Lo scarico del water non funzionava bene E nel bagno cera un fortissimo odore di fogna, tale da non riuscire a permanere in bagno per piu di 3 minuti E' stato segnalato il tutto ma purtroppo non si e' risolata la problematica

The breakfast options used to be much better including Thai Thai iced tea as part of it.

The location of the Hotel is perfect it offers easy access to all areas including BTS

The breakfast was hit and miss we were there for 10 nights and as an example they have a pancake making machine which was fantastic but for 3 days there was no Maple Syrup and when we asked we told to use honey, sorry but not good enough also there needs to be a wider selection of western food as over 80 percent is Asian

Top Lage in einer schönen Gegend. Direkt an der BTS Station - sehr von Vorteil wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte. Schöner Skypool und Rooftop Bar. Betten sind sehr gemütlich, allerdings ist die Ausstattung im Zimmer schon älter und weist Gebrauchsspuren auf… Hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter - besonders am Concierge desk! Hier wurde uns immer bestens geholfen und empfohlen!

Nel complesso è un hotel molto carino, curato e confortevole, con una posizione davvero ottima e una vista bellissima. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e piacevole, e anche lo staff si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno. L’unica cosa che non mi ha convinta completamente è stata la frequenza della pulizia della camera: nel nostro caso è stata effettuata ogni 2-3 giorni, o almeno così è capitato durante la nostra permanenza. Personalmente avrei preferito una pulizia più frequente, soprattutto considerando il livello della struttura. Il personale è sicuramente cordiale e disponibile, ma devo essere sincera: avendo soggiornato in diverse strutture a Bangkok, ho incontrato persone che sono riuscite a distinguersi per un’ospitalità davvero speciale, fatta di piccoli gesti, sorrisi e attenzioni che fanno la differenza. Qui, invece, ho trovato un servizio corretto e professionale, ma abbastanza nella norma. Detto questo, ci tornerei volentieri. È un hotel davvero bello, con una posizione fantastica, ambienti confortevoli e una vista che sicuramente rappresenta uno dei suoi punti di forza. Semplicemente, non posso dire che mi abbia lasciato quella particolare sensazione nel cuore che altri posti a Bangkok sono riusciti a regalarmi. In definitiva, una struttura che consiglio per chi cerca comfort, una bella posizione e un ambiente piacevole, ma che potrebbe fare quel piccolo passo in più per rendere l’esperienza davvero speciale e memorabile.

La frequenza della pulizia è stata l’unico aspetto che non mi ha convinta del tutto, nonostante al nostro arrivo avessimo trovato l’hotel e la stanza impeccabilmente puliti.

The rooftop bar

Modern and elegant hotel. Lovely staff and great facilities. Especially the rooftop bar with entertainment. Very rich breakfast with a few changes in dishes from day to day. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. And the room is very spacious with a lovely view. The staff remembers their customers and makes the experience more personal.

Not necessarily negative, but it’s like 10-15minites away (walking) from all the popular clubs and bars in case that’s what you’re looking for. I think it’s nicer this way.

The amenities and facilities are wearing off and show signs of aging. The place needs a major renovation

The floor of the toliet is slippery, l fall on the wet floor after bathing, and l got injured of my lower back , right elbow and head with pain.

The location is Sukhumvit is strategic! Your are very close to BTS stop of Phrom Pong! You can even walk to the spots where the nightlife is concentrated

The hotel was amazing! Excellent breakfast with different options! You should see the rooftop Vanilla Sky, it’s so wonderful!

Close to BTS, shopping malls. Good size room, nice shower.

Obvious signs of wear and tear. Room looks nicer in pics. But what was most disappointing was the TV only playing hotel ad. No cable channels, no access to streaming services, nothing. Makes no sense.

Great location, clean rooms, super breakfast, nice rooftop and very good room service.

A bit more direct communication ie a concierge service via whatsapp would be great!

Presa camera executive floor con lounge che però non aveva prematuramente nulla da mangiare durante tutta la giornata. I 5 stelle di solito almeno a pranzo o altri orari forniscono snack di vari tipi. La camera aveva sempre un odore di chiuso e anche le lenzuola e i cuscini.

Cet hotel est Top ? Le personnel vraiment tres sympa. Les chambres sont propres. Super bien localisé, à coté du BTS et du metro MRT, des malls de shopping Rooftop et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

The hairdryers in the room need an upgrade and a place to refill water would be great in future.

Omdat het in een druk gebied ligt, krijg je te maken met files onderweg naar een andere locatie of op de terugweg. Hou rekening met voldoende reistijd.

Freundlichkeit des Personals Pool Frühstücksbuffet

L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du BTS, des commerces et de nombreux restaurants, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement dans Bangkok. La chambre était confortable, propre et agréable, avec une très belle vue sur la ville. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine et son restaurant, qui propose une cuisine de qualité avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le dîner le soir est également très agréable, avec une belle ambiance pour terminer la journée. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très varié, avec un choix permettant de satisfaire tous les goûts. Le personnel est également accueillant, souriant et professionnel. L’ensemble de l’hôtel offre une atmosphère agréable et soignée. Quelques petits détails et certains équipements pourraient mériter un léger rafraîchissement, mais cela reste secondaire par rapport aux nombreux points positifs. Globalement, un excellent séjour à Bangkok. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, notamment pour son emplacement, ses prestations et son très bon rapport qualité-prix.

I loved the location of this property. I was close to everything I needed and it felt central to so many things.

The rooftop swimming pool, the room, the reception, the staff, the gym and everything about this hotel was amazing especially the breakfast selection.

בשעות העומס היינו צריכים לחכות הרבה למעליות. מעבר לכך אהבנו הכל

I didn't like the receptionist named Smile. Her attitude was very bad. She spoke to us loudly and condescendingly, and she refused to return our security deposit. She kept making excuses, like asking for the receipt or invoice. After we checked in, she checked the room multiple times, looking for something missing or broken so she could take our security deposit. Afterwards, I went to another employee named Amy, and I thank him for his excellent service and for returning our money. I don't recommend this hotel to Arabs because of this bullying employee who never treated us well. She should be replaced. Everything else in the hotel is great except for Smile.

لم يعجبني الموظفه في الاستقبال اسمها سمايل تعاملها جدا سي كانت تخاطبنا بصوت عالي وتتعاليها علينا وكانت لا تريد ان ترجع المبلغ الضمان او بالاصح كانت تختلق الاعذار مثل اين الوصل او الفاتوره عندنا سجلنا الدخول وشيكت على الغرفه اكثر من مره تريد ان تجد شي مفقود او اي شي خربان حتى تاخذ من مال الضمان وبعدها ذهبت الى موضف اخر اسمه amy واشكره على حسن الاستقبال وقدم لنا المال لا انصح العرب بالسكن فيه بسبب هذي الموظفه المتنمره التي لم تحسن ابد استقبالنا الا اذا تم تغييرها فكل شي جميل في الفندق الا الموظفه سمايل

Staff were beyond helpful. The whole atmosphere was welcoming. Rooms were clean, light and spacious. Price was more than reasonable and we definitely got value for our money. Considering it situated on one of Sukhumvit’s busiest roads, noise level was minimal. Service could not be faulted. The staff wherever situated be in at the main entrance, breakfast area, restaurant, concierge, front desk, lobby floor or lift, you were greeted with a welcoming smile and requests were actioned Immediately. Amenities offered were of a high standard. Overall an excellent experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and most importantly will stay again.

Staff was sooo sweet and always carried the biggest smiles. Soo helpful, honestly the hotel was amazing! They are also very swift to help. Nene was our check in consultant and she walked us all the way to our room. We’ve never had hospitality such as this! 10/10 would return again!

Good location near Phrom Phong BTS and major shopping malls. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the rooftop views, pool, and breakfast are good too.

Some rooms feel smaller than expected for a five-star hotel, the pool area can get crowded with limited sun loungers, and the overall experience can feel slightly overpriced. Also, the restaurant food quality was very disappointing and well below what we expected from a five-star hotel.

Beautiful hotel, amazingly situated & extremly friendly stuff (especially Nan and Lee!). Would recommend this hotel highly. Rooms are spaceous and modern :)
