1.进门没有铁闸。2.一踏入地下，好像黏黏的感觉,你说刚刚做了清洁服务。3.提供的杯子肮脏，没有洗干净。4.床头柜满是灰尘。5.提供的电视机只有20寸。6.提供的Astro一直闪来闪去，一只黑影。7.提供的气炸窝满是油渍。8.有一个Power socket 不能关。9.厕所的水龙头有漏水。10.橱柜门都有些老旧了

Owner request to pay deposit prior to stay and promise to refund within 48 hours after check out. We follow all the requirement prior checkout as per request, yet till today still no refund of deposit. Already more than 72 hours

Aircond dlm rumah perlu diservise. Dah pasang 3 jam pun still tak sejuk. Guest terpaksa buka filter dan cuci sendiri. Stand fan yg disediakan dlm bilik kedua dan multi cooker also not funtion. Portable stove jg tidak disediakan gas. Blind di bilik kedua jg rosak mybbkan cahaya masuk terlalu byk dan panas.yg lain2 ok .

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025Great Stay for Family Holiday! We had a pleasant stay — overall everything was okay and comfortable for our big family. The homestay smells fresh, and it’s conveniently close to shops and amenities. There were extra toto and pillows provided, which was very helpful. The kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the nearby beach, which had fun activities like ATV rides and camping. Still, it’s a nice, family-friendly place and we’d recommend it for short holidays!
A few things could be improved: the master bedroom toilet seat needs repair, and it would be great to have more kitchen towels or utensils. Also, having unlimited Wi-Fi access and a better TV selection would be a bonus.

The beach no longer private to people who stay at SG residence & Timurbay only because got campsite also for public.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025Smooth check-in process, helpful & responsive host, and cozy homestay. 👍 Also had extra pillows and bunk bed 👍 Great location for family travellers with good pool with slides and near to seashore. 🏞️ A lot of convenient store and local stall just across the main road.
As improvement, could provide kitchen tissue/cloth and shower gel (near to empty when we check-in, maybe host forgot to top-up).
