Reviewed Jan 11, 2026Cozy house. Felt like home. Overall, nice staff and friendly, easy to deal with. Recommended to stay as really convenient to go to ioi or hospital or nearest university ❤️
Water heater not really that functioning. Others are good. It would be great if there is water cooler.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025The host was very accommodative. Allowed for early check in and late check out. Location is near ioi mall, pretty convenient to go anywhere from here.
Single room didn't have air conditioning, couldn't sleep at night due to the heat. At this price point, didn't make sense to not have ac anywhere in the property. Chairs and dining table are filmsy, to the point of being hazardous. Tbh if the host wasn't nice, I'd rate it as 2 or 3 over 10.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024Very convenient and comfortable for families. Good location! Was pleasantly surprised with the pool facilities - big, clean, calm, easy to access.
Just need to improve on adding more mirrors, cloth wall hooks, and storage space for toiletries in toilet. Adding another access card if possible, hard for multiple family members to go in and out separately.
