Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Employees are friendly.
When we entered the room, there was a lot of noise coming from a family staying next to us. We informed the reception, and they told us that the family was checking out. Secondly, around dawn, there was a lot of disturbance on the same floor caused by a group of men and women, and I believe they were not in a normal state. Overall, the night was very unpleasant, and I feel that my choice of hotel was not the right one. The hotel needs to have clearer and more effective rules and procedures to control such behavior and protect the comfort of its guests. This should include a proper emergency contact option rather than relying mainly on WhatsApp, clearly displaying guests’ rights and expected standards of conduct, and having an effective process for handling disturbances, especially during late-night hours.
