Reviewed Feb 27, 2026After a long days drive navigating road closures it was an absolute treat to finally make it to our accommodation. The location was perfect for the purpose that we were there for. The house was spotless and had everything we needed.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I loved the couch, I feel asleep on it. The kitty that met me at the door was a nice perk. I chose this place over others because it had both a washer and dryer and the tub. I had been traveling a long time and needed to reset.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025The holiday home is close to Raglan for restaurants and supermarkets. Two bedrooms with heat pump and a beautiful backyard. Netflix is also available for streaming. I also enjoyed the outdoor bath! The owner house is close by but the holiday home is still very private.
The holiday home is next to the highway SH23 so we heard traffic noise during the day, especially at the weekend. However, the traffic died down in the evening so we had good sleep at night.

Reviewed May 18, 2025Beautiful house on the outskirts of Raglan. A very comfortable stay with everything you need. Seemed very new, was beautifully styled, and well looked after. Great to have a washing machine and dryer - and all the amenities to get takeaway and eat at the house.
Wonderful stay. If being extremely picky - a bigger tv would be great in the lounge room (as we had a quiet night in) but appreciated having access to streaming services.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2025Loved the high standard. A getaway from Auckland for hubby's birthday, we didn't know where we were headed, but ended up in Raglan, and this stay made a perfect weekend. The outside bathtub was his haven. Our host was considerate, and we had her phone number if needed. The beaches are worth visiting, the township is attractive, with numerous eateries. Loving Raglan.

The open-plan living area and outdoor patio provided a perfect space to relax and enjoy the stunning rural views. The outdoor bath was a highlight such a peaceful and unique experience! The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the little touches, like Netflix and unlimited Wi-Fi, made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a restful sleep. The location is perfect just a short drive to Raglan town and the beach, yet far enough to enjoy the tranquility of nature. We highly recommend Soul Sanctuary to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would love to come back!

Reviewed Feb 18, 2025There’s something so quaint and lovely about staying on a Christmas tree farm. Very clean home with spacious rooms and an amazing view. A resident puppy and kitty kept us company while we enjoyed our wine and view. They have done a great job making sure the place is comfortable and well-taken care of. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the beds were the most comfy beds we had our entire trip. Will definitely stay again should I ever have a chance to make it back to NZ.

Close enough to Raglan but far enough away to feel rural and Luna the dog is great. She came to greet us on arrival and came for visits in the morning and afternoon.
