Reviewed Aug 23, 2026This is definitely one of the best homestays we have stayed in so far! The entire experience was smooth and hassle-free from check-in to check-out. What we really appreciated was that the host did not require any additional deposit before check-in. We simply made our payment through Booking.com, and everything else was straightforward. The self check-in process was very smooth, with clear and detailed instructions provided by the host. The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable. The air-conditioning units and water heaters appeared to be new and were all functioning perfectly. The swimming pool was also very nice and enjoyable. Parking was conveniently located near the lift, which made it easy for us to carry our belongings. Most importantly, the host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Check-out was just as smooth as the check-in process. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended! A+++

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025The decoration was very cute and unique, it’s also very clean and put-together, indicating that the owner truly cares about their guests! The kitchen is equipped with utensils, pots and pans, allowing the guests to cook whenever they feel like it, it truly felt like a home away from home! The bathrooms are clean, and the TV works, with access to Netflix and other medias. There’s extra pillows provided as well, so for people who need to have more than two pillows as I sleep, that’s a win! What we enjoyed the most is the little store placed by the owner, where we’re able to buy snacks and drinks from, it was a nice touch and we find ourselves using it whenever we’re feeling peckish!
My only complaint was that for the aircon in the living room, it kept turning off on its own after a few minutes, thus making the living room kind of humid. The aircon from the bedrooms are working fine though! Hopefully this issue would be resolved!

1. The instructions to get to the access of the house is kinda complicated especially for those who are not used to it. We have been circling around many times following the google map. 2. The garbage that we have to deal with. Not a big issue though. Its good to keep it clean for the next users.

Kindly troubleshoot the air conditioning units in all rooms. After operating for approximately two hours, the units begin to lose cooling efficiency. A restart is required to restore proper cooling performance.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2024Very thoughtful host. Always reminding me with proper guidelines, information & rules to follow to ensure my stay are both comfortable & sound. IMHO, best value for money especially for those who have work/business meetings around Putrajaya area. Strategic location, surrounded by convenient shops, clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, & of course fairly nearby the huge IOI City Mall. Transportation is quite decent too as you can easily travel from both KLIA terminalw via KLIA Transit to Putrajaya Sentral, & then proceed to take either Grab Car or taxi to the apartment, all in all less than half an hour. Not to mention adequate facilities around the premises; spacious gym with well maintained equipment, swimming pool, etc. Definitely would come here again whether as solo, or with family members & friends. Highly recommended.
