Very good location. There are some shops and restaurants which are open at the weekend. The staff answered quickly and ready to help.

Not very clean. Dust. Prefer to have 2 towels each. Lack of some glasses in the room.

הניקיון . זו פעם שניה שלנו במקום והפעם היה פחות נקי . אסלת השירותים מלוכלכת בתחתיתה לכלוך קבוע , במקלחת עובש, אחד החלונות היה ממש מלוכלך שלא פתחתנו את הוילון

הגענו למקום רק ללינת לילה וזה היה בסדר גמור בשבילנו . החדר היה מרווח נוח ונקי . יש מקרר קטן בחדר ואפילו שוקולדים חיכו לנו . ישנה פינת קפה מרכזית עם מים חמים קפה וחלב . מתן -איש הקשר -היה זמין במיידי ונתן מענה לשאלות שלנו . התמורה היתה טובה ביחס למחיר ששולם.

כפי שניכתב הבניין והסביבה אינה מתוחזקת .

L''appartement et la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être rénové. C'est franchement pas très beau et ça ne donne pas envie d'y rester longtemps. Très bruyant la nuit.

מיקום מרכזי , קרוב להכל. הגעתי להופעה בבריכת הסולטאן וזה היה סופר נוח וקרוב, גם עיר העתיקה, שוק מחנה יהודה הכל. חדר די גדול, מאובזר. מרפסת וחלונות.גדולים, אין תריסים אבל יש וילון. מצעים ומגבות נקיות עם ריח טוב של כביסה. קיבלתי הנחיות ברורות עם קוד כניסה וכל המידע שהייתי צריכה. יש מטבחון משותף שזה מאוד נוח, למלא מים, יש קפה תה,מקרר עם חלב. יש ארומה ומאפיה ממש מתחת לבית.

הבניין עצמו ישן, וחדר מדרגות לא סימפטי במיוחד. מעלית מאוד קטנה וקלאוסטרופובית, יש לקחת בחשבון שגם אם משתמשים במעלית יש מדרגות שצריך לעלות בהם בכל מקרה. פחות נוח עם מזוודה או עגלה. בדירה עצמה רמת נקיון כללי הייתה ירודה לטעמי. רואים שמכבסים את המצעים ואת המגבות. אבל רצפות, יש שיערות ולכלוך בפינות, חלונות לא נקיים כריות נוי על הספה וגם הוילון דורשים רענון.

ביחס למחיר התמורה הייתה מצויינת

Location is perfect, communication was good and clear. The only problem that the air-condition was very noisy and street is very noisy, so it was very difficult to sleep.

Al llegar el edificio no da una buena imagen, tampoco el ascensor. Pero solo es eso. El resto esta buenísimo. La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa, al igual que el baño. Tienen un carrito de recepción con cafe y se pueden dejar allí las cosas si llegas fuera de horario, nadie toca nada. La ubicación, extraordinaria! Es una zona muy tranquila a la noche, pero caminas una cuadra y está en el corazón de la movida nocturna. De día, el shuk está a pocas cuadras caminando y también podes ir a la ciudad vieja y el muro a pie. Si no querés caminar, hay transportes muy cerca para todos lados. En suma, por un precio accesible estás en un lugar ideal, si no te dejas amedrentar al llegar por el aspecto del edificio.

הכניסה לבניין לא מזמינה ובנוסף כל הלילה היה רעש משאיות כמו בתחנת רכבת, בנוסף רעש של דפיקות בברזל, צפצופי מכוניות. תריסי הגלילה לא מחוברים. אם אפשר היה לסגור את התריסים אז אולי רמת הרעש הייתה קטנה

Really nice place to stay and totally it‘s money worth. I liked especially the view from the balcony.

Perfect location, very good value for money! The hotel is not completely new, but the room was clean enough and in good condition. Small balcony with this view was just super-cute! My room had a bathroom across the corridor and it was ok. And what I’d like to note - it looks like on the pictures you see exactly the room you are going to book, it’s very wise and honest :)

בניין דל ומיושן חדרים ומקלחת מיושנים

המיקום נדיר מאוד קרוב להכל!! החדרים נקיים יש מים חמים ואפילו מרפסות קטנות. ביחד למחיר ללא ספק תמורה ! אל תצפו למשהו מטורף הכניסה קצת מפחידה בהתחלה אבל החששות עוברות מהר מאוד.

המקום עד שעה 23 יחסית רועש אז לקחת בחשבון. הכניסה עצמה לא מזמינה אבל המחיר כשנכנסים לחדר ללא ספק שווה את המחיר . מי שבא נטו לשים תראש לכמה שעות שווה ביותר. גם יש עמדת קפה במטבחון המשותף.

החדר שינה היה נפרד מחדר הרחצה ובחדר רחצה היה רק דוש מלמעלה וגם לא היה אפשר לשים במטבח פלטה לשבת

What a find! Beautiful large room and a balcony - lovely towels and bed and linen - super clean - lovely location close to shops and cafes etc and great communication. Plus filtered water and coffee and tea in kitchen which was a lovely touch. Best value.

El problema fue Booking que no cumplió con las condiciones de reserva. Tengo un reclamo en proceso. B12Inn es bueno, confiable, con excelente respuesta. Booking falló y lo peor, no responde a los reclamos

Great location, right in the center, close to the light train, walled city, and many attractions. Easy check in/out. Good communication with the owner. Room a bit small, but very clean, with comfortable bed, good shower, A/C and Wi-Fi. Good value too

טלוויזיה בחדר , איטום חלונות מרעשי רחוב, נישמעים ממש חזק בתוך החדר.

המלון פשוט, אבל עונה על המטרה של לספק מקום נעים ונקי למטייל יחיד.

מבאס קצת שהאמבטיה בנפרד מהחדר. זה מסורבל. המתקנים גם קצת ישנים.

I just loved B12 Inn and the staff. I would and will definitely book here again. Abed and Matan were wonderful, responsive, and diligent. The location is amazing, the rooms are spacious, and they are clean - which is very important for me as a traveler. So is safety - and I always felt safe here. The coffee/tea/water provision was great to have and the balcony was an added bonus. Price was very reasonable given all I listed above. Book and enjoy your stay!😁

הבניין ישן מאוד, זאת דירה מחולקת אז שומעים הכל. החדר היה מלוכלך, אפילו לא טרחו למלא את הסבונים או להעביר מטלית על המסילות שיראה נקי.

I didn't have a good experience at the B 12 Inn and will not be returning, even though I need a hotel room once a week in Jerusalem.

Many things, but I'll just mention that I think it's very important to make sure the windows can lock.

מיקום מצויין ממש. חדר נוח ונעים יש בו כל מה שצריך. שמים לב שאכפת למארחים מהאנשים, אפילו השאירו שוקולדים.. יש מרפסת וספה והתמורה למחיר ממש יפה.

חדר פשוט, בהתאם למחיר. סידרו לנו את 2 המיטות לפי בקשתנו. המיקום מעולה וקל מאוד להגיע. יש חדר של מטבחון עם אמצעים להכין קפה או למלא מיים.

the shower was wonderful. hot water and high water pressure.

the room smelled of old cigaretts. the towels had an unpleasent odor. the noise at night from the street was horrible. soundproof windows is a must!! check in time from 16:00.

Excellent location, 5 min from Center of Town and 6 min from light train. Very clean and comfortable. There’s also a small kitchen with drinking water, free coffee and milk. I Needed a bed for one night so got the “budget room”, that had a view to the inner yard, owner called to notify me (I didn’t mind), so thanks for the heads up. Very nice accommodation

Nothing special. The only thing I thought needed was a hand shower head (the shower is equipped with a fixed shower head) but other than that, no complaints.

It was a great stey. The hotel located in GREAT location. we got lucky and foung parking next to the hotel! We got a great room with a lot of space. A bottle of wine waited for us on the table

Spotlessly clean, quiet, good mattress and pillows, everything worked, nice location. Fridge in room was nice touch - also comfortable cushioned chairs. Free tea and coffee and sugar (and milk) and filtered water. Place to store things after checkout/before check-in. Good communications. Didn't charge VAT up front for tourists so was 17% cheaper than original quote. Not everyone dis-includes VAT so it's a big plus.

Was sold out so couldn't extend stay. If you want a pretty view you might not get it (I had just light shaft which was OK).

The property is clean and also quiet.

The toilet bowl when flushed with water not working properly.
