100,000 stars! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sealight Villa and House Phu Quoc. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The breakfast was a 10/10 every single morning. It was delicious, fresh, and had everything you could possibly want. Nothing was missing! The family and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. No matter what we needed, they responded immediately and were always there to support us with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home. The room was spotless, the entire property was very clean, and the pool was beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent, with everything nearby. The beach is just stunning – very clean, peaceful. One thing we appreciated so much was that they even allowed us to stay in our room until it was time to leave for our flight. This level of kindness and flexibility is something you rarely experience. We would come back here anytime without hesitation. We can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful villa, guesthouse, and the lovely family who runs it. Thank you for making our stay so special. We hope to see you again soon!

The staff were very friendly and ready to Accomodate all our needs. The breakfast was served in the room or at the restaurants upon our request. Transportation to and from airport was easy as there was a driver in house.

Absolute Traumlage, sehr nettes Personal, ganz tolles Frühstück und ein schöner Pool. Es gab sogar einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen. Ein Wäscheservice für schmales Geld wird auch angeboten.

The staff was certainly the highlight of our stay. Nothing was too much effort and they were so good with answering any questions. The location is excellent - on the beach, but also just a short walk from the main street. The free minibar that was restocked every day was a lovely surprise .

The area around the pool is very slippery when wet.

這次入住真的非常幸運遇到這麼善良、熱心的民宿老闆夫妻！ 因為自己的疏忽，把手機遺留在 Grab 計程車上，更讓人著急的是司機還把手機關機了。原本以為找回手機的機會很渺茫，沒想到老闆夫妻第一時間主動幫忙聯絡 Grab 客服，還親自開車載著我們依照手機定位四處尋找，前前後後花了三、四個小時，最後終於找到司機，並耐心協助溝通，讓手機順利物歸原主。 事後我們想準備一點禮金表達謝意，老闆夫妻卻婉拒了，只說這是應該幫忙的。這份無私與善良，真的讓我們非常感動。 如果沒有老闆夫妻全力相助，這趟旅程很可能就因此留下遺憾，甚至泡湯了。他們不只是提供舒適的住宿，更是在旅途中最無助的時候伸出援手，讓我們感受到滿滿的人情味。 真心推薦這間民宿！謝謝老闆夫妻的熱心、耐心與善良，這份恩情我們會一直記在心裡，也祝福你們生意興隆、平安健康！有機會一定還會再回來入住。❤️

Staff were very friendly and helpful with booking transport. They even provided a Father’s Day fruit cake and made a card. The breakfast options are great, with both western and local options. The mini bar is complimentary and topped up daily. The pool is nice, and they provide loungers for the beach. The beds are also very comfortable.

The villa felt like it wasn’t quite ready, with many light fixtures not installed and wires hanging down. The waves at the beach are quite large so not so good for young children - there are calmer beaches in other locations on the island.

Nous avons pris la villa et nous avons bénéficié d'un transfert jusqu'au logement, ce qui est très agréable et vous évite de faire les réservations. Le logement était génial, à notre arrivée, une assiette de fruits et boissons fraîches nous attendaient... Nous avons bien apprécié. Les petits déjeuners sont plus que bons...🤤 Il n'est pas nécessaire de bouger du logement puisqu'il y a la plage et la piscine, c'était parfait pour le repos 🙂 Nous avons un vol très tôt pour notre départ et nous avons eu un panier repas à emporter pour notre petit déjeuner. C'est le lieu préféré de mes enfants Le personnel est adorable et au petit soin

Постоянно интересовались как моё состояние и предлагали помощь так, будто бы я часть их семьи! Номер у нас был просто великолепный! Нас встретили в аэропорту, по приезде угостили напитками, манго и панкейками. В номере был мини бар с пивом, колой, водой, он бесплатный и пополняемый. Также были снеки, лапша бп, они тоже бесплатные и пополняемые. Еще нас кормили вкусными завтраками с фруктами и напитками с невероятно красивым видом. Мы очень благодарны хозяевам за такое гостеприимство, абсолютно точно вернёмся сюда снова! В следующий раз, обещаю, без травм 😁

Единственным минусом было огромное количество комаров, которые откуда-то летели в номер. Нам, конечно, дали эликтрическую мухобойку, от которой комаров весело било током и от них ничего не оставалось, но это не помогало. Меня очень любят комары, поэтому однажды я проснулась посреди ночи с огромными следами от укусов в количестве примерно 15 штук по всему телу, которые ужасно чесались. У меня натурально случилась истерика, потому что я именно в тот день упала с байка, ссадины болели, а во сне, я видимо, постоянно вертелась из-за зуда. Все повязки на ссадинах пропитались кровью, ужасно болели, еще и эти кровососущие мрази меня донимали. Пришлось ловить комаров и одеваться, чтобы избежать новых укусов. Заснуть тогда удалось только к утру. Прошу, заведите у себя лягушек! 😁🐸

If i am ever coming again to phu qouc again..this is final stay. I came with family and will recommend to everyone.

The hotel is small but the room is very clean and comfortable. It is right on the beach. We stayed in May and the wind and waves were pretty strong. It was the start of the rainy season. But we had very good weather for all our other activities including a snorkeling tour. It rained when we were in the hotel. The water pressure, aircon, wifi, smart TV, all worked very well. Everything in the mini bar is free of charge. Wow...fantastic. Every morning, we enjoyed our delicious breakfast at the balcony overlooking the sea. The owner, Mrs Tsao and staff are very helpful, attentive and always smiling. They helped arrange our tours and we had body massages and pedicures in the comfort of our room. The hotel provides free airport transfers to and from the hotel. This was so good. We engaged the driver, Ben to take us to various places and he charged Grab fares. Ben is the father of Mrs Tsao. The hotel location is walking distance to the main road. The King Kong supermarket and the night market are not too far but we prefer to have Ben to drive us or you may choose to use Grab transport. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in the apartment with 3 rooms, we love the bed, it’s so comfortable and the set up is very practical for our family stay with teens & elderly parents. The personal service from the entire team, housekeeping and cafe. They are super helpful & responsive!! Kudos!!

The pool is needing some enhancement with the tiles came off and broken, there is no gym facilities too.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab eine Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Gerichten und man konnte sich zu dem Frühstück immer jeweils ein Heißgetränk und ein Kaltgetränk dazu wählen. Auch gab es die Möglichkeit im Zimmer zu frühstücken, war wirklich toll war. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gehabt und der Ausblick hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Zudem sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Уборка номеров ежедневно. Большой выбор завтраков, приготовлено всё вкусно. Бар постоянно пополняется напитками. Пляж чистый. Есть шезлонги и зонты от солнца.

К сожалению, не очень чистая вода в море. Но рядом есть душ, после моря можно ополоснуться.

The location to the beach was very good. Although our villa was not right on the beach. Very clean. Staff were truly amazing above and beyond. Cleaning and breakfast service was just excellent. Complimentary Minibar and snacks was outstanding.

Pool could have done with some repair work. No shower there either. Upstairs deck would have been great with some chairs to watch sunset. Bed was comfy but springs and we prefer foam. Basically picking holes as was really outstanding.

С учётом того что проезд в электобусе стал платным услуга бесплатного трансфера из любой точки острова в отель и из отеля в любую точку острова. +1 Перед заселением в баре дают приветственный бонус (фрукты, сок, блинчики). +1 Расположение отеля шикарное: на самом берегу, бесплатные лежаки для проживающих (200К для сторонних посетителей), близко к ресторанам, магазинам и прочим заведениям. +1 Бесплатный мини бар (напитки и снеки включены в стоимость проживания). +1 Все вопросы и проблемы можно направить контакту в WhatsApp который свяжется с вами перед заселением и предложит трансфер до отеля. +1 Вид из номера Т3 на море и пляж был великолепный. +1 Оплату наличными я производил после проживания, когда делал checkout. +1 В номере был сейф. +1

Завтраки вызывали проблемы с пищеварением, владельцу стоит навести порядок на кухне. Бутерброд с тунцом вызвал острую диарею, от фруктов и блинчиков болел живот и была диарея. Без последствий съел только только варёный рис и тушеную говядину. Несколько раз пропускал завтраки и чувствовал себя отлично. Проблема с завтраками 100%. -1 В ванной стены были покрыты слоем грязи на уровне выше 1,5 метров от пола. Решётка вентиляции и сам вентилятор очень сильно загрязнены. Жаловаться не стал, убрал всё самостоятельно. -1 В номере грязь тоже присутствует: роутер висевший над тв был очень грязный. -1 Шумоизоляция отсутствует вообще: слышно соседей и дискотеки на пляже которые длятся до полуночи. -1 Стены номера можно было бы покрасить, из-за царапин и следов выглядит плохо. -1 Постельное бельё на одной из кроватей было старым и заштопанным. За такие деньги должно быть только новое. -1 Замените ржавый чайник. -1 Добавьте тарелки и столовые приборы. -1

All staff are very helpful & welcoming. The room was big & clean, the food was delicious and the complimentary mini bar was great & very handy. Complimentary taxi to & from the airport & option to have meals in room, balcony or restaurant was very helpful. This property is on the beach & whilst very close to restaurants, money exchange etc (less than a 2 minute walk) yet it's still far enough from main road for peace & quiet. I would highly recommend & will return.

The bottom step from the beach up to the beach bar & hotel is too high. It needs another step below it for people with knee issues or children or just people with shorter legs to get onto the steps safely. Other than that, everything was great!

Breakfast choice was nice but was often too big. The location was right on the water. Room size was good. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

It was such a beautiful villa, we loved that it was stocked with snacks and drinks everyday and the staff was so kind.

Very beautiful and comfortable place. Garden and all place is full of green grass, palm trees and natural flowers. Staff is very nice people, always show smile and hospitality. Solved our problems even outside of listed services - always available for any questions or advices. They offered us free transfer from the airport, minivan was big enough for my family and all our luggage and even baby stroller. They also offered us free breakfast from big menu, even meals with meat was available if you order in advance (before 19:00). All meals was tasty and portions was big enough even for adult. We lived in a bungalow with two floors - first is mini kitchen and relax zone with TV, second floor is bedroom with two big beds. Bungalow also has terraces on both floors. 50-100 meters from our bungalow there are beach - part of Long Beach (western coast of Phu Quoc), that was one of best decisions to book this place for our trip - we had our breakfasts in beach bar with view to the see and in the evening we watched sunset on the beach also. That was like a dream! This place has good location in the center of the island - we had like the time (25-30 minutes) and money (300k dongs on grab) to reach both north and south of the island when we were sightseeing and visiting different entertainment centers. This place is very family friendly. Next time we will return with elder family members too, they will definitely love this place.

Завтрак по заказу по комбо. При этом на выбор более 20 комбо. Делают прекрасный кофе и натуральный сок. Завтрак очень вкусный и его много. Можно выбрать где завтракать - на территории кафе с видом на море или в номере. И это очень удобно. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Уборка тщательная. В стоимость номера входит мини-бар, который пополняется ежедневно: 4 банки пива, 4 бутылки воды и снеки. Также входил трансфер от и до аэропорта. Прекрасный отель! Если поеду еще, то только сюда.

Понравилось всё 😍 Местоположение, сотрудники очень приятные, милые, добрые и очень отзывчивые. Очень гостеприимные. Вид просто шикарный. Пляж на первой линии. Предоставили нам бесплатный трансфер от аэропорта до гостиницы и обратно. Раньше заселили нас. Сразу предложили фрукты и welcome drinks. Покупались и на пляже и в бассейне.

Все понравилось 😍 Всем советую.

Nous avons tout aimé. Le calme, la situation centrale, la propreté, les équipements, les petits plus qui facilitent la vie (transferts aéroport A/R gratuits, eau, bière, nourriture gratuits, petit-déj royal, etc), la gentillesse du personnel, l’accès à la plage, la taille humaine de l’établissement (petit hôtel familial). Bref! Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Завтрак предоставляется по меню, вкусно и вы не будете ограничены в выборе (19 комбо вариантов!) и не останетесь голодными) приятным бонусом стали для нас разнообразный мини-бар и трансфер от/до аэропорта.

Нам не хватило шторки или перегородки в душевой зоне и полочек там же (для шампуня/мыла).

Location on the beach, you can hear the sea waves in the room, and it has a beautiful view. You can choose breakfast in room if you want. Staff is very pleasant. We got a free ride to airport after the stay that we didn't expect.

This is the best choice in Phu Quoc. We came for a family trip south 2 kids and 6 adults. We occupied 2 bungalows which was perfect. Phu Quoc was much hotter than expected. We were fortunately to stay in the bungalows so we mainly spend time there and surrounding. TV was equipped as well. The beach is just minutes away. We had breakfast there every morning. The pool was clean. The facilities is top notch. There were some nice restaurants and massage places close by. We all feel very refreshed. We will come here again if we return to Phu Quoc.

The only very minor thing is the mostiques came from the kitchen in Bungalow 1. It would be great if the open windows are converted with net mesh like Bungalow 2.

This Villa is right on the beach, walking distance from many restaurants and shops, it has a pool and access to the beach. You get free airport transfers. I was starving upon arrival and I was given fruit and pancakes when I arrived 🫶🏻. What I loved the most is how incredibly helpful the staff were. I had my flight rescheduled 5 hrs earlier and only found out last minute, I had to rush to the airport last minute and the hotel staff drove to the airport just to deliver my suitcases , thank you so much 🩷

The room I stayed in had outdated furnishings, shower and toilet were one room without any separation or shower curtain, pool was missing a few tiles … the place needs some TLC

Отдыхали в Sealight Villa в ноябре-декабре 25 года. Отличный небольшой семейный отель. Хозяин Viet и его жена Thai. Плюсы: отличное местоположение рядом много кафе и магазины , отель на первой линии до моря два шага шезлонги и полотенца бесплатно. Достойные завтраки хоть и комбо но большой выбор, завтрак можно заказать в номер или позавтракать на берегу. Трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт бесплатно. У нас был поздний вылет и хозяева предоставили нам номер на весь день бесплатно. Отлично отдохнули вернемся с удовольствием.

Очень удобное размещение. Пляж при выходе из номера. Рядом рестораны, улица с магазинами. Отличные вкусные завтраки по меню (на выбор из 16 вариантов) приветливые хозяева и персонал. В первую ночь очень громко работал какой-то насос и не было горячей воды (как нам показалось). Написали об этом хозяевам на "горячую линию" утром, к вечеру вопросы решили. В номере ежедневно бесплатно пополнялся минибар и снеки. Этому отелю принадлежит бар на пляже, поэтому бесплатно были доступны лежаки и полотенца. В баре очень вкусная пицца и коктели. В номерах чисто. Отдельная благодарность за сюрприз на день рождения )) на завтрак вынесли ТОРТ со свечкой из фруктов! Отель очень удобно расположен: фактически на пляже и в 3-5ти минутах рестораны для ужина и оживленная улица с фруктами и всем, что необходимо.

Скрипучие шкафы. Но вся мебель деревянная и это естественное старение. Эти мелочи никак не повлияли на отдых.

Это наш любимый отель! Всё по-семейному. Удобные кровати , бесплатно мини-бар, завтраки чудо! Очень внимательный персонал!

Our stay at Sealight Villa and House Phu Quoc was absolutely fantastic, and the 5 nights we spent there exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, the communication with the property was excellent — quick, friendly, and professional via WhatsApp. The hotel arranged free airport pickup and drop-off, which made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. We were warmly welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks and fresh fruit, which immediately made us feel special. The room minibar was included in the price and restocked daily with water, beer, and cola — a really nice touch that we truly appreciated. We stayed in Villa B1, which looks brand new, modern, spacious, and finished to a very high standard. There was plenty of space, the interior was stylish and comfortable, and the beds were extremely comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfasts were excellent and very flexible — served either in the beachfront restaurant or delivered directly to the room at a chosen time, à la carte. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The location is simply perfect — the property is situated directly on the beach, with free sun loungers available for guests, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sea at any time of day. We highly recommend Sealight Villa and House Phu Quoc to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful beachfront stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Спасибо большое Тао за гостеприимство и помощь в организации дальнейшего отдыха!!! Проживали в этом отеле всего 2 дня, а отношение было, как к постоянным жильцам или знакомым. Очень удобное местоположение, рядом магазины и кафе, первая линия, завтраки вкуснейшие и разнообразные. Бассейн чистый, номер удобный, чистый. Бесплатный трансфер. Хозяева и персонал приятные и вежливые. Также хотелось бы поблагодарить работника бара Марио, за то, что нашёл потерянный ребёнком на пляже телефон с кошельком.

Im Prinzip alles. Flughafentransfer inklusive, Frühstück nach Wahl auf dem Zimmer, super Lage, bequeme Betten. Das Begrüßungsessen war krass! Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen.

Нет слов ! Один восторг от данного отеля ! Мы прибыли раньше времени заселения , и нам надо было немного подождать, нас посадили на пляже в баре , тут же принесли приветственные фруктовые коктейли , и очень вкусные блинчики с фруктами, это было очень приятно! Наш номер был шикарный ! Вид прям на пляж , вокруг пальмы , а какие были закаты, словами не передать . Чистота в номере у нас была отличная . Отдельно хочу отметить что в номере снеки пиво вода и тд были бесплатные и пополнялись каждый день , к сожалению у нас получилось там побыть только 3 дня, но эти дни мы запомним приятными впечатлениями на всю жизнь ! Шезлонги на пляже есть при отеле, всегда могли спокойно разместиться и наслаждаться морем. Завтраки которые нам приносили в номер были вкусными ! Очень удобно было завтракать на своем балконе в номере . Балкон кстати очень большой ! При выезде , нам любезно вызвали такси в следующее наше место, и более того оказывается для нас это было бесплатно, мы в полном восторге! Однозначно рекомендую это место ! Так тепло и радушно нас еще не встречали и не провожали ! Не знаю как у такого места всего 3 звезды ) надо 5 ! Хочу пожелать данному месту больше хороших и добрых гостей ! И что бы все у них было хорошо ! Спасибо вам за незабываемое время !
