Hotel Kiara - Near Delhi Airport

The location is near the Airport, World trade park with lots of restaurants around, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. Stuffs were helpful, Yogesh and other at reception helped us find cabs to go around and during check-out. Breakfast was good

Excellent location. Just pull your luggage cart inside the Hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast spread. Clean rooms. 24 hrs check in and check out.

The convenience of a Hotel room inside the Airport met our particular needs. The staff went above all expectations to help is check-in and to find out way in the airport to catch our departing flight the next day.

Very handy to Delhi Airport with a reasonable and fair fixed price shuttle transfer, Good room, hot water, close to Delhi Airport, nice staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with very kind staff and some of them speak english (all of the ones at the desk at least do). Building seems new and the elevators have card-only floor entry security system. Great location with 2 and 10 minutes to two Jain Temples which were by far the MOST beautiful sightseeing locations near Delhi. Both the AC and the ventilator are pretty strong. They give 1 courtesy water bottle per day, which you need for brushing your teeth. I didn't had they breakfeast, but it seemed really nice. They had internacional model chargings points everywhere, including in the lobby, around the couches.

Breakfast is good with variety, but missing stuffed prantha & curd. Rooms are good but in compact size, very neat , with all amenity,location is good near Delhi Airport.

Communication and reception was good and staff was very friendly. I only stayed for a short night to catch a flight the next day, but it was a undisturbed sleep. Free Shuttle/taxi dropped me off at airport in the morning without any problems. The Bathroom was very clean in comparison to many other places I had stayed before.

I had lost my credit card, so had to pay with foreign cash. The reception did accept my cash but gave me a very bad rate. Grant you they said it was because no exchange place was open anymore and it was at their risk. Wake up call was about 15 mins or so later than the time I had asked for, but it was ok. There was black mould on one of the walls in the room and the sheets looked quite yucky and tattered.

All of the information on the website is false. It is rated as a 3-4 star hotel. It is not in this category. The room was dirty as the bed sheets were not changed. No towels or toiletries items in the bathroom.

The hotel is a complete scam. They advertise on Booking.com and charge five times more through Booking than the actual real price of the stay — even though it’s just a very basic hotel. The amount they charge on Booking is completely disproportionate to what the hotel truly costs. The photos do not match reality, the staff are unprofessional (they even sleep at the reception desk), and the location is in a very bad area of the city. When we tried to cancel the last two nights because it was not what we expected, they refused. It appears they change the hotel’s name to escape bad reviews, as when we searched for it on Google, it was listed under a different name. This is a major scam, and Booking.com should remove this hotel from its listings.

The location was rather good - the hotel is located in aerocity on a crowded street full of hotels. It is 10-15 min by taxi to the airport. The staff was very nice and they organized transport to the airport for us. On booking it says that the transport one way is included in the rate, but when the taxi driver dropped us off at the airport he asked for payment. So I'm not sure. There was a nice restaurant 8 min walk from the hotel (Saffron Biryani). There is also a restaurant-like place in the hotel but we have not tried it. It is cheap. I guess you get what you paid for.

The hotel is dirty. The room was dirty, including doors, walls, bed, and bathroom. There was also trash probably after previous guests. There is no window in the room. We booked the room just to take a shower before our flight and for that it was acceptable. But I would not spend the night there. We have no idea where the reviews come from but for sure they are not genuine. In the halls there are some old mattresses (really dirty).

Staffs are good and cooperative. Good breakfast. Location good for getting Uber and taxi.

I was informed that a free airport shuttle would be available. However, when I called from the airport around 10:00 PM to request the pickup, I was told that no vehicle was available at that time. As a result, I had no option but to book a taxi on my own and pay for the trip. This was both inconvenient and unexpected, as I had specifically relied on the assured shuttle service. Due to this, my overall experience did not feel like value for money.

Simly disgusting, dirty and horrible hotel. The worst you could think of close to the airport, We checked in but then when we were presented the room we decided to change hotel. Wholes in the sheets, sunken bed, dirty bathroom with bucket instead of shower. They didin't give us money back. Skip this one as photos doesn't present the smell, and how dramatic the conditions are.

Room was very different than what’s on the sight. Ofcourse location and airport pick up worked well. But apart from that, not impressed with upkeep of the place.

There is no hotel to review. The location that they shared is in the middle of a road and there was nothing even close to a hotel there. The phone number they shared is switched off and no one to talk to. This hotel is a scam and we spent 2 hours searching the location. Pathetic experience…. We just went directly to airport as this was supposed to be our stay before early morning flight. Please do not book this.

I was a bit nervous after reading some poor reviews online, but room was clean and good for one night stay and I was happy with the accommodation provided. We managed to find a restaurant on the main road nearby which offered great food and friendly service, 2 mins ride from the property. It was basic, but good value for money for the price paid

Good comfort bed. I think very good price in Delhi Airport nearby airport. Reception and working staff behaviour was good. Breakfast was delicious, clean and hygienic.

It was clean, accessible for the airport and the staff went out of their way to help us have a comfortable stay. It was a no fuss stay, with checking in and out a breeze.

posted pictures on all sites are not accurate depiction of current state of hotel. Interior needs updating. The beds and bathroom are clean. Thin walls and doors: can hear sounds clearly from hallways and other rooms.

I rented this room because this hotel is very close to the airport. My flight left at 1:30 am. I wanted to be close so that I had a short trip the airport at that hour. I didn't even stay all night, but it was worth it.

Helpful staff and location off the main road. I asked for an alternate room since the outside noise was too much in my first room, and was promptly helped to move to another.

The location is not as showed Taxi were take me elsewhere. The room has no window but some kind of mirror behind some pipelines where you can hear the whole noise of the city. Next to room was a staircase upto 1am plenty people running noisy up and down. I was rented a 33sqm room and get an about 10sqm. The pictures what they have on booking is farly not as the hotel shows. I was never made any bad review in my life since I have at least 100 bookings at booking the last 13 and half year. But it felt like a candid camera I thought that is some kind of joke. I cant complain too much as came from airport at 22:00 and left at 4:00. I havent sleep a minute. The doors dont have any noise cancelation I felt like people are in the room shouting around me. The receptionist tried to calm me down he tried to be nice even the porter but they didn't make anything. So I was never felt ever on booking.com that I was cheated except now. I dont know how they get their reviews but absolutely not worth to stay for this pricerange I paid. Maybe there is a price what is worth but absolutely not 4000rupee.
