Mieszkanie zlokalizowane jest w bardzo dobrej okolicy. Blisko centrum, przystanków autobusowych, stoku narciarskiego. 15 minut od lotniska i 10 min od Wioski Świętego Mikołaja. Właściciel mieszkania bardzo uprzejmy, wszystko wytłumaczył, oprowadził nas po mieszkaniu.

The key for the main door doesn’t work properly

Photos are accurate to how the apartment looks in real life. We were a family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us. The apartment was well equipped and the host very helpful. Location is perfect if you want to be walking distance to everything in Rovaniemi city centre. SCV, airport etc only a 10-15 min taxi journey.

La amabilidad de Teemu fue de 10, se ofreció a recogernos en el aeropuerto e incluso nos llevo de vuelta por 40€ el trayecto, cosa que agradecimos con el frío que hacía. Nos guardó las maletas el último día, lo cual nos facilitó mucho la logística a la hora de volver al aeropuerto. El piso es acogedor y amplio, aunque estaba preparado para 6 personas y nosotros solo éramos 3, creo que para 4 esta genial. LA cocina estaba bien equipada, con productos básicos de alimentación (azúcar, sal, café, papel aluminio...) aunque deduzco que son cosas que se han ido dejando los huéspedes anteriores, al igual que hicimos nosotros. La ubicación es buena, tardábamos 10 min andando al centro y teníamos un super debajo. Temmu nos recomendó muchas cosas, por ejemplo con quien hacer algunas actividades, donde ir a comer... todo ello fue de agradecer.

Podrían tener un poco mas alta la calefacción.

Walking distance to town. The apartment had everything we needed. for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent. He was so helpful.

The pull out bed in the sitting room was tiny. It worked for us as we had 2 young children but not suitable for anyone else.

Просто ідеальна квартира. Чисто, все необхідне в квартирі - від посуду до посудомийки та робота-пилососа. Також затишні дрібнички для атмосфери - затишні лампи, декоративні подушки, свічки тощо. Знаходиться в центрі, близько до всього. Також дуже привітний персонал. Підказували нам інформацію протягом всього перебуввння.

Obiekt położony w świetnej lokalizacji. W samym centrum miasta: blisko popularnych restauracji czy połączeń komunikacyjnych. Na parterze w budynku obok jest market, a do centrum handlowego max 10 minut piechotą. Obok sporo dużych placów zabaw dla dzieci. Obiekt duży, czysty i świetnie wyposażony. W 6 osób bez problemu się pomieściliśmy (3 dorosłych i 3 dzieci). Świetny kontakt z właścicielem - bardzo pomocny i nie było problemów z późnym check outem. W mieszkaniu jest w zasadzie wszystko. Duża lodówka, zamrażalka, TV, odkurzacz, termos, ekspres do kawy, czajniki, garnki, mikrofala, ręczniki.

Foi das melhores estadias de sempre! O anfitrião era muito simpático e muito prestável, veio-nos receber assim que chegámos. A casa era bastante espaçosa, com todos os utensílios necessários, com um sistema de aquecimento muito bom. Muito limpa e muito arrumada, éramos 5 pessoas e tivemos uma estadia estupenda. Se algum dia voltar a Rovaniemi, certamente ficarei aqui hospedada!

Apartment is spacious and clean. It’s in the 7th floor and there is a lift available.

The apartment was excellent! It was super clean, organized, in a great location and very nice! I honestly was very pleased with this apartment and would definitely recommend it!

Beautifully presented. Plenty of storage space in every room -even bathroom & kitchen. Super comfy bed & warm bedding. Couldn’t be better located! Everything is an easy 5/10 min walk. I’d say it’s Amazing for 2, Perfect for 4, but a squeeze for 6 (as 2 would be in the lounge & you have to walk through there to access the bathroom & kitchen).

It's very convenient as there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The apartment is in a convenient location minutes from the center of Rovaniemi and all restaurants, tour operators etc. It has a spacious and fully functional kitchen and a good tv. The host was kind and helped us by carrying our luggage from the train station since we were moving with kids and luggage under the snow. There were plenty of towels which was appreciated.

The property is advertised as sleeping 6. This is not correct as the bed in the second bedroom is very small and barely sleeps 2, and the other bed available is a leg of the couch suitable only for a small child. It sleeps maximum 3 adults and 2 small children, and the beds are not particularly comfortable. The house is decently, but not perfectly, clean and some tools need to be replaced. Although it was peak season and everything tends to be fully booked, considering that it is a private apartment which doesn’t have the benefits of a hotel it was way overpriced (for 5 nights, we paid the same as a 4/5 star hotel).
