The owner is quite straightforward, but I felt that the homestay was a little stingy when it came to basic amenities. There was no coffee, tea, or sugar provided for guests. Although a washing machine was available, guests had to set everything up themselves. We had to look for the extension wire, find a suitable socket, and figure out where to wash and hang the clothes. There was also no dining table, which made it a little inconvenient for families. The TV was also limited to basic channels, so there were not many entertainment options available. Overall, the stay was okay, but it would be better if the owner could provide some basic amenities and make the facilities more convenient and user-friendly for guests. A few small improvements would make the stay much more comfortable, especially for families.

The bed frame and structure appear to be unstable, which made us concerned for safety. As a precaution, we removed the mattress and placed it on the floor to sleep more comfortably.

Reviewed Sep 19, 20253 bilik tidur, 2 bilik air, parking muat 2 kereta, autogate. Murah, berbaloi, selesa, bersih, kelengkapan dapur lengkap dengan peti ais, periuk nasi, air fryer, electric cooker, penapis air, cerek air elektrik. Ada mesin basuh, dan tempat jemur pakaian. Ada ruang besar untuk solat berjemaah, ada gazebo luar rumah untuk nikmati pemandangan sawah, host baik, check out pagi, petang dah dapat balik deposit. Selain ada tuala, selipar beberapa pasang pun disediakan untuk beriadah di luar rumah.
Tak ada hot shower, tapi saya ok je. Hehe

One room doesn't have aircond, and the aircond at the master bedroom and living room not able to make the area cold enough especially during this heat season. Maybe need to be services. No water heater as well haha need to boil water for my baby bath.
