Reviewed Sep 6, 2026I really loved everything about this place! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner was also very kind and helpful. The private pool and BBQ area made it perfect for activities and spending quality time together.

The location is ideal—situated right near the hustle and bustle of Pantai Balok, making it super easy to access local food stalls, the beach, and nearby spots while still offering a peaceful retreat when you return.

We really enjoyed the private pool, BBQ area, and karaoke setup — everyone from the kids to adults had so much fun. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, especially being near the beach. The house was comfortable and well-equipped for a big family stay.
Overall, we had a great experience. Just a few minor improvements could make the stay even better, but nothing that affected our family trip.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025Everything was well thought out and perfectly in place - from the bins and bags to the washing machine and other amenities. The signage and instructions for using the appliances were clear and easy to follow, which made our stay smooth and convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, showing great attention to detail. The pool was clean and inviting, my 6-year-old and 9-month-old had so much fun dipping and splashing around. It was such a joy to see them enjoy themselves! A big thank you as well to En. Rahman for providing a baby chair upon my request; it made things so much easier for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. It’s clear that En. Rahman has put a lot of care and effort into ensuring guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. Thank you once again for your warm hospitality - we’ll definitely be back!
Nothing major honestly, just a few flies and ants around during our stay, which is quite understandable given the tropical weather. It didn’t really affect our overall experience, though. Everything else was great!

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The home was comfortable and clean for my party of 9 pax. We had a good time in the pool. The deco is tastefully done and ambient lighting was well placed. I loved the glow in the dark labels on the light switches and that each room had its own hair dryer.
The room door handle for the room downstairs needs to be fixed, and tactile feel for the tap in that bathroom is less then desirable, toilet seat covers is a little loose.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025Overall it was a nice house. Near to Balok Beach and not far from Kuantan city centre. Could accommodate 9 adults comfortably with additional floor futons. It had a kitchenette with good size fridge and Coway water filter. Also a toaster oven and 2/3 pans to heat up food . No microwave though.
The entrance/ gate was facing a cross junction. You need to reverse parking into the compound while watching vehicles from all directions. The bottom step of the staircase was unsuitable for kids.

I wanted to rate 10, but I only gave 8 due to there's no dining table inside the house, there's one outside with a ceiling fan - for BbQ is ok, but we still prefer to have one inside with the aircon. Also the kitchen knifes are not sharp, can't cut the meat well. Hence I rated 8. And please update the bbq pit photo. Though its not same as picture, but it is still functional. I recommend this place for big family.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025Beautiful well maintained Villa. Maximum privacy with complete tools and facilities. Almost every corner of the Villa was fantastic for ‘OOTD’ or ‘instragramable’. Many food stalls located just within 1km radius and less than 100m from Mosque as well. Also located near the famous Pantai Baluk about less than 500m away (need to drive there). Swimming pool is properly maintained. 100% sure will come back.

Easy access to nearest local and tourist spot. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Each corner of the villa is instagrammable ootd spot! My sisters very much like it. Our mom feel at ease like at home.
We just couldn’t find the salt and sugar.

It had everything we needed: a swimming pool, BBQ pit, hairdryer, USB power sockets, rainfalll shower, plenty of towels, a heated and illuminated mirror, and a snooker table. It felt just like home. I will definitely return for another staycation in Kuantan.
