Pas d'aspirateur (si ?) Sûrement classique en Asie : UN seul couteau plutôt petit pour tout couper, pas de planche, une poêle et une casserole trop utilisées et mal entretenues (j'ai même retiré un peu de gras et de noir au premier lavage). Pas de liquide lave linge ou de savon (encore qu un gros pot de gel douche), ou encore pas de liquide lave main au lavabo de la cuisine... Sorte de support pour mettre les objets de cuisine lavé mais qui était sale, je ne l'ai pas utilisé... J'ai trouvé un moyen en mettant un des essuies pliés en carré pour qu'il absorbe l'eau à côté du lavabo en mettant les équipements dessus. Il y avait je crois 3 bouteilles pour laver les ustensiles de cuisine 😂 (alors qu'avec une bouteille en cuisinant trois fois par jour, on a bon pour 1 mois) mais pas de bouteille d'huile, pas de thé, de café, de sucre, pas de sel, pas de poivre, pas de sauce soja... Et j'ai posé des questions sur le fonctionnement de certaines choses et j'ai aussi demandé si des choses étaient disponibles et que je ne le voyais pas. Juste pour savoir ^^ Histoire de pas chercher comme un con pendant des heures alors qu'il suffit de demander pour savoir où tout se trouve ^^ comme réponse j'ai eu "oh mais on n'est pas dans un hôtel ici, il n'y a pas tout ça !" La dame s'est énervée ou alors je l'ai mal compris. En tout cas j'ai trouvé ça déplacé. Je suis resté une semaine ! Donc moi je fais ma vie comme d hab. Je suis touriste mais bon... En fait je voulais juste faire mon ptit dej tranquille et pourquoi pas le souper mais j'ai abandonné. Enfin si ! Je me suis fait le p'tit déj sur place ! J'ai abandonné l'idée d'omelette ou d'oeufs sur le plat, j'ai fait des œufs cuits durs et j'ai acheté des cacahuètes et des fruits. D'ailleurs j'ai laissé une banane, une pomme, une orange. Voilà le genre de petit truc sympa que j'ai l'habitude en Europe.

Only in terms of facilities, the parking lot was dark during the day. There were no lights at all. Luckily, the car parking was all easy and close. The swimming pool was also ok, but when there were many people it felt like the water was not as beautiful. Can come again for a holiday to Melaka, just suspecting high traffic at night

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Check-in and parking was easy. We upgraded to a 3-bedroom apartment last minute with no problems. Agnes was very easy to reach via WhatsApp. She even sent out a locksmith at 8pm to unlock one of the bedroom door as my son accidentally locked it from the outside. The apartment is very big, well decorated to European standards and the air-con is powerful. The facilities at Atlantis is good with food available to buy and a very good swimming pool. Location was prime with lots of food courts in the vicinity and Jonker Walk only 30 mins away by foot. All in all, a very comfortable stay with a family of 6 to include two 80-year old and a 11 year old.
Some of the pillows were a bit lumpy and could be upgraded. The locks on bedroom doors could be removed to avoid locking accidentally.

Atlantis management itself. Tourists come to relax, enjoy the beauty & release tension. But I feel tied and confined: 1. Tourists cannot walk freely around the pool and around level 7, only one entrance. 2. At night, the gate to the pool/garden is closed/lock, you cannot walk around the garden/pool. 3. The Link Glass Bridge & Sky Deck are too dim and empty, they can make it more attractive & have more lighting for visitors & kids.

The extra mattress and quilt had blood stains. The extra pillows were of poor quality, and the pillowcases were very dirty. The bathroom did not provide shower gel.

Heavy traffic to leaving the residence area. Queue to use swimming pool Beeping sound from the room intercom. There's no mirror in the master bedroom. Cups & other cutlery was kinda smell like cockroach been there. Need to buy a new kettle as the old one is looking rotten in it. Overall the entire things need huge upgrade but since I stayed for a night it didn't bother us much but if people are staying there more than 1-2 night thn they'll find this kinda uneasy and not so good. Although the price is cheap but the hygiene is important as well. Thank you.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023The swimming pool is bigger than usually found in the city. Mature area with reasonable number of choices for restaurants and small malls.
Exit road from the condo to the main street is busy and too many traffic lights. Short distance drive usually should take less than 10mins ended up becoming half an hour drive. No point having short distance to a mall or restaurants, you going to spend a good portion of the time navigating traffics. This is probably true for most parts of central Melaka. One of the towel is from Hospital Damansara, come on lah. Recommend owner to replace all drinking glasses without the label Heineken if you are sensitive to your muslim guests. Night swimming feels like that movie “quiet place” if you try to have some fun and laugh out loud the guard will blow his whistle and scream “just swim and don’t make a noise” , I forgot to bring my low decibel propulsion swimming suit with me, so that spoils the mood for the night.
