Location is great. Great hot water and water pressure. It was easy for me to get to my appointments, and get around Bangkok.

the room smelled moldy. It may have not been used for some time. But that should not be a reason to stay here.

The bed is too soft for me.

Bed was comfortable, Lighting was adequate, amenities such as hairdryer, toiletries and robes and slippers were provided as well as a small fridge. TV was easy to operate and had a decent selection of channels in multiple languages.

Cleanliness was below average, wear and tear around hotel was obvious from common areas to hallways and room. Tiny elevators and one was broken for our entire stay. Very slow. The wifi was very slow, could not work with it. Breakfast was mediocre at best. It was next to Impossible to get your room serviced. One day we had to chase a housekeeper down. the second day they never cleaned our room and we checked out at 7pm forfeiting a paid night and went to another hotel. The hotel itself seemed quiet but noise from the street disturbed our sleep, even though our room was not on the street? (It was hard to figure that one out) The room was very small/tight for two people. It would be okay for one person. There was also a faint musty smell/damp feel to the AC which concerned me. We booked this hotel based on past reviews and the general area we wanted to be in. (Yes, It was a good price but we did not book for the price - we noted other hotels had similar - lower than expected pricing - so we assumed it it was a seasonal thing - but now we wonder.) Probably at one time this was a pretty nice property. However, something is wrong now. I don't want to speculate: I'll just say We checked out early and lost some money because the vibe/feel is not good here. We cannot recommend anyone stay here.

L’emplacement était loin des principaux axes de Bangkok. On nous a attribué une chambre à l’étage 5 où l’odeur de la moisissure était catastrophique. Heureusement que le personnel était très réactif et nous ont rapidement changer de chambre parce que je suis asthmatique. Les fenêtres de l’hôtel ne s’ouvrent pas et le petit déjeuner est très basique.

The room is small but designed so that it is quite spacious and modern, there is a seperate shower room and toilet.

The pool doesn't have any pool chairs.

Excellent, stylish, and comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful and communicative. Good range of facilities, and the terrace is very aesthetic.

Great location

Lovely dark rooms. Good size, comfortable bed, quiet hallways and I couldn't hear anyone from inside the room. The shower was excellent and large. Super close to the hospital if you're looking for a place to stay related to that. The front desk staff ladies working in the evening on the day I was there were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond on organising me soup as I wasn't well at all.

Confortable et bien placé dans le quartier japonais. Avec un rooftop, piscine et salle de gym. Petit déjeuner ok.

À éviter le week-end si vous voulez être tranquille car la musique sur le rooftop raisonne dans tout l’immeuble tellement c’est fort. On a changé de chambre et d’étage pour aller au 6ème (le roof top est au 10) mais on entend encore bien le son et les basses.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung gut. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung stimmt. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel.

Das Hotel ist eher abgelegen und ohne Anbindung zu einer BTS-Station dementsprechend muss man häufig Grab oder Taxi benutzen, was entsprechenden Kosten verbunden ist, da es kein hoteleigenes Shuttle gibt. Auch das Frühstück war in der Auswahl eher bescheiden. Ebenso ist es am Wochenende lärmig aufgrund des Clubs auf dem Dach. Auch im 3. Stock war der Bass noch gut hörbar. Die Kaution ist nur bar bezahlbar.

コーヒーがおいしかったです。また、タイ料理のメニューが毎朝違ってて楽しめました。ペットフレンドリーで、うさぎを連れて行くことができました。

エアコンのせいなのか、入ってすぐの鏡のあるところの床がいつも湿っていて、そこに置いていた靴がいつも濡れていたこと。ゴミ箱が小さかったこと。

Odeur de moisissure dans les chambres c etait irrespirable, malgres un changement de chambre 1h apres mon arrivé.Idem dans le couloir. Pas de fenetre! La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas . Pas de menu pour le room service disponible.Le sol etait très sale

De locatie van het hotel is zeer goed, zeker als je een bezoek moet brengen aan het Samitivej Hospital. Het hotel beschikt over een zwembad en nachtclub die zich op de 10e verdieping bevindt. In de directe omgeving zijn diverse restaurantjes, apotheken en clubs te vinden. Er is dus genoeg te doen en te eten op loopafstand. Een echte aanrader om te eten "mocht je hier in de buurt zijn" is Wattana Panich, vooral de bekende beef and geit broth. Zeker het proberen waard!

We werden in eerste instantie vriendelijk ontvangen. Helaas veranderde dit toen we aangaven dat de verdieping waarop wij verbleven muf rook en dat ook onze kamer onaangenaam rook. Nadat we hadden gevraagd of we van kamer konden veranderen, werden we gelukkig naar een verdieping lager gebracht. Daar was de situatie duidelijk beter. Tip voor toekomstige gasten: als je een rustige avond en een goede nachtrust wilt, zou ik aanraden om niet hoger dan de 6e verdieping te verblijven.

I travelled alone, and i felt like a home. The personal was very attentive to me, Nisha was the best staff, she is fantastic. The room was very big and comfortable to me. And the location is perfect to visit Bangkok.

The cleaners did a good job each day

Poor value for money. Room sizes are tiny and cramped. Compared to cheaper hotels,there was barely space in the room. I couldnt walk either sides of the bed. The power kept going out. Electrical works done with only a day notice. Once the work lasted from 10:00 till 21:00. You had to stay out for the whole day as even the lifts werent working. No discount was offered, no voucher, not even a free breakfast. Very poor service

Like lots of the other reviews say the roof top bar is really loud - we were on the 5th floor (5 floors below the bar) and it sounded like they were next door. I’d get it if we were staying in a hostel but this is a nice hotel. It was too loud to sleep so I attempted to contact the hotel at 1am & 2am as well as on email … still waiting to hear back days later. Towels need replacing they are so bad.

השירות של כל אנשי הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל. המיקום מעולה. החדרים מאובזרים היטב. מיטות מאוד נוחות. הבריכה והבר על הגג מדהימים.

En revanche, notre avant-dernier jour a été très décevant : la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas alors que les fenêtres de la chambre ne peuvent pas être ouvertes. De plus, la bouilloire mise à disposition ne fonctionnait pas. Dommage depuis notre arrivées .

Śniadanie codziennie taki sam zestaw, ale na tyle zróżnicowany, że można było wybierać różne opcje. Kuchnia mieszana. Akcenty tajskie i kontynentalne. Klimatyzacja w pokoju daje się regulować :). Po moich ostatnich doświadczeniach, to jest naprawdę duża różnica.

Mały wybór owoców na śniadaniu. Siłownia jest malutka, maksymalnie dla 2 osób, no tutaj klimatyzacja ustawiona na stałe 23° C, bez możliwości regulacji. Moja prośba o zmianę spotkała się dużym zrozumieniem i podziękowaniem, ale nic dalej w tej sprawie się nie zmieniło.

Very comfortable bed with proper quilt and pillows, great location and friendly staff, will definitely stay here when in Bangkok again.

Wygodne łóżko, ogromny telewizor, widok z okna może bez szału, ale spoko. Robotę robi łazienka, kamienne wykończenie wielka wanna i nie mniejszy prysznic, co jest ważne w Tajskim klimacie gdzie bierze się prysznic 3-4 razy dziennie ;) śniadania świeże, na wejściu dostajesz karteczkę jakie jajka/omlet/jajecznice chcesz zjeść i taką Ci przygotowują. Ogólnie fajny, klimatyczny hotel w stylu lat 80/90, jak dla mnie 7/10. Ważna uwaga! Hotel nie ma tradycyjnej recepcji na parterze, żeby się do niego dostać wchodzicie przez parking i windą na 2 piętro

Pierwszej nocy mieliśmy awarie toalety i musieliśmy spać w smrodzie, więc początek słaby, ale bez problemu zamienili nam pokój więc ok. Siłownia mogłaby być trochę większa, dwie osoby to już tłum. Dużym minusem był brak busa do BTS, który był wymieniany na stronie i to był jeden z powodów dla którego zarezerwowaliśmy ten hotel, dalej od centrum, ale wygodnie, no niestety...

Es hat leider im ganzen Stockwerk zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Dadurch wirkt es sehr unangenehm und hat auch leichten Modergeruch, im Zimmer war es etwas besser.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, making for a very pleasant and restful stay. The rooftop terrace was beautiful and had a cool atmosphere, perfect for having a drink, dinner, listening to good music, and enjoying vintage movies on the huge screen.

The main downside was that some areas of the hotel felt a bit worn and could benefit from better maintenance. The carpet appeared old and gave an impression of being less clean than it probably was. The room also showed some signs of wear, with marks on the walls and even on the ceiling, which affected the overall appearance. I also missed having a café or restaurant open during the afternoon where guests could enjoy a coffee or a light snack. Finally, the pool area felt more decorative than functional. There were no sun loungers around the pool, and the sofas were covered during the day, so it did not feel particularly inviting for guests who wanted to relax and enjoy the space.

The pool area has no loungers, as it’s a rooftop bar they are tables and chairs. It’s a nice bar in the evening though, so not all bad.

The staff at the breakfast restaurant were extremely unfriendly. Only one girl who worked there was friendly. We and all other quests we noticed when we were at breakfast for 4 mornings were not greeted with a traditional Thai 'Sawadee Kha' welcome, no Goodmorning, no smile, no greeting at all. This demonstrates that the weakest link within a hospitality business is always the staff. These staff should receive proper customer services training. Each guest should always receive the warmest of greeting each morning as they go to enjoy their first meal of the day. Having a very nice Hotel does NOT compensate for having unfriendly and Unwelcoming staff. Finish.

The property is comfortable enough and breakfast is worthy. The location is quite distant from landmarks but there are shops and restaurants you can visit. Housekeeping are accommodating however, one time when we requested for a spoon and fork, it was a self-service (we had to go down at the reception to take them).

Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet es ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist ausreichend.

Die Handtücher waren in einem desolaten Zustand sie waren zerrissen, mein Wunsch nach neuen Handtüchern, um sie auszutauschen. Sollte ich selber zur Rezeption gehen und mir neue holen. Darüber hinaus gab es keine Bademäntel, obwohl sie auf der Homepage in den Bildern als Ausstattung angeboten wurden. Auch hier war bei meiner Nachfrage die Forderung sie selber an der Rezeption mir abzuholen. Das alles bedeutet für mich kein guter Service

الفندق نظيف جدا وبرغم من وجود بارد في السطح الا ان المكان هادي جدا الغرفة كانت نظيفة مع ان الصور تبين انها أكبر المنطقة التي يقع فيها الفندق خيالية وهادئه جدا وبعيده عن صخب بانكوك يحيط بالفندق الكثير من المطاعم اليابانيه

המלון ממוקם באזור נעים של מסעדות ובתי קפה. מעבר לכך לא אהבתי כלום במלון.

הבעיה העיקרית של המלון היא ריח חזק מאד בכל המלון של רטיבות ועובש. הלובי והמסדרונות והחדרים מלאים בריח בלתי נסבל של עובש שמרגיש אפילו מסוכן לנשימה. ביקשתי לעבור חדר ועובדת הקבלה הייתה מאד נחמדה והראתה לי שני חדרים נוספים, אבל גם הם היו בריח חזק ובלתי נסבל של עובש. כל כך בלתי נסבל שהתעוררתי מספר פעמים בלילה מהריח. כל המלון חנוק, ללא אוורור, ללא חלונות נפתחים.

You could be forgiven for initially feeling that the location is a little out of the way — from Nana, traffic sounds and the smell of pot.... That's because you are, a little. However, a short 'explore' reveals that there are plenty of facilities around such as excellent supermarkets and more importantly, a quirky world of unique music venues and cafes. The hotel itself is one of a kind and has a unique eccentric feel. The room I booked was perfect, clean modern and comfortable. The hotel staff are very helpful. Will I come back [?], you bet. As a regular visitor to Bangkok, sometimes just for a day, I think I've found what I needed to find. I will bring my wife with me next time and I'm confident she will say the same.

Honestly, what's not to like? Ok, perhaps those towels are a bit thin ( yet clean I hasten to add), then again, this might be part of the hotel's unique character.
