Our room was in 14th floor on our first night We couldn't sleep due to sudden noise like dragging furniture and some other noise came from closing door of our neighbors.and we are missing 1 bedside table. Note:this is not a complaint.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The check in process is very easy and fast and was done in a few minutes. Room is basic, but is clean and the bed is comfortable. Location is also very good, it's just a few blocks away from MOA Arena, so if you're checking in for concerts, you can easily walk after the show to get away from the traffic.
The wifi signal isn't stable. It keeps on disconnecting after a few minutes.

Beginning of stay, wifi was down with no indication of when it would be resolved. Noise at all times of the day (rooms and doors are far from soundproof).

Dado que nuestro vuelo llegaba a la madrugada debí pagar la 1ra noche anticipadamente. La habitación muy básica, no tenía placares y tuvimos que colgar la ropa donde pudimos. La aerolínea cambió el aeropuerto de salida a Clark y nadie supo asesorarnos sobre qué hacer. Terminamos pagando usd 60 por un taxi

Reviewed May 27, 2026Basic room amenities were as expected based on the reasonable price. Unlimited hot/cold drinking water too. The location was perfect, just across Parqal, and a few minutes away (by car) from SMX, where my convention was located.
I stayed for 5 days/4 nights. The free internet connection was consistently poor. I don't get offering free internet connection but it's poor. Why offer it at all? Just charge for good internet connection for all rooms instead; include it in the room fee.

Reviewed May 20, 2026I like the overall stay: Good location (near 7-11, walkable distance to nearby mall), clean, professional and safe surroundings. The hotel itself has clean facilities, cool air conditioning, responsive, helpful and respectful staff.
1) parking at first come first served (even if checked in at 5 nights) - can consider length of stay for flexibility in policies 2) wifi disruption on Thursday afternoon until Friday, i had critical online meetings that time, I just used my personal data. - could consider plan B if PLDT (or any server the hotel subscribes to) fails. 3) long queue in elevators - consider service elevator for staff for high traffic period.

Poor customer service, check in process took a very long time, room wasn’t ready at 4:30pm despite check in being 2pm, the hotel felt unsafe to me as a female solo traveller with lots of noise and neighbouring doors being knocked/slammed late at night.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Location is excellent, what a beautiful area full of restaurants and clean and pretty perfect for a lovely walk in the evening and also walking distance from other malls. We walked to Mall of Asia, it wasn't too far. Hop inn is a chain we love, rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable. It was also pretty quiet. There was soap body wash and hair dryer in the bathroom. Staff also very polite

Reviewed May 5, 20264回目の利用で、マニラに夜遅く到着した際寝る場所として利用しています。セキュリティがしっかりしている地区にあるため安心して利用しています。 コスパの良い快適なホテルだと思います。ホテルのすぐ隣にはコンビニがあるため必要なものはすぐに手に入ります。シャワーをはじめ設備は問題なく使え、ベッドの寝心地も良いため根城として使っても良いかもしれません。
基本的に寝るだけの利用ということもあり特に不満はありませんが、もし連泊して使うのであれば冷蔵庫があるともっと良いのにとは思います。エアコンの音が少々大きいため音に敏感な人は耳栓があった方が良いかもしれません。
