ausschalten (als Tipp im Schlafzimmer wurden Ohrstöpsel empfohlen….). Es gibt weder eine vernünftig einstellbare Heizung, noch eine Kühlung (und das 2025…) und da sich viele Fenster nicht richtig öffnen lassen, wird es auch im Herbst sehr schnell warm. Obwohl die Unterkunft fast neu ist, funktioniert Einiges schon nicht mehr richtig: Manche Fenster schließen nicht richtig (es ist laut und zieht), einige Lichtschalter funktionieren nicht mehr richtig, die Funiere in der Küche blättern teilweise ab oder sind lose.

Big spacious house in two levels with car parking right outside the front door. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms all upstair and good wifi coverage.

We are now able to locate a temperature control. It is very hot so we had to leave the windows open to get the temperatur down. We are unable to turn the light on in the master bedroom. The lights switch was damaged. We wrote the contact on the first day, but have still not had a reply back. We sayed for 9 days. The front door was VERY hard to open, having to pull the door handle up and down 2-10 timers before the door maybe opened. Sometimes we had to wait for the lock to reset before trying again - having to stand outside for 15 min in the cold. At first we thought that we had entered the wrong code - but no, just at mechanism/door that needs service (the door is installed incorrect). We called the contact number, but they just said that it worked, and did not come to check.

Property is very nice especially the kitchen and living room.

There was no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows wide open to cool off the house. It was also about a mile away from the metro and supermarket. If you are not willing to walk about a mile each way, you will need a car.

We were welcomed with a ‘Welcome Home’ note from Sofie and some snacks. The house was beautiful, very spacious and modern. We liked the open concept and the location. Many huge windows looking out into the trees gave us the feeling that we were staying in a lakeside cabin. We were in for the Taylor Swift concert and the Friends Arena was a 12 minute drive away. My kids thought it was ‘lukus’ and did not want to leave. 😊

Big and warm house, very big TV, great internet, everything is so simple

The property was very clean with good appliances and utilities.

Parking was shared with lower level tenant which caused some issues. You definitely need a car to go to Stockholm or even the local train.

The property was clean modern beautiful with lots of space. The space was clean and tidy upon arrival. The host left clear instructions on check in and check out.

Some sliders for around the house to wear would've been lovely as the floors are wooden.
