I booked 2 units.The other room 0935 on the 9th floor shows a very poor maintenance and cleaning in the room; molds in the bathroom wall and in the shower curtain,broken door handle on the terrace. The other one which is room is 1508 at the 15th floor was good and clean.

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025It’s close to MOA, just what we needed. There are also stores and cafes around the building on the ground floor which are very convenient. The owner was also flexible with the check-in time, allowing us to check-in around 1AM due to our flight schedule.

Walking distance to mall of asia and also there are convenience stores and ATMs just outside the lobby which makes it very convenient for everyone. And only few minutes from the airport which is good if you are travelling. Host is very responsive and helpful to all our queries.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2024it seems that we have transferred to another unit, the tower indicated and room number that was registered in the booking confirmation were different from what they made us availed, the hot shower was also broken and the sheets seems not too tidy, the pictures that as uploaded here were entirely different from what we stayed in. It was really disappointing

They unit where we stayed at is filthy. Blankets were torn and thin. Towels not enough and overused and thin. Not sure if they were washed. Bed not comfortable. I will not recommend the same unit I got.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2024Location is close to the airport and walking distance to Mall of Asia. Comfortable enough for a stay of a couple nights. Everything you need is a short walk away.
Electric sockets were dangerous and collapsed into the wall, making them unusable. I only had one functioning outlet for my stay, right next to the sink, which is a bit uncomfortable and inconvenient when charging multiple electronic devices next to a potentiallly wet surface The building is clearly dated and in need of serious repairs and renovations. I didn't expect full toiletries, but not having any hand soap or toilet paper was weird, and detracts from the value when you go and buy everything missing from the room.

One thing I did not like is not having toiletries. They should have provided a toilet paper and soap. There are no lights at the end of the hallways, we have to use our phone lights to be able to put the key in and open it!

Compared to other rooms in Sea Residences, it is... Lackluster. You have all the essentials but it is just the bare minimum. There was no decorations, and it feels really bland, white walls and a bit of furniture is hardly outstanding.
