Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Location is good especially if you have your own car. But walking to reach putside is good too. Its not far. I super like the house because its a home very light when you go inside you will not feel heaviness on it. Very clean even the bathrooms. And most of all very quite. You will be relax if you want to stay home. Cook meals and watch movies. Owner is responsive. Kuya caloy the best hes so kind and very helpfull. He waited me even in the middle of the night. Thank you so much my family is very happy with the place, with the home. With everything

I didn’t like the road going to the property. The road was never fixed just like reviews I previously read. Rough road and a little bit dangerous on your car tires. Specially to sedan cars.

I don’t like the smell of the kitchen, it’s stinks a little. Also, we found cockroach in the upper bathroom.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2023The unit is spacious, good for a family trip of 8 + 3 dogs. It's is also clean and well maintained. Staffs are quick to respond from checking in and any issues they are called on while staying at the unit.
There are few points to mention 1. Kitchen lacks utensils to use 2. Internet only works upstairs, living room downstairs barely get a signal 3. The water heater is 50/50, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. 4. The nearest attraction from this place is 30 mins, Camp John Hay. It is advisable to bring vehicle, not good if you only use public transportation 5. Should specify the charge per pet in the booking description.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2023Complete kitchenwares and cooking equipment. Towels and beddings are provided too. However, you would need to bring your own toiletries.
The unfinished road is kind of a challenge especially on rainy days. However, since it’s in the Cordillera Region, expect steep roads along the way. Apart from that, the wifi could hardly reach the living room as the modem is located in the second floor. Not to worry since they have working spaces in two of the rooms.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2023House is clean and comfy. There is a terrace with overlooking view of Loakan Airport. Hot water is available. It has everything you need for cooking. It was a great stay overall. Definitely will book this again for family vacation.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2022This is located in a nice quiet neighborhood away from downtown. I much preferred the location versus a hotel we stayed at downtown. It also has a nice view of the valley from the back balcony. It’s only 15-20 mins away from attractions.
Restaurants or even road side eateries are not within walking distance so make sure you grab food before heading there. A small part of the road to get there is dirt/rock which is a little jarring on vehicles.

All kitchen amenities are complete. Beds are super comfy. There are two bathrooms at the 1st and 2nd floor making it easier to prepare. Like the terraces too!

Reviewed Dec 25, 2022The place is very nice and spacious, especially the rooms as well as the living area. The balcony also has a very nice view. They have an enclosed parking space that can fit a big van. Caloy is also very accommodating and nice.
The location is quite far from the city center and there is about 200 meters of unpaved and very rough and steep road so experienced drivers are needed, and even then, the driver must still be very careful. There was also an unpleasant smell in the corridor and by the door in one of the big rooms (maybe due to stale trashcan).

Reviewed Sep 5, 2022We only stayed for 1 night and the place is very quiet, not too far from city. We had 2 cars and they gave us another parking soace as only 1 can fit in the garage. they caretaker is very helpful. You only need to being toiletries for shower and everything else is already there.
