Clean, comfortable, welcoming, home from home. Raj the owner will do anything in his power to make your stay the best. Fantastic value. You will not want to leave ever. Location also good once I found it. Nice friendly area close to everything.

Sucio, las sabanas y toallas estaban usadas, el desayuno era en otro lugar, tuvimos que esperar un buen rato para que nos llevaran, y en el lugar no habían casi nada de opciones y había cucarachas en el mesón donde estaban las comidas. Para lo que pagamos, creo que no correspondía un servicio tan malo.

Good for business travelers, nice property and the staff is also very helpful. They serve morning breakfast at the restaurant in hall with some limited item like paratha, sabji, curd, Sandwich breads, tea/coffee etc near to airport mahipalpur And n.ear to metro station

Its close to the airport. There's a driver to take you to the airport for 400 rupees. The wifi worked.

Air Con wasn't working, staff came in to look at it but didn't do anything or proposed to change the room. Bed-sheet was not changed, it was filthy. Not staying here again.

Pierwsze wrażenie jest średnie. Po pierwsze lokalizacja, po drugie hotel ma swoje lata świetlności za sobą, ale zaczynają coś remontować. Po przyzwyczajeniu okazało się, że jest całkiem ok, trochę głośno od portierni (akurat mieliśmy pokój przy schodach), ale ogólnie czysto i da się wyspać. Duża zaletą jest bliskość lotniska - nie trzeba przebijać się przez miasto i na pewno się zdąży. Plus bliskość linii metra. Jako budżetowy hotel można polecić.

Pokoje i sam hotel wymaga remontu, ale już coś się zaczęło, więc trzymam kciuki.

We booked super last minute, the 24hr desk is a live saver. Close to the airport, the staff changed rooms and when we changed rooms it was ALOT nicer, they had water bottles, a table, clean atmosphere and wifi. Beds were pretty comfy. Staff were attentive.

We booked super last minute the first room was pretty bad it had a thick smell of cigarettes (I’m guessing a smoking floor) which I wasn’t aware of and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t known to me when I booked. There wasn’t any wifi given, room was very basic they had chairs no table?? The aircon was the only thing saving us from the smell but it started making a really loud noise so we got to move rooms the second room was a lot nicer. They say 400rp for a lift to the airport which is how much an uber is and then they add on 250rp for parking but it was drop off so I don’t know about that one ? The cleaners came about 40 minutes before we had to check out trying to open our door..

Got what we expected and needed from a Delhi airport hotel. Sheets were clean, shower was hot, staff were helpful including the night manager, they sorted a taxi at 4am for a fixed price.

Floors are as clean as they could be, not sure if thepillow case was changed as there was hair on it.

We live in the USA and were catching early morning flight. This hotel was terrible property and poor management.. It was in a village not in aerocity. Bathroom were horrible with flush, taps just not functional. Very frustrating. Not recommended.. we mistakenly booked it thinking it to be in the Aerocity.

The hotel is good they even helped me check in late at night as well as accommodated my request for late check out. The breakfast spread was good, but there is more focus required to refill the finished items. The food overall is good. Location is fine near to IGI airport.. front disk staff very good 😊 taxi is 24*7 is available in hotel everything is perfect and great 👍

I had a wonderful experience at the (Hotel hsp suites New Delhi). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

False information. They are not in Aero city and have lied about the location. Overpriced and was not willing to give a refund and blaming it on booking.com . There are far better hotels near by that are better quality, presentable and cheaper .Location is in an alleyway where cabs dont want to go. Refurbishment work going on with hotel dirty and dusty. Rooms dont have clean bed and have wallpaper peeling off, pictures dangling sideways, flush not working, wifi not wirking, only made ac work when asked. You get escorted to another hotel for breakfast which is 5 minutes walk away. staff were unprofessional and dont value customer . They have lied about their service . The picture in the advert is a false representation of the hotel.

Great hotel to stay in, room was nice and clean. Great value for money and only 15 mins from airport. Stayed 1 days and was great for our needs. Hotel manager made our lives very easy and helped organize taxis and trips around Delhi during our stay. Couldn't recommend more!

Nothing about this hotel was likeable.

The night manager who checked us in was super rude. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights more than a month in advance and requested that they provide the rooms on top floor and together. They confirmed via text message that it will be done and even called on the day saying that the rooms were ready, however at the time of checking in they said that the top levels are all occupied and could only provide us rooms on 1st floor and even then the rooms were separated. The staff managing the booking was extremely rude while handling the situation. The rooms were small, cramped, disgusting, smelly and noisy. The room was nothing like the pictures, it was very damp and had a constant bad smell. We got rashes from sleeping on the bed as well, and had to call for fresh towels, toilet paper multiple times. The service wasn’t prompt or professional. The TV in our room didn’t work and the staff was not able to fix it. The breakfast was at another hotel which was located on a completely different street from where we were staying. The charges for the rooms are nearly same as those of European countries but the standard of this hotel was really subpar. Would not recommend this hotel or any hotels of this group.
