Snowflake Suites VIII with private sauna

Amazing apartment. It's really clean and comfortable and a sauna was a nice bonus. Great location and clear instructions about key pick up. Big fridge, working oven, and dishwasher. Comfortable bed.

Hyvä sijainti ja asunto.

Ei parkkipaikkaa.

Beligenheten. Størrelsen. Sauna.

Comfortable, sauna worked great, good value for money, simple check-in, entrance was not direct, through garage, but maybe because of some constructions, but that is maybe temporarily.

Siisti asunto, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Sijainti hyvällä paikalla keskustassa, kauppakeskukset, ravintolat tms. on kävelymatkan päässä.

Autolla liikkuessa parkkipaikan saanti voi olla haastavaa.

Moderni ja siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla.

Parkkimaksu erillinen lisä, tosin läheltä löytyi ilmaisia kadunvarsipaikkoja.

Todella siisti ja viihtyisä asunto. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen sujuivat helposti selkeiden ohjeiden ansiosta. Sijainti on erinomainen aivan keskustassa.

Siisti kaksio Rovaniemen keskustassa.

Very nice staff member, was helpful, so I got washed my car.

Ilmalämpöpumppu ei toiminut, mutta pärjättiin ilmankin

Sijainti loistava.

Netin salasana ei useista yrityksistä toiminut.

Sijainti oli erinomainen.

.

The bathroom, the kitchen. Super nice!

Schoon en goede locatie

Sijainti

Kuvista päätellen, luulin huoneistossa olevan saunan.

Siisti

Clean and comfortable

A bit hard to find entrance

It was clean, modern and very comfortable. Centrally located making it easy to access most things in the city center.

I loved everything about the property but wished for some flexibility in some services. For instance , lack of flexibility to check in an hour earlier.

The apartment’s all set and super clean! Everything works perfectly, and the sauna is clean and great.

Parking was annoying. After paying an additional 10 euros, which was informed earlier, finding a spot in the dedicated area was not easy. I had to call twice to get a spot but ended up with an angry note from someone else as it was a reserved spot. And the information was a bit misleading regarding parking garage.

Alles digital, sehr gut. Tolle Sauna

Couch etwas durchgesessen

The location was perfect, as well as the Sauna included with the property.

We had some initial issues while checking in. They gave us wrong building number initially. Once we reached to the wrongly-given address, we called them, and then they told us the right address. Minor issue but since, we were with our 3-year old, it was a bit of a hassle.

Sain vastiketta rahoille. Sopivan lähellä kaupungin palveluita. Siisti asunto. Sauna plussaa, vaikkei sitä nyt käytetty. Autopaikka pienellä lisämaksulla hyvä lisä.

Perfect Sauna and Central location

It is right at the city centre. It is a clean apartment. The equipment’s worked well. And the most important it has a good space, it’s quite huge.

No physical contact support to check for any queries during the stay

Iso parveke, parkkipaikkoja kadun varressa. Hissi.

Hieman pölyistä; hötsäiset siivoukset tehty.

Tutto perfetto! Top la sauna nell'appartamento

È andato tutto bene

Sentralt beliggende, fin leilighet, god plass

Mangler parkeringsmuligheter i nærheten, om man vil parkere ute.

EVERYTHING

The location is perfect . AirPort Express bus stop is right there in front of the building and all the hot spots , restaurants etc. are a stones throw away. The apartment has lots and lots of storage . No hitting the bags and suitcases anymore , you can settle in comfortably. The amenities are all good ( dishwasher , washing machine , Sauna 🤗 )

There is a beautiful balcony to the apartment but it was so dirty and dusty that stepping out wasn’t even an option. With such a cosy and functional flat , I would have loved to have a nice , cute balcony setup as well.

Sijainti, koko, sauna, majoitus 4 hengelle.

Yleisolemus siisti.

The apartment is fantastic, very clean, the sauna is amazing, the location is great, very close to supermarkets and shopping mall.

Walking through the building requires some good navigation skills, not a deal breaker and totally doable, but just a heads up to know what to expect. A garbage bin in the bathroom would be useful.

Apartament molt nou, ben equipat i amb sauna privada.

Obres davant del carrer, no era massa obvi on estava l'entrada

Our stay at Snowflake Suites was a deeply frustrating experience. This property is managed by Rovaniemi Insider, a company that owns the entire building and runs all operations—car rentals, luggage storage, and check-in—all fully automated. You have no human reception, and the support is weak. From the moment we booked, they barely responded on Booking.com, only replying via WhatsApp at their convenience. When you need urgent help, they are unresponsive. In fact, we had situations where they gave us information via WhatsApp, then deleted messages afterward to erase evidence. We faced an extremely unfair situation where we needed to change our dates. We submitted the request via Booking, explained everything, and they confirmed through WhatsApp that they agreed to reduce our stay. However, they never made the official change on Booking. As a result, we paid for the full stay even though they had accepted to shorten it. I had made it clear that a partial refund would be necessary, and they agreed. They even mentioned they’d make the apartment available to others (and then deleted the message before a could take a printscreen). Yet the next day, at check-in day, they declined the change on Booking, leaving us stuck. They misled us into changing our plans, agreeing initially, only to retract when a refund was involved. Aside from this, the apartment itself is okay—basic for the price range in Rovaniemi. The shower has no proper enclosure, so the bathroom gets soaked. We returned late from a Northern Lights tour, only to be woken up at 9 a.m. by drilling upstairs. While the apartment is standard for Rovaniemi, the management’s dishonest behavior makes me unable to recommend them. There are many other companies in Rovaniemi with integrity and care, which was not the case here. Unfortunately, now we must resolve this issue with Booking.

Really clean and spacious!! We were right in the middle of the city centre so the location was very comfortable. Very comfortable and warm apartment. The sauna was a nice addition as well.

Was a bit confusing to find in the first place. We didn’t know the reception was ‘Rovaniemi Insider’ so we were wondering around for quite some time to find the reception to check in.

The apartment was very spacious, big and clean. Located at the city centre.

The WiFi and the lift were not working. The location was very hard to find on Google maps as well as the parking location.

Bon emplacement, appartement quasi neuf, bon équipement, calme et confortable.Le sauna privé est un plus.

Manque de décoration murale

Ottima posizione e pulizia interna Ottima sauna

Posizione, pulizia, wifi e personale

Nulla

We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, which made our trip much eaasier. The property was absolutely clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

The only point to mention is that guests are asked to remove the bed linen, leave it together with the towels by the entrance door and take out the rubbish before departure. Personally, I would have expected these tasks to be part of the housekeeping service, although it did not affect our overall positive experience.
