Norfolk Palms - Smurfers Paradise

Sorting out T V. It’s an issue with most holiday accommodation. People have to play with it to get the basic channels. The nex guest come along and have unscramble everything,

The property was well appointed, clean and perfect for a group, we were a family 4adults and 1 child. A lovely feeling.

There was nothing.

Extra room is a surprise! There are actually four rooms for stay! Kids loved the Smurf! Very lovely place.

Schönes großes Ferienhaus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, und vielem mehr. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

The layout was warm and welcoming. It felt private even though it was exposed to the road. The kitchen was well provided for with all the cutlery, crockery, and cookware. We didn't get to use the BBQ because of the weather, but it looked clean and the outdoor seating was great. Easy to se the TV, and dishwasher. We did run out of gas but it was easy to switch the bottle over.

Clean, all the amenities, any tool you needed to cook was there. The extra touches like spices. The turn around time contacting host was within minutes. Lovely place would highly recommend.

Nothing! Everything was amazing

The property has everything you’d ever need, it’s wonderfully labelled. There’s a sauna, outdoor jacuzzi bath, kayaks, bikes. It’s a literal playground! It’s totally fenced and secure for little ones too.

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist schön und ruhig gelegen mit einem großen Garten mit Whirlpool, Infrarotkabine, Fahrrädern, etc. Wir hätten alles benutzen dürfen, waren aber nur 2 Tage hier und die Zeit war leider zu knapp. Der Kontakt mit unseren Gastgebern war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert.

Ein Trockner für die Wäsche wäre noch schön gewesen.

Stunning accomodation with really everything you need and smurfs are everywhere. The hosts are lovely and easy on everything. We could have stayed there for weeks! We will come back if ones again on Coromandel!

Very nice place in a cute town. Had a great stay. Loved the yard, wish it was warmer when we were there! Highly recommend!

Warm, Comfortable, Clean and Cosy, bright and spacious. Loved the indoor, outdoor flow, relaxing in the hot tub and bike riding. Had everything we needed and more. Stacey was very accommodating, thank you Stacey.

Stayed 4 nights with family and had high expectations from the photos etc. Overall, the property is excellent and has all you need and more, great outside area and great location for exploring along the Coromandel coast. Property was comfy and generally clean. However, there was no mention pre stay of the ant problem. When we arrived, both bathroom floors and the shower trays were covered with ants, both dead and alive. In addition the laundry cupboard was similarly affected. There is mention in the info pack of the ant problem which affects the area due to the sandy soil etc. However, it appeared that the house had been unoccupied for sometime, hence the build up, and I wonder whether or not there had been a last minute check done, before we arrived. We set too and cleaned up and sprayed where needed. Overall, a really nice property which left us a bit disappointed due to these issues and a general lack of attention to detail on the cleaning front.

We had a great stay at Smurfers Paradise! Stacey was super friendly and accommodating. The house is comfy with everything you need. Perfect location being a short walk to both the shops and beach. Will be back :)

Great location, amazing house with two different outdoor areas. Great deck, also got a tub and pizza oven outside. Loved the living area too. We had a fabulous time and the host was amazing

Very clean and spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped. Aircon is only available in the living area, rooms without. The double bed is queen size, a bit too small for 2. But it is still one of the best places that I have stayed in.

Fantastic location with short walk to town, estuary or ocean beach. Hosts went out of their way to ensure we had everything we could think of ever needing for a relaxing or adventurous stay. Amazing facilities for our adult family, especially loved the outdoor spa bath.
