Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Ahmed was very accomodating during our trip, and location with facilities was great. Amazing views! Recommend staying here in Bukit Bintang during stay in KL, Ahmed is so helpful and you have direct access to Times Square mall from this building.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2025The staff Mr Faruk was very nice. Easy to deal with, always available when needed and really polite. Exceptionally dedicated & professional Superb location, actually located inside berjaya times square @ east entrance.(inside mall) Easy access to mall & public transport(monorail & shuttle bus). Around 6 min drive to TRX Exchange. Plenty nearby best food @ grab food/foodpanda & other take out delivery services. The room was huge enough, plenty space to move around, pleasant stay.
Check-in could be tricky for first timer. Parking was available but at rate of MYR15 per day(RM3 per hour, max parking charge for whole day is MYR15) Room was a bit outdated, carpet stains were visible, tv doesnt have many channels option.
