Keittiössä vanhat haisevat luutut , pitäisi vaihtaa jokaisen vierailun jälkeen puhtaat seuraavalle. Kahvinkeitin likainen. Mukava olisi myös joku matto, helposti imuroitava.

En liten lägenhet som har det mesta som man behöver. Sängen var bra att sova i när vi har lätt för att få ont i ryggen. Tvättmaskin och hårfön i toalettutrymmet höjde kvalitén. Sommartid är hyran väldigt fördelaktig när det är lågsäsong.

Lite lyhört trots dubbla lägenhetsdörrar. Vattenledningsrören i duschen hade färg som fallit bort så man kan få en känsla av ofräsch trots att det inte var det.

Oma maksuton autopaikka talon pihassa. Avain löytyi ulko-oven vierestä avainsäilöstä.

Oli vaikea löytää sisäpihalle, kun osoite näytti eri kadulle eikä sinne voinut läheltä kiertää. Avain toimi huonosti asunnon oveen. Vaati aina monta yritystä ennenkuin avautui. Asunto vanhassa talossa, melu kuului selvästi ulkopuolelta. Pesuhuone ei kovin miellyttävä. Olisi hyvä olla pimennysverhot.

Check out is 11am, check in for the next guest isn't until 3pm. I think they should be able to offer baggage storage for those 4 hours as the property is empty anyway, except for cleaners. All storage options in Rovaniemi are very full at peak times and you end up walking through thick ice and very cold temperatures to try multiple storage locations until finding one that has space (we tried the train station, the bus station and then was successful at the arctic circle so had to take all of our suitcases on the bus with us). The host did suggest other options too, but that again would have meant carrying them through Rovaniemi checking if they had space or not.

Logement petit mais bien agencé , propre et fonctionnel. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Centre ville accessible à pied .

The location is pretty good. It close to the bus station and the supermarket

The bed is too small for 2 people and there is no much space for 4 people. The bathroom is also out of date. There is no dryer for the clothes

The location is good and Joni is very fast in responding to our queries.

I think the location was great. If you come from airport, you can go by bus or taxi or Uber. If you come from the rail station, you can go by taxi or Uber or even walk for less than 1 kilometer. When arrived, everything was already informed about how to enter the apartment. The apartment was great, value for money, and the amenities and equipments are complete. The location was perfect, only about 300 meters to shopping mall which has a large supermarket. You can just shop, eat or just have a good time, or even join the tour to explore Rovaniemi more...

Posizione vicina ad ogni tipo di servizio. Casa sempre calda.

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa l’unica “scomodità” è che a fine pernottamento il sacco della spazzatura va buttato appositamente in un capannone vicino casa (20 metri) che si apre con la stessa chiave per aprire l’appartamento.

Great location, nice building and flat. Everything was clean and organised.
