Perfecte locatie. Mooi plekje.

Geen airconditioning. Er was wel eens een goede poetsbeurt nodig, de uitbaters zeiden dat ze daar zouden voor zorgen.

There was construction work going on next door and it was loud and only gave us one key. Ideally would have liked 2 keys

Lokalizacja fajna. Wszystko blisko, hałas był znośny ale wybierając lokal w centrum blisko restauracji trzeba było się z tym liczyć. Wygodne łóżka, przyjemna pościel.

Po dotarciu do obiektu otrzymaliśmy niewłaściwy kod by otworzyć schowek na kluczyk - kontakt telefoniczny i podano nam inny. W obiekcie nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci( rozumiem stara kamienica) ( wilgoć widoczna na ścianach), ale nieprzyjemny zapach w kuchni unoszący się ze zmywarki był już niefajny. Niektóre z naczyń były brudne schowane do szafy ( niedomyte ze zmywarki). Na 7 dniowy pobyt dostaliśmy 3 kapsułki do zmywarki, płyn do mycia został rozcieńczony do konsystencji wody i było go na tyle mało zabrakło. Po przyjeździe mieliśmy do dyspozycji na 7 dni( dla 4 osób) pół rolki papieru toaletowego. Napisaliśmy wiadomość o dostarczenie, niestety personel mimo zapewnień nic nam nie przyniósł przez cały pobyt.

Het was er wel erg koud binnen, in de zomer zal het wel lekker koel zijn.

The apartment was super clean and in a fantastic location. Very close to the waterfront and restaurants but super quiet at night! Great communication with the hosts.

Abbiamo riscontrato gravi problemi con l’impianto di riscaldamento, completamente insufficiente per i locali e del tutto assente nel bagno. Al nostro arrivo la temperatura interna dell’appartamento era di appena 12 gradi. Abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il problema all’host tramite SMS, ma la nostra segnalazione non è stata presa in considerazione. La prima notte siamo stati costretti a dormire vestiti, indossando anche i cappotti. Nei giorni successivi, solo dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti di Booking, la situazione è stata parzialmente gestita, ma il disagio subito ha compromesso in modo significativo il soggiorno.

Rustic, renovated, quiet location, clean.

Si muy bonito

El suelo estaba sucio mis hijas el primer día descalzas y los pies negros … La ventilación de la ducha está sucísima ! Le falta una limpieza a fondo … aparentemente. Está limpio pero la realidad es que no mucho … Los mosquitos matados en las paredes se podían limpiar …

The property had everything we needed. Was handy to have a dishwasher. Nice and close to the tourist attractions by the river

We didn’t realise how many flights of stairs there were to get to the property and then hard having the only bathroom also up more stairs within the property, but other then that the stay was great

Good location close to the River. Minimal traffic noise so very quiet. Clean and comfortable.

Très bien placé, très très calme dans une rue piétonne , très bien aménagé et pratique ❤️

Die Lage ist wirklich top!

Die Wohnung hatte eine super hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit von über 80%. So war die Kleidung oft relativ klamm und man musste die ganze Zeit das Entfeuchtungsgerät laufen lassen. Außerdem war in der Wohnung nur 14 Grad und es hat 3 Tage gedauert, bis die Heizung auf 19 Grad hochgeheizt hat. Das war mit zwei kleinen Kindern etwas ärgerlich.

Super Lage in Porto und für 3-4 Personen ideal. 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Gemeinschaftsraum.

Die neuen Fenster dichten die Wohnung gut ab - mit dem Ergebnis das es in der gesamten Wohnung unübersehbar massiv schimmelt.

The location is great and the property is a nice one.

There is a major construction occurring in the conjoining building. They are using jackhammers and concrete drilling from 8am to 6pm but are allowed to work until 10pm. There was no notice on the booking of this or we would never have booked. The staff also tried to time our checkin during the hours when the workers were on break so he wouldn’t be there when it started. It was very deceitful. The entire apartment was shaking. You couldn’t hear each other speak inside. There was scaffolding over the bedroom windows with construction workers looking directly inside our apartment at eye level. The staff was incredibly rude and condescending when we raised this with him, saying this is normal city noise the same as a train or dog barking. He would not offer any solutions. Booking.com also was not helpful and provided no solution. There was blood smeared on one of the bedroom walls from a previous guest which was disgusting. The staff also asked to enter the apartment at 9:30 one morning to do some small construction work. We declined. The entire stay was miserable.

Una ubicación inmejorable. Buen tamaño para 4 personas. Limpio. Tranquilo. En la ribeira, pero sin bullicio y a un paso del centro, junto a San Francisco y la Bolsa Beatriz nos atendió fenomenal. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

It’s a gorgeous apartment in a very nice and quiet part of town. Short walk towards the riverfront. Beautiful town. By far a favorite!

So many stairs to walk up with lots of luggage. But would do it again 😊
