Toilet not working properly. Room key was an issue which was not made clear on check-in therefore room was left unlocked overnight and another guest accidentally entered the room. Host should have key left in room or install non-key locks.

First-class communications re instructions about the property plus useful information on pubs, restaurants, and buses etc. Mention also to McCarthy's Bar - 5mins walk. Very hospitable and friendly with lovely garden

It's an uninhabited bungalow that they rent the rooms out of. Just you and some strangers from the road. Good cheap stop off for work but didn't feel safe for a solo female traveller. The bathroom is nice and new but the shower is broken, cold with occasional bursts of scalding, hmmm.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2024There was an excellent pub in the village called McCarthy's with exceptional beer garden Mary the owner was very welcoming and very helpful 😀 and Dee the lady that owns the house was very accommodating we look forward to visiting Finuge again soon
The only thing we didn't like was no facilities to make tea/coffee
